In addition, users have a range of different modes at their disposal, such
as Beauty or Panorama mode, to help them take the perfect picture. With the
Gigaset GS160, taking a great selfie is child's play: A smile or gesture -
or a peace sign in this case - is all it takes to activate the camera
completely automatically.
Smart features of the GS160 - simply clever
The smart features of the touch screen on the Gigaset GS160 are especially
noteworthy. The smart draw function is a very useful highlight: Simply draw
a certain symbol on the display and the desired app is opened. For
instance, draw a "W" and in just seconds, the news app WhatsApp opens, or
draw an "S" to see the latest sport scores. Up to eight different drawings
are stored in the Gigaset GS160 and can be linked to apps. Taking a
screenshot is also easier than ever with the Gigaset GS160: Simply swipe
three fingers from top to bottom and the current display content will be
saved to the phone.
Fingerprint functionality
The Gigaset GS160 offers a multifunctional fingerprint sensor that is
remarkable in this price segment; it can be used not only to unlock the
phone, but to take pictures, answer incoming calls or turn off the alarm.
Up to five different fingerprints can be stored on the Gigaset GS160 to
make daily routines much easier.
Real pure Android 6.0
The new Gigaset GS160 runs on the current Android version 6.0
