Titan Energy Worldwide Subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, Expands Its Sales and Service Contracts in Telecommunications Markets
Tuesday January 9, 9:00 am ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titan Energy World Wide (OTCBB:TEWW - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, has entered into new sales and service agreements with a number of national and regional telecommunications companies. Stellar is an authorized distributor and service provider for Generac Power Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of standby and emergency engine generator systems and related equipment. Titan recently announced in December that it had acquired 100% of Stellar in a cash and stock transaction.

Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Worldwide, "The telecommunications market is a strong one for Titan and through Stellar we hope to continue to expand our sales and service agreements. The increase in the number of cellular towers and the need to upgrade at existing facilities represents a large opportunity for us to grow. At the same time, service contracts represent recurring revenues and help develop a committed client base."

Titan announced that Stellar Energy Services has entered into a new annual service contract for 2007 with a national telecommunications company. The generator preventative maintenance will be performed in North Dakota and will cover a total of 159 cellular tower locations along with refueling services. The value of the contract is $93,275.

Stellar Energy Services also secured a three year contract with another telecommunications company to provide generator preventative maintenance service and load bank testing at 89 different sites in Nebraska. The value of this contract is $195,792. After performing load bank testing, Stellar has provided three new generators at sites that needed upgrades.

Stellar is an authorized dealer and provides sales and support for Generac Power System, Inc. (www.generac.com) generators and other products in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska. Through Stellar, Titan offers a full range of gas and diesel powered products including standby power systems, modular power systems, residential, light commercial and telecommunications systems.

      Today 5d 1m 3m 1y 5y 10y

Titan Energy Development, Inc. Completes Redesign of Sentry 5000, Mobile Utility System for Disaster Recovery
Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB:TEWW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Titan Energy Development, Inc., has completed the redesign and construction of the Sentry 5000, the Company’s flagship product. The Sentry 5000 allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity. The enhancements were designed to improve the functionality and operation of the Sentry 5000 following nearly a year of testing and use by Titan customers.

The redesigned elements include the following:

Redesigned Backend and Control Panel - we added 20 inches and three new doors to the backend of the unit. The control panel has been upgraded for ease of operation and functionality. The control panel is silk screen color coded enabling users to easily find the controls for each utility within the package.
Engine Generator Section – Redesigned the air intake louver for noise reduction; rotated the exhaust scoop 180 degrees, and enclosed the scoop in the backend thus creating a clean symmetrical look.
HVAC System – We added double doors to the front compartment to increase the serviceability of the heating and cooling unit. The HVAC system fans have been redesigned eliminating six 90 degree turns in our heating and cooling output ducting. We now have zero 90 degree turns, thus improving the overall air flow from 2000 CFM to more than 3000 CFM.
Water Purification System - The water purification system incorporates a (7) step filtration and Ultra Violet Light process. An electric hose reel was installed directly above the system for ease of operation and storage.
Storage Area - By dividing the water section in half we now provide a heavy duty style tool box for storage of spare parts and tools.
Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Worldwide, “We would like to thank our valued partners Tel-X Corp., Rush Air, Noah Water Inc. and Katolight of Mankato MN for helping us identify and design these enhancements in the Sentry 5000. The new Sentry 5000 is now even better than before and we have scheduled the first units for delivery in the 1st and 2nd quarter of this year.”

Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. manufactures and sells the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system and through its Stellar Energy Services subsidiary also sells and services Generac generators and back up power systems. gehen wir mal von derzeit 5 mio ausstehenden aktien aus, haben wir einederzeitige marktkap von 500k dollar!;)

      V O R S I C H T!!!!!

Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. Subsidiary Stellar Energy Services Hires Tom Vagts as Chief Operating Officer
Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB:TEWW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, has hired distributed energy veteran, Tom Vagts, as Chief Operating Officer. Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. manufactures and sells the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system and through its Stellar Energy Services subsidiary sells and services Generac generators and back up power systems.

Mr. Vagts has 15 years of experience in the Energy field relating to back up emergency and continuous power systems. Tom has a unique perspective because he not only worked on the customer’s side of the meter but also spent many years working for a Utility company promoting premium power solutions.

Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc., stated, “We are extremely fortunate that Tom agreed to join our team. His four years of experience running this company while owned by DTE Energy Technology gives him the experience to hit the ground running. Mr. Vagts’s familiarity with the customer base, our suppliers and employees is a tremendous advantage for Stellar and Titan both.”

Tom Vagts said, “I couldn’t be happier to rejoin the team at Titan and Stellar. The Midwest market continues to be strong for sales and service both. My immediate focus will be on growth in the service area, we have seven great technicians but need a minimum of two additional to handle the increase in business.”

More information on Titan Energy can be found at www.titanenergydevelopment.com. More information on Stellar Energy Services can be found at www.stellarenergyservices.com.

Titan Energy Worldwide's Subsidiary Titan Energy Development, Inc. Delivers Sentry 5000 Mobile Utility System to NextEnergy
Titan Energy Worldwide (OTCBB:TEWW) announced today that its subsidiary, Titan Energy Development, Inc., delivered a Sentry 5000 mobile utility unit to be utilized in a Department of Defense (DoD) program awarded to NextEnergy, called the Advanced Mobile MicroGrid system. The project, seeded with a Department of Defense grant, will allow government agencies and other entities to easily deploy mobile power control and conditioning assets capable of managing up to 1.5 MW of power to any location in the world within 48 hours. Other participants in this program include the (NAC) National Automotive Center, which is part of (TARDEC) the Tank/Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center.

The Advanced Mobile MicroGrid harnesses power from conventional generating sources as well as wind, solar photovoltaic, vehicles with exportable power capabilities, fuel cells and other sources, for distribution across a select geographic area. In the wake of a natural disaster, it enables essential human services requiring power. In addition to the ability to provide relief as an emergency power source during natural disasters, the MicroGrid can also offer assistance in the aftermath of a homeland security incident and support deployed military operations.

Titan Energy Development, Inc., the manufacturer of the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system, provided a unit to be integrated into the Advanced Mobile MicroGrid program. The Sentry 5000 provides 60Kw of electricity, heating and cooling, water purification, compressed air, satellite hand held phone system and perimeter lighting.

Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc., said, “As the United States military continues to evolve into more peace keeping and security roles, the Sentry 5000 is a perfect fit. In areas that lack reliable local utilities, especially overseas, the Sentry 5000 will provide a bundled set of utilities that are simple to use and rapidly deployed into the field.”

Max Dorflinger, Senior Manager of Operations for NextEnergy, stated, “We are pleased that Titan and its Sentry 5000 are part of this exciting program. The Sentry 5000 will act as a primary input to the Electronic Power Conditioning and Control (EPCC) module part of the Advanced Mobile MicroGrid. Besides being one of many input power sources to the EPCC, the Sentry 5000 will provide critical utilities to the deployment such as air conditioning, lighting and purified water.”

Titan Global Holdings Nears Milestone in Announced Four Million Share Open Market Buy Back Plan

Wednesday August 1, 3:30 am ET

Board of Directors Continue to Cite Attractive Share Price and Company's Improving Fundamentals for Plan to Decrease Share Supply

RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titan Global Holdings, Inc. ("Titan") (OTCBB:TTGL - News), a high-growth diversified holding company, reported today on the Company's previously announced four million share open market buy back plan. As of July 31, 2007, the Company repurchased 436,807 shares of its common stock in the open market at an average of $1.16 per share.
In explaining its decision and the buy back plan in May, 2007, Titan's Board of Directors cited its attractive share price, reported record financial results and strategic progress from its various business units. The management, directors, and strategic investors of Titan continue to increase its ownership, which was already in excess of approximately 75% of the common stock issued and outstanding shares prior to the announcement of the commencement of the buy back plan on May 9, 2007.

Titan has made these purchases consistent with SEC regulations, including exclusionary black-out periods which have been immediately before the reporting of its Form Q and included the recent weeks before Titan announced its definitive purchase agreement to acquire Appalachian Oil Company.

"Titan's management, directors, and strategic investors continue to view our share price as a compelling value proposition," said David Marks, Chairman of Titan Global Holdings. "Notwithstanding SEC rules that limited our ability to repurchase shares over the last ten weeks, we are pleased to near the milestone of the repurchase of one-half of one million shares. We intend to make additional open market purchases consistent with SEC rules."

As of July 31, 2007, Titan had in excess of 2,000 shareholders. On July 31, 2007 Titan's stock closed at $1.28 per share. Titan's stock reached its 52 week high of $1.49 per share on March 8, 2007.

"Titan's metrics have been exceptional with sequential quarterly increases in revenues, EBITDA and earnings," said Bryan Chance, Chief Executive Officer of Titan Global Holdings. "We intend to take advantage of this attractive share price, which is currently trading at approximately 14.5% lower than our 52-week high. As such, Titan may from time to time continue such purchases with the resulting decrease in the Company's public float."

Pursuant to SEC regulations 10b-18, the maximum price Titan can pay per share is the greater of the highest independent bid or the last independent transaction price quoted or reported; as for the daily quantity of shares purchased, the daily limit is 25% of the average daily volume for the preceding four week period. Finally, once per week, Titan can forego the quantity limit defined above and make one block purchase of an unlimited size up to the unfilled balance of its approved buy back plan. A block is defined as a purchase price of $200,000 or more or at least 5,000 shares and a price of at least $50,000, or at least 20 round lots that totals 150% or more of the trading volume.

As Titan makes open market purchases, after settlement, such shares will be cancelled and the shares outstanding will be reduced. These purchases will be reported in Titan's Form 10-QSB and Form 10-KSB filed with SEC.

Consistent with Titan's previously announced policy, in addition to any share ownership disclosure that is legally required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Titan will announce from time to time the aggregate ownership of its key management, directors and strategic investors in an effort to provide complete transparency to all stockholders.
