La Hulpe, Belgique, 3 mai 2024, 7h00 a.m. CET - [INFORMATION RÉGLEMENTÉE] Unifiedpost Group (Euronext Brussels : UPG) ("Unifiedpost "), un fournisseur de solutions intégrées de communication d'entreprise, annonce qu'aujourd'hui son équipe de direction a exercé 100.000 droits de souscription Key Man et 30.750 droits de souscription Plan de Warrants 2015. En conséquence, 1.307.500 actions ordinaires ont été émises pour un montant total de  2.432.360 EUR.
