habe soeben von diesem Wert gehört. Die Informationen zu dieser Firma sind aber noch sehr dünn gesät. Habt ihr Informationen zu dieser Firma. Was hat euch bewogen da einzusteigen. Bin nämlich noch am überlegen und würd gerne näheres dazu wissen.

das gleiche muss ich euch auch sagen, habe mir eigentlich mehr von der firma versprochen, aber man sieht was hier passiert! nix!!! der kurs kennt nur einen weg und der ist abwaerts!

zu erst machten die einen fs 1:5, hoerte sich gut aber dann kam der rs 75:1 und schwups gings dann von 0,01 auf 0,0003 wo wir jetzt stehen. nicht einmal fuer einen kleinen zock ist das dingen gut!

Ihr seid die idealen Raven Moon-Aktionäre (die keine Ahnung haben, wo man aktuelle Daten über die Firma herbekommt).

Am besten schaut ihr mal in den Jahresbericht rein (nagelneu, erst gestern veröffentlicht).

Am 14.4.06 gab es 6.226.617.947 ausgegebene Aktie von Raven Moon. (Die RVMO-Aktien vermehren sich schneller als die Grippeviren.)

Interessant sind auch die Bilanzdaten.
Den "Vermögenswerten" in Höhe von 153.275$ (davon nur die Hälfte liquide Mittel) stehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 2.595.633$ gegenüber.
Und um diese Zahlen besser einordnen zu können: Die gesamte Marktkapitalisierung von Raven Moon (ca. 1,8 Mio $) würde nicht ausreichen, um die Verbindlichkeiten zu bezahlen.
Es ist also abzusehen, daß noch mehreren Generationen von Lemmingen ihre RVMO-Investition über die Verwässerung durch neue Aktien praktisch vollständig entwertet wird. Diese Enteignungsmasche funktioniert seit Jahren prächtig.

Eigene Einkünfte hat die Firma ja kaum (die 10.160$ Jahresumsatz werden von jeder Würstchenbude locker übertroffen).

Was Du da aufführst ist nicht die Bilanz, sondern die Zusammensetzung eines einzelnen Bilanzpostens bei den Liabilities (Accrued salaries and fees to officers).

So, und jetzt schaust Du am besten mal in die Bilanz (laß Dir vorher nochmal erklären, was das ist). Dort findest du dann auch die Zahlen, die ich gepostet habe (die Summe der Assets und Total Liabilities).

Schau mal wieder interessehalber vorbei und was muss ich sehen ??? RVMO gbt wohl weitere Warrants aus, mit denen man ihre Shares ab sofort noch günstiger erwerben kann. Was das bedeutet sollte klar sein: Um diese Shares "handelbar" zu machen, steht wohl bald wieder ein weiterer R/S an. Den noch Investierten hier mein Beileid.

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RVMO) announced that DTCC will be receiving the new 40% discounted warrants that will be distributed to all of their broker participants later this week so shareholders can begin exercising them beginning May 25, 2006.

The record date for the warrants was May 19, 2006. Shareholders of record as of that date received one warrant for every one share held and were thus eligible to exercise 40 shares of common restricted stock for each warrant. Each share can be exercised at a 40% discount of the closing bid price on the day they write their check to the company. Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: RVMO) announced today that its Board of Directors and majority shareholders have approved a 1-for-20 reverse split with a record date of July 17, 2006.

The company previously announced a 40-for-1 warrant dividend program that expires on July 25, 2006 and Raven Moon has also recently announced that restricted common shares purchased as a result of exercising the current warrant prior to its expiration date will not be subject to this reverse split or any others within 12 months from the date the shares are issued.

Die machen doch was sie wollen.

Ende 2005 habe ich 5.000.- € in dieses Papier investiert.

Nun sind die Dinger das Papier auf dem sie gedruckt worden noch nicht einmal mehr wert.

100 % Minus, das hatte ich binnen fast 10 Jahren Börse noch nie. :-(

Ich habe nun nach allen Splitts usw noch 1,2 Mio in meinem Depot. Wenmn ich die Heute verkaufe muss ich noch Kohle für den Trade oben drauf packen.

Die mit Kursangabe sind gesperrt und die anderen die so seit Heute in meinem Depot stehen gehen nicht zu Handeln!
