Planetlink’s Announces Contracts With All My Sons Moving And Storage

CUMMING, Ga., August 30, 2005 –PlanetLink Communications Inc. (PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that we have recently closed two additional contracts with All My Sons Moving and Storage, a nationwide moving and storage organization.



The contracts call for installation of the TransTRAKÔ device in certain All My Sons trucks and monitoring services for those devices. The contract includes vehicles in Texas and South Carolina. These latest initiatives come on the heals of contracts already implemented in North Carolina, Florida and Texas. All My Sons has approximately 100 franchise locations in 30 states with approximately 500 total trucks.

Planetlink Announces Karta’s Launch Of Fleetradar Under Licensing Agreement

Planettraks Sales Team Opens Florida Office

PlanetLink Communications, Inc. Announces Decision To Restate Financial Statements

CUMMING, Ga., Jan. 19, 2005 -- PlanetLink Communications, Inc. (the ``Company``) today filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing that the Board of the Directors of the Company has determined that the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003 and the first three quarters of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 should be restated.

The Board of Directors reached this conclusion on January 19, 2005, in consultation with, and upon the recommendation of, its Audit Committee and management of the Company. The Audit Committee and management have discussed the matters disclosed in this press release with the Company`s independent auditors.

At this stage of the investigation by the Company`s Board of Directors, it is too early to determine whether the Company`s previously reported results of operations for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003 and the first three quarters of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 will be materially affected by this restatement. PlanetLink Communications Announces Summary of Recent Annual Meeting
Thursday December 16, 8:30 am ET

CUMMING, Ga., Dec. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today a summary of its annual shareholders meeting held on November 18, 2004.

During the meeting, three proposals were presented for vote and all three were passed. Proposal I was the election of four directors, M. Dewey Bain, Harold Jackson, Melvin Williams, and Darrell Carver. Proposal II was ratification by the Board of the appointment of Marcum & Kliegman LLP as Company`s auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004. Proposal III was approval of the PlanetLink Communications stock plan. Following the passing of all three proposals, the meeting was adjourned, and Mr. Dewey Bain, the Company`s President and CEO provided a brief overview of Company developments in fiscal 2003 and 2004, as described below.

-- Aladesuyi Litigation: Mr. Aladesuyi, the Company`s former

CEO and his wife have contacted PlanetLink regarding a

settlement offer. Documentation to this effect is currently

being prepared. The Company expects that this settlement

agreement will result in a favorable outcome to PlanetLink.

The Company anticipates reaching a final agreement of this

settlement by the end of this calendar year.



-- Building The Team: The Company has attracted a very talented

management team. At the time of the meeting, the team

consisted of five employees with a combined 95 years of

experience in corporate and business development.



-- Relationships: The Company`s operations depend largely upon

strategic alliances with companies that are leaders in their

respective fields. These alliance partners include:

1) WebTech Wireless, Inc., which provides the Company with

its TransTRAK(tm) mobile locator units (MLUs); 2) Karta

Technologies Inc., which leads the R&D effort for the

Company`s satellite-enabled products; 3) MapQuest.com, Inc.,

which provides PlanetLink its mapping data; and 4) Cingular

Wireless LLC, which provides the Company GPRS services.



-- New Operational Headquarters: During the second quarter

of 2004 the Company moved its operations to San Antonio,

Texas, where it acquired 1,000 square feet of office space.



-- New Corporate Website: The Company launched its new corporate

website in June of 2004 and added Spanish-language pages in

November of 2004.



-- Marketing: PlanetLink Communications markets its

TransTRAK(tm) system through its wholly owned subsidiary,

PlanetTRAKS, Inc. PlanetTRAKS is marketing TransTRAK(tm)

through agent relationships in the USA and in Mexico. The

Company currently has agreements in place with agents located

in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and in Mexico, and

has several others in progress. PlanetLink is also marketing

TransTRAK(tm) to associations such as AAA, FLADCO, and NMDA,

who represent large consumer markets, as well as leasing

companies and other commercial enterprises. The Company

announced that at the time of the meeting, PlanetLink had 21

units of the TransTRAK(tm) system billing in the USA, and a

signed contract for the first 100 units of TransTRAK(tm) for

Mexico City-based Estrella Blanca. The Company is currently

testing with four other potential customers in the USA, as

well as with large commercial enterprises in Mexico as

announced in earlier press releases.



-- Contract with Estrella Blanca: At the shareholder`s

meeting PlanetLink presented to shareholders a signed copy

of the Estrella Blanca contract for the first 100 units of

the TransTRAK(tm) system. Management discussed the projected

total of 10,000 units for Estrella Blanca, as long as the

installation of the first 100 units goes well. Management

expressed its confidence that these first installations would

go well. This is a process that the Company must go through

with this customer, and it remains optimistic that it will

end up servicing Estella Blanca`s fleet. The installations

for Estrella Blanca will occur gradually over a period of

time as the vehicles come in for maintenance. This minimizes

potential disruption of the vehicles` normal service and

ensures that operators of the TransTRAK(tm) system are

properly trained. The Company also discussed how

TransTRAK(tm) will benefit Estrella Blanca. Estrella Blanca

estimates significant loses in revenue as a result of

"unreported" fares. With the TransTRAK(tm) system,

Estrella Blanca personnel can monitor the behavior of

their buses, including unauthorized routes and stops.



-- Dilution: Mr. Bain emphasized that he would not issue

one share of stock more than necessary. He stated that as

revenue is generated, dilution will be reduced and then

eliminated.



-- Shareholder Communication: Going forward, the Company

announced that it plans to provide a monthly newsletter

to update shareholders regarding the operations of the

Company.

Mr. Bain ended the shareholder meeting by summarizing that with debts and taxes paid, lawsuits settled, and its server operational, management believes that the company is poised to grow revenues and gradually become profitable.

PlanetLink Communications Aggressively Pursues Mexican Market

CUMMING, Ga., October 18, 2004 -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it is aggressively pursuing sales opportunities in Mexico. The Company further elaborated that in the current month of October it expects to conduct live tests with four prospective clients that collectively operate 5,000 commercial vehicles.

In addition to its previously announced contract with Estrella Blanca, SA, the largest private bus company in the Western Hemisphere, PlanetLink Communications has also gained interest from several other large businesses and associations located in Mexico City and in Monterrey. The President of Canacar, Mexico’s National Trucking Association for Freight and Cargo, has agreed to test the TransTRAK product in his company’s fleet of 500 trucks. Canacar has a total of 2,500 members with a total of 398,000 trucks and trailers.

PlanetLink Communications Completes First Commercial Test Installations of TransTRAK

The Company had previously announced that it has reached separate agreements with a major Mexican electric utility and one of Mexico`s largest bus companies to test its mobile asset management systems. Installation of these eight units is the first step in testing the systems in a live environment. The mobile units communicate wirelessly with PlanetLink`s proprietary tracking software to provide a wide range of information about vehicle location and behavior. The test periods are expected to last 60 to 90 days, during which time, customizations will be completed.

PlanetLink Communications Enters into Test Agreement with Large Mexican Bus Company

The first agreement, announced March 18, was with a Mexican electric utility, and this second agreement is with one of Mexico`s largest bus companies. The test will serve as a field trial of PlanetLink`s TransTRAK mobile asset management system, and given that the test proceeds according to expectations, PlanetLink could see revenues from this contract as early as October 2004. The bus company has 10,000 vehicles, most of which are buses.

CUMMING, Ga., May 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc., (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it has entered into a test agreement with a large Mexican electric utility company. In accordance with the agreement, the utility company will test PlanetLink`s mobile asset management system, TransTRAK, in a live environment for a period of 30 to 60 days. The utility company has 72,000 trucks that are in need of vehicle tracking services, and this agreement formalizes the relationship between the Mexican electric company and PlanetTRAKS, PlanetLink Communications` wholly owned subsidiary which markets TransTRAK. Given that this extensive testing phase proceeds to the satisfaction of both parties, the potential client would be prepared to make an initial order for a portion of its fleet. Larger orders may follow as the potential client documents the cost-benefit factor involved with installation of the TransTRAK system.

We have completed a general test of our product with the Mexican electric utility company. They were impressed with what they saw and that test has led us to this formal agreement to conduct a very detailed product trial and test phase,`` stated PlanetLink Communications CEO, Mr. Dewey Bain. ``There are several other milestones we need to reach with the prospective customer before this translates into revenues for us. PlanetLink Communications Launches TransTRAK in International Commercial Market

CUMMING, Ga., April 14, 2004 -- PlanetLink Communications Inc., (OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it has launched its TransTRAK GPS tracking product.

Based on an unexpectedly strong interest in the product from foreign markets, the Company has opted to make it commercially available for large-scale businesses in Mexico, in advance of its full launch in the U.S. market.

"We are eager to make TransTRAK available to both consumers and businesses in the U.S. and abroad. In the interest of capturing the highest short-term revenues and long-term contracts, we have decided to launch our GPS tracking product in Mexico first, where we have strong interest from some of the country`s leading industrial organizations," stated PlanetLink Communications CEO, Mr. Dewey Bain.

The Company is currently in late-stage negotiations with two Mexican organizations. One is an electric utility with 72,000 trucks that need GPS tracking devices. PlanetLink is in the process of installing 15 test units in this prospective customer`s trucks. The other organization is Mexico`s largest bus company with a fleet of 10,000 buses and trucks needing tracking devices. PlanetLink is now installing 10 devices for testing with this bus company. These two potential customers together have an immediate need for 82,000 TransTRAK units.

PlanetLink Communications Moves Its `PlanetTRAKS` GPS Tracking Product Into Beta-Testing Phase

CUMMING, Ga., March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PlanetLink Communications Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: PLKC - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services announced today that it had begun official beta testing of its PlanetTRAKS GPS product. The beta testing phase will be conducted with a select group of potential commercial customers that have expressed a strong interest in using the product for vehicle fleets.

Over the past month early stage field-testing of the product was successfully completed in two geographic locations, Atlanta, Georgia and San Antonio, Texas. During this phase, twelve PlanetTRAKS units were installed on personal vehicles owned by people affiliated with PlanetLink and Karta Technologies, its technology development partner -- six in each geographic location. ATLANTA – PlanetLink Communications, a provider of satellite-based products and services, has launched the field-testing phase for its PlanetTRAKS GPS product.

Twelve PlanetTRAKS units will be installed on personal vehicles owned by people affiliated with PlanetLink and Karta Technologies, its technology development partner. Six will be in the Atlanta area, with another six in San Antonio, where Karta is based.

PlanetLink says the testing phase, expected to last 2-4 weeks, is designed to allow the developers to fine tune the software using live, real-time data in real-world situations. Karta has had two PlanetTRAKS units in operation for the past 60 days as part of the development process.

"We are moving rapidly toward a market-ready product. This development process has taken us from concept to an operating product in just a few months thanks to our simple design and innovative technology," said PlanetLink President Dewey Bain. "We continue to focus on our objective of a commercial launch of PlanetTRAKS early this year."

In the next week or so, Bain says PlanetLink expects to be able to demonstrate the web interface with a live interactive website that will track the movement of one of the users in its test group using actual maps and live data.

On August 15, 2005 the company filed its 10QSB for the period ended June 30, 2005 and was able to announce that it had a 195% increase in revenues for the second quarter of 2005 over its first quarter 2005 revenues This has been our best quarter since leaving the development stage designation. PlanetTRAKS Announces New Contracts With A+ Airport Transportation and Other Companies
CUMMING, Ga., Sept. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Continuing with our growth plans for 2005, PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that they have signed a contract with A+ Airport Transportation of Florida to install TransTRAK devices in their limousine fleet.

A+ Airport Transportation chose PlanetTRAKS to be able to closely monitor their vehicles and control costs. This monitoring capability was critical as a result of the recent gas price increases. With the increase of fuel prices, TransTRAK`s capabilities are proving to be an invaluable service to our customers. Based on today`s fuel prices, our customers have a critical need to manage and monitor the performance of their company vehicles. TransTRAK`s ability to monitor in real-time provides the customer with an accurate snapshot of their fleet activity. PlanetLink Announces Contract With Fruge`s Distribution, Inc.
CUMMING, Ga., Oct. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. PlanetTRAKS Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire AutoTrack GPS
CUMMING, Ga., Nov. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Planetlink Communications, Inc.
