      WELCOME TO CACHE EXPLORATION INC

The use of rare earth elements in modern technology has increased dramatically over the past years. Unfortunately, this new demand has strained supply, and there is growing concern that the world may soon face a shortage of the materials. In several years, worldwide demand for rare earth elements is expected to exceed supply by 40,000 tonnes annually unless major new sources are developed.

China now produces over 95% of the world's rare earth supply. A draft report by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has called for a total ban on the export of rare earth minerals.

Cache intends to outline rare earth mineral deposits and develop these deposits towards production as quickly as possible to meet the increasing world demand.
Cache Exploration's mandate is to explore historically known rare earth mineral deposits that are located near good infrastructure and in politically stable locations.
Cache's REE Projects include the Welsford REE Properties near St. John New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property near Grand Le Pierre, Newfoundland and the Louil Hills REE Property near Musgravetown Newfoundland.

      http://www.stockhouse.com/Blogs/ViewDetailedPost.aspx?p=1027…

recently ran into a newly trading company called Cache Exploration. Apparently they have just acquired three Rare Earth Properties and their flagship property is the Welsford Perkalkline Intrusion in New Brunswick. I am told that the property was acquired after consultation with Dr. David Lentz who is a Rare Earth Expert and now a member of Geological Team with CACHE (V.CAY). The Welsford property is close to infrastructure and could be quickly put into production once a REE resource is defined.

I ran into these guys and was able to listen to Dr Dave Lentz at the PDAC when he presented alongside of Tony Mariano (another REE expert).

      http://www.northernminer.com/issues/story.aspx?aid=100036365…

A talk by University of New Brunswick professor David Lentz and consultant Tony Mariano on ranking and evaluating rare earth deposits was surprisingly popular. The rare earths buzz is obviously far from over as delegates flocked to this talk first thing in the morning on the last day of the convention.

Some post-session gossip included the likelihood of an IPO of private rare earth earth company Molycorp Minerals, which owns the Mountain Pass deposit in California, within the next few months. (Which should bring allot of focus to Rare Earth Minerals.

Recently Cache Exploration put out a NR outlining the Welsford Intrusion

The Welsford Intrusive Complex is 20km north of Saint John, N.B. Historic geological mapping and sampling by Uranerz Exploration Ltd. for uranium in 1980, which was followed by trenching and drilling in the late 1990's, has revealed significant Zr-Nb-Y-REE mineralization hosted within peralkalic pegmatite-aplite dyke swarms that intrude the Welsford alkaline granite. Petrogeochemical studies (Seidler et al., 2005) have verified up to 18,500 ppm Zr, 1,710 ppm Nb, 1,713 ppm Y, 153 ppm U, 446 ppm Th, 1,268 ppm Ce, and 198 ppm Yb.

Dr. David Lentz, Economic Geology Chair at the University of New Brunswick, coordinated and oversaw the surficial B horizon soil sampling and analytical program over the Welsford properties; the instrumental neutron activation analytical results of this program revealed many highly anomalous soil samples with high Lanthanum (La), Cerium (Ce) and Neodymium (Nd), followed by Samarium (Sm), Europium (Eu), Terbium (Tb), Ytterbium (Yb) and Tantalum (Ta).

Cache's geological team, directed by Dr. David Lentz, will be completing a second phase exploration program during 2010 that will include further ground stream sediment and soil sampling, prospecting and geological mapping, followed by trenching and drill testing to confirm historical results and search for undiscovered new zones of REE mineralization. The Company intends to split and re-assay historical drill core by specialized methods for determining REE results.

I think this property is well located and if a REE resource is defined it can be put into production quickly and at a low cost. The company is very very newly trading and has only approx 10M shares outstanding. They are currently developing a web site and should be on the ground very soon to follow up the above results.

Do you own DD and good luck investing.

      http://de.finance.yahoo.com/nachrichten/chinapolitik-merkel-…

      19. Juli 2010

Cache Stakes Additional Nunavut REE Targets

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

TORONTO, CANADA - September 12, 2011 - Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY), is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the staking of the Nueltin West REE Property in Nunavut. Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., is a Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.

The physical staking of the Nueltin West property in the field began on August 9th with the final post planted on August 15th. The final staking grid consists of 16 blocks with dimensions of 2.3 km by 4.6 km each, and 4 blocks with dimensions of 2.3 km by 2.3 km each for a total staked area of over 190 square kilometres.

The staking was conducted by two crews of two men with helicopter support. Each crew consisted of a geologist and a field assistant. The Cache field crews conducted an initial exploration evaluation program while completing the staking. RS-125 gamma radiation spectrometers were used to take initial measurements of the natural radioactivity on the ground along the claim block boundaries and target areas including a known REE occurrence. The Nueltin Lake Granite shows areas with radioactivity ranging between 1,000 and 1,500 cps, equivalent thorium (eTh) to equivalent uranium (eU) ratios greater than 10 to 1, and areas with eTh concentrations greater than 700 ppm as measured by the spectrometers. A rock sample collected from a known REE occurrence on the property displayed 3,200 cps with a spectrometer assay yielding 582 ppm eTh and 33 ppm eU. Along the southern claim boundary, approximately 600 metres north of another known REE occurrence, the granites displayed radiometrics ranging up to 1,800 cps with one tested area displaying 5,000 cps associated with 751 ppm eTh and 68 ppm eU.

Four samples were collected from the REE occurrence and other areas within the Nueltin West Property to provide an initial indication of the REE potential of the Nueltin Lake Granite. Samples will be submitted to Activation Laboratories Inc. for instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) followed by X-ray fluorescence. The rock geochemistry along with the spectrometer data will provide valuable information for planning a targeted 2012 exploration program after the claims are titled.

Mr. Brown states: "From this limited initial evaluation of the Nueltin West REE Property, there appears to be significant potential for REE that will warrant a more thorough follow up exploration program. For obvious reasons, we did not disclose our summer work programs in Nunavut until we had completed the staking of these claims. These claims cover targets that were initially desired by Cache in the December 2010 prospecting permit applications but that were not awarded to us in February 2011.

We are pleased that our land position in Nunavut now includes these additional target areas that are of interest to Cache."

Cache Exploration is a well funded exploration company with a focus on exploring for REE deposits. Cache is exploring the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property and Cross Hills Northern IOCG Property in Newfoundland, the Louil Hills REE Property in Newfoundland, and the Nunavut REE Properties. The Company recently acquired a 100% interest in Cache Minerals Inc. ("CMI")(formerly Rockbridge Minerals Inc.) through which it now controls the CMI Cross Hill REE Properties adjacent to Cache's Cross Hills Properties, the 3,360 acre Stewart South Property in BC, the 4,349 acre Quinn Eskay Property in BC, the 719 acre GSM Property in BC, and the 4,680 acre White Gold Properties in the Yukon.

All of the Cache REE properties are considered to have excellent potential for rare earth element mineralization. The BC and Yukon properties provide a diversity of exposure to exploration potential for copper, silver, and gold.

Additional information is available under the company's profile at www.sedar.com and on the Cache website at www.cacheexploration.com For additional information please contact info@cacheexploration.com

Cache Receives Encouraging Results From White Gold Properties PDF Print E-mail

TORONTO, CANADA – October 4, 2011 – Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY) is pleased to announce that results have been received from the initial sampling and exploration program on Cache’s Yukon White Gold Properties acquired in June 2011 (news release June 20, 2011). Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., is a Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.

Cache Exploration Inc. owns a 100% interest in the two White Gold Properties, the Northwest and the Southeast White Gold properties, which consist of 90 claims within the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory. The area is host to significant exploration activity since the discovery of the Golden Saddle Zone by Underworld Resources in 2009. (see Underworld Resources Inc. January 19, 2010 news release of a NI43-101 compliant resource which includes 9,797,000 tonnes indicated at 3.2 g/t Au for 1,004,570 indicated ounces, with an additional 5,022,000 tonnes inferred at 2.5 g/t Au for 407,413 inferred ounces). The White Gold Properties are located approximately 15 km west-southwest of the Golden Saddle Zone in similar geological units.

Cache has received encouraging results from their soil and stream and seep sediment sampling completed in the White River Gold District. The samples were prepared by Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Stewart, BC and forwarded by Activation to their Ancaster, Ontario facility for Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA). Standard till samples were included as part of our Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Anomalous gold values ranging between 30 and 50 ppb in three soil and seep sediment samples taken over a length of 400 m were obtained on the Southeast White Gold Property. There were also two other samples with values greater than 10 ppb along these ridges. This ridge contour sampling compliments the anomalous gold found along the other ridges on this property found in a previous 2010 survey by Rockbridge Minerals Inc., the predecessor company to Cache Minerals Inc., in which four samples yielded between 10 and 26 ppb Au.
Anomalous arsenic (As) values in soil and seep/stream sediment sampling have been obtained in the southwestern portion of the Northwest White Gold Property. Five samples have yielded values greater than 20 ppm As including one sample with 110 ppm As; even though only one steam sediment sample with elevated Au (10 ppb) was encountered; gold mineralization at the nearby Arc Zone has been described to occur with other sulphides including arsenopyrite. The Arc Zone is one of the zones discovered by Underworld Resources in 2009 (see Underworld Resources Inc. January 19, 2010 news release of a NI43-101 compliant resource which includes 4,369,000 tonnes inferred at 1.2 g/t Au for 170,470 inferred ounces).
All of the Cache REE properties are considered to have excellent potential for rare earth element mineralization. The BC and Yukon properties provide a diversity of exposure to exploration potential for copper, silver, and gold.

Cache Prospecting Reveals Anomalous Gold and Base Metals PDF Print E-mail

TORONTO, CANADA –October 5, 2011 – Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY), is pleased to announce that results have been received from a preliminary geological assessment and rock sampling program completed by a crew of four Cache personnel in early August on the three Cache properties in the Stewart Gold-Silver-Copper District of British Columbia (see attached map). This region is host to an abundance of gold, silver, and base metal deposits and previously producing mines in environments related to volcanogenic massive sulphides and epithermal and intrusion-related veins and skarns. Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., is a Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.

Prospecting by Cache Exploration Inc. has revealed several samples anomalous in gold and other base metals at their Quinn Eskay Property in northwestern British Columbia. Samples were prepared by Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Stewart, BC then forwarded by Activation to their Ancaster, Ontario facility to be analyzed by Instrumental Neutron Activation (INAA) and Inductively Coupled Plasma. Standard samples were included as part of our Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) program. The Quinn Eskay Property includes four claims covering 4,349 acres approximately 50km northwest of the town of Stewart, BC. A fairly well exposed area towards the north of the property hosts sulphide-bearing quartz-carbonate veins, within sheared amphibolites and metasediments interlayered with quartzofeldspathic gneiss. In outcrop, the veins are exposed as under 5cm wide with cobbles of vein in talus up to 10cm in width; pyrite, specular hematite, and sulphide weathering is common. Talus grab samples in the area yielded gold (Au) values of 0.83 g/t Au and 0.76 g/t Au. Lower grade samples include a talus grab sample with 0.37 g/t Au that is associated with 55ppm Mo and 0.17% lead (Pb) and a composite talus grab sample with 0.25 g/t Au associated with 10.7 ppm silver (Ag) and greater than 0.5% Pb. A grab sample from outcrop further south on the property revealed 0.45 g/t Au from a medium-grained, rusted, mesocratic tonalite hosting quartz veins. These encouraging results warrant further exploration on this property that is approximately 10 km northwest of the Granduc Mine, which is historically reported as producing 15.2 million tonnes of gold, silver, and copper ore and 2km south of the Doc Property that has published assay results of up to 44.66 g/t Au and 219 g/t Ag.

The Stewart South and the GSM Property, respectively, are a group of 3 contiguous claims covering 3,360 acres and one detached claim covering 719 acres, which are located less than 20km southeast of Stewart, BC. These claims cover several formations of the Jurassic Hazelton Group, which is known to host several styles of gold mineralization in past producing mines in northwestern BC, including the Silbak Premier Mine and the Eskay Creek Mine. A limited number of samples containing disseminated pyrite were taken over these properties. Due to the recent retreat of a glacier, a large skarn-related mineralized zone was identified covering approximately 100 metres by 100 metres of exposure. This skarn zone is thought to potentially continue beneath the retreating glacier. Skarn related units vary from pyritic porcellanitic rocks to hedenbergite-actinolite skarn with local epithermal sulphide-quartz vein sets overprinting the skarn and skarnoid rocks, and related high-level porphyritic intrusions. This sulphide-bearing skarn zone revealed minimal gold and base metal mineralization even though the area to the west includes 10 mineral occurrences that are rich in gold and base-metal mineralization. The geochemistry of the skarn zone did reveal increased Ba, Mn, and S that is characteristic of distal hydrothermal mineralization.

Mr. Brown states:”These initial results indicating good potential for gold and silver mineralization will be used to develop our 2012 exploration plans for this area.”

Cache Expands REE Exploration Program Based On Positive Results

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

TORONTO, CANADA - October 25, 2011 - Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY) ("Cache") is pleased to announce that the extensive exploration program of approximately three months announced July 25, 2011 at the Cross Hills Properties near the Burin Peninsula in western Newfoundland has been expanded and extended due to the receipt of positive radiometric survey and rock sample results.

Dr. David Lentz, P. Geo., is a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for all technical information contained in this news release.

The Cross Hills Plutonic Suite consists of a group of related gabbro to diabase, granodiorite, biotite granite, peralkaline granite, and minor syenite that outcrops over 260 square kilometres. The most significant mineral occurrence within the Cross Hills area is Zr-Nb-Y-REE mineralization within small aplite dykes and veins that intrude the peralkaline granite, revealing grades of up to 19,208 g/t Zirconium (Zr), 2,968 g/t Yttrium (Y), 1,860 g/t Niobium (Nb), 1,550 g/t Cerium (Ce), 725 g/t Thorium (Th), and 90 g/t Tin (Sn) (as reported in Tuach, 1991). This area was prospected during 2011 and an area of known REE mineralization displayed radiometric readings of up to 1,500 counts per second (CPS) and could be traced discontinuously over a kilometre in length and locally up to 2.5 metres in width. Work conducted in 2010 by Cache Minerals Inc. (CMI) (formerly Rockbridge Minerals Inc.) in this area revealed samples containing up to 1.11% Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO). At the contact of the same peralkaline granite and neighboring biotite granite, a sample returning 6,328 g/t Zr and 316 g/t Nb was reported by Tuach (1991). The management of Cache feel that this is indicative of potential underlying Heavy Rare Earth Element (HREE), Yttrium, and Niobium mineralization. The analytical results, mineralogy, and peralkalic affinity appear similar to those of other very significant REE-Y deposits like the Thor Lake (NWT) and the Strange Lake (QC-Labrador), making the Cross Hills REE property of significant interest to Cache for developing its potential.

The exploration program as announced July 25, 2011, involved completing a detailed, systematic GPS-linked radiometric survey, conducting geological reconnaissance, as well as collecting rock samples at points with elevated radiometric readings, and from other potentially mineralized rock. The work was completed over eight claim groups, of which three are held by Cache Exploration Inc. ("Cache"), and five are held by a wholly owned subsidiary, Cache Minerals Inc. ("CMI"). These eight claim groups cover an area of approximately 111.5 square kilometres.

      http://thenewswire.ca/client_files/2011-10-24-1.pdf

The detailed GPS-linked radiometric survey was able to identify three areas of relatively elevated radioactivity varying between 600 and 850 counts per second. All three areas are located in proximity to a contact between a Devonian to Carboniferous granitoid suite and late Proterozoic siliciclastic metasedimentary and bimodal alkalic metavolcanic sequence.

A total of 199 rock samples were collected from the Cache and CMI claim groups, 82 and 117 samples respectively. These were analysed by instrumental neutron activation analysis at Activation Laboratories Inc. in Ancaster, Ontario. The significant results include values up to 486 ppm Total Rare Earth Element (TREE) (including La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Yb, and Lu), which includes a Heavy Rare Earth Element (HREE) content of up to 39 ppm (Tb, Yb, Lu). The higher REE samples were collected from a granitoid suite and subaerial felsic volcanic rocks, both of late Proterozoic age.

Based upon a review of these encouraging assays, an expanded follow-up work program is scheduled to commence by the end of October 2011. This follow-up program will include further sampling and prospecting targeted specifically in the areas with relatively elevated radiometric readings and the areas that surround the rock samples reporting elevated REE values. The primary goals of this expanded exploration program are to define the areas of highest priority interest and to identify targets for potential future trenching and drilling.

Mr. Brown concludes that "We feel that Cache presents very good share appreciation potential due to the exposure to numerous exploration properties with a variety of commodity targets including Rare Earth Elements, Gold, and Silver. A public listed company with under 23.5 million shares issued and a market capital of under $3.5 million can be poised for significant share movement on any positive results. The expansion and extension of the Cross Hills REE exploration program has the potential to provide these positive results."

Cache Exploration is a well funded exploration company with a focus on exploring for REE deposits. Cache is exploring the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property and Cross Hills Northern IOCG Property in Newfoundland, and the Nunavut REE Properties. In June 2011, the Company acquired a 100% interest in Cache Minerals Inc. ("CMI") (formerly Rockbridge Minerals Inc.) through which it now controls the CMI Cross Hill REE Properties adjacent to Cache's original Cross Hills Properties, the 3,360 acre Stewart South Property in BC, the 4,349 acre Quinn Eskay Property in BC, the 719 acre GSM Property in BC, and the 4,680 acre White Gold Property in the Yukon. All of the Cache REE properties are considered to have excellent potential for rare earth element mineralization. The BC and Yukon properties provide a diversity of exposure to exploration potential for copper, silver, and gold.

Cache Trenching On Welsford REE Properties In Preparation for Winter Drilling

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

TORONTO, CANADA - November 1, 2011 - Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed an extensive exploration program, as described in the June 23, 2011 news release, on their Welsford REE Properties. Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., is a Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.

The exploration program was designed to evaluate the extent of known Rare Earth Element ("REE"), Yttrium ("Y"), and Niobium ("Nb") bearing aplite dykes and to identify areas of anomalous REE. The Welsford REE Properties include groups of 6, 125, and 131 claims covering a total of 5,931 hectares which covers the full extent of the peralkaline Welsford Igneous complex (see attached map to view image copy URL into new browser window http://thenewswire.ca/client_files/2011-11-01-0.pdf) that is available for exploration and has been shown to host the late-stage REE + Y + Nb McKeel Lake dykes. The purpose of the ongoing exploration program on the Welsford REE Properties is to evaluate the REE potential. Since REE-Y-Nb mineralized dykes have been identified on the Welsford Inner Property and are considered to represent a separate phase of the host Welsford Granite Complex, the goal will be to identify a concentration of these dykes (a dyke swarm) or determine the source of the mineralized dykes. The source could be a cupola or a roof-zone where the dykes would have originated as the two geological models could possibly be related.

Several anomalous zones on the Welford Outer Property have been covered by prospecting, selected mapping, soil, and radiometric surveys on a smaller grid to identify prospective areas for follow-up by overburden trenching commencing this fall with the goal of identifying potential targets for a follow up 2011-2012 winter drill program. The Welsford Extension Property saw the first phase of soil sampling, radiometric survey, and prospecting to identify zones for further follow-up.

The 125 claim Welsford Outer covering 2,829 hectares, the 131 claim Welsford Extension covering 2,966 hectares, and the 6 claim Welsford Inner covering 136 hectares cover approximately 90% of the Welsford Intrusive Complex. The Welsford Inner has occurrences of REE-Y-Nb aplite dykes that are related to the Welsford Intrusive Complex. The Welsford Inner was drilled by Cache Exploration in December 2010 and January 2011 to reveal grades up to 0.278% by weight Total Rare Earth Elements (TREE) or 0.323% by weight Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO), 1,136 ppm Niobium (Nb)(0.163% Nb2O5), and 1,722 ppm Yttrium (Y) (0.218% Y2O3) over 1.12 metres and 0.348% by weight TREE (0.405% by weight TREO), 1,021 ppm Nb (0.146% Nb2O5), and 1,876 ppm Y (0.238% Y2O3) over 0.55 metre (April 13, 2011 news release).

The 2011 summer field exploration program on the Welsford Outer was designed to follow-up on very encouraging results from 2009 and 2010 programs that outlined zones with elevated Heavy Rare Earth Element ("HREE") content up to 1 km long by 0.5 km wide have been identified by stream and soil sampling, radiometric surveys, and minimal prospecting at a spacing of 125 by 125 m. The 2011 program included collecting 1,633 B-horizon soil samples and completing a radiometric survey at spacing of approximately 30 x 30m using a Scintrex scintillometer and a RS-125 spectrometer. The program included mapping, prospecting, and the collection of thirteen 1 metre channel samples from the sparse number of outcrops in the areas of interest. The channel cut samples of host Welsford Intrusive phases yielded values of up to 541 ppm TREE; with this particular sample being taken towards the southwest portion of the property indicating the presence of highly fractionated intrusive phases in areas outside the Welsford Inner Claims. Geological prospecting observations and radiometric spectrometer survey and soil results will be used to delineate several areas for follow-up by GPS-linked spectrometer surveying to identify priority targets on the Welsford Outer for trenching in November.

On the Welsford Extension, a 100 metre by 100 metre grid soil survey and associated radiometric survey was completed in June and July 2011 by GeoXplore Surveys Inc. of Bathurst, New Brunswick. A total of 2,040 B-horizon soil samples were taken along with an RS-125 radiometric spectrometer survey. A highly anomalous soil sample returned 182 ppm Lanthanum (La), 1,310 ppm Cerium (Ce), 544 ppm Neodymium (Nd), 149 ppm Samarium (Sa) , 5 ppm Europium (Eu), 41.8 ppm Terbium (Tb), 100 ppm Ytterbium (Yb), and 12.5 ppm Lutetium (Lu); this one sample reported double the maximum REE values seen in the Welsford Inner that contains the surficial occurrences of the REE‐Y‐Nb‐Zr aplite dykes that represent a primary target of exploration on the Welsford Intrusive Complex. The spectrometer survey and HREE in soils revealed additional anomalous areas in the southwest portion of the property including several smaller areas along the rim of the intrusive complex and a larger area towards the center of the complex. Overall, the average HREE contents of the soils were approximately two and a half times greater than the average upper crustal values reported by Wedepohl (1995). The follow-up prospecting on the Welsford Extension has revealed that there are several intrusive phases present on the property. The soil location with the most elevated REE values was re-visited to reveal a boggy area. The nearest outcrop located approximately 200 metres towards the east yielded spectrometer values up to 1,900 cps. GPS-linked spectrometer data from other soil anomalies include values up to 1,000 cps and warrant further prospecting, infill soil samples, and mapping in the 2012 exploration program.

The Welsford Outer and the Welsford Inner will be subject to a trenching program commencing in November to develop targets for a winter 2011-2012 drill program. All samples are submitted to Activation Laboratories Inc. in Ancaster, Ontario for instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) with duplicates, blanks for soil samples, and the appropriate certified reference material as standards.

Cache has been approved by the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistant Program (NBJMAP) for two grants totalling $60,000 or up to 50% of the first $120,000 of trenching and drilling on the Welsford Properties. The program offers financial assistance up to 50% of eligible costs for mineral exploration programs to a maximum of $50,000 per grant increasing the probability of finding economically viable mineral resources in New Brunswick..

Cache Exploration is a well funded exploration company with a focus on exploring for REE deposits. Cache is exploring the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property and Cross Hills Northern IOCG Property in Newfoundland, the Nunavut REE Properties. In June 2011, the Company acquired a 100% interest in Cache Minerals Inc. (CMI) (formerly Rockbridge Minerals Inc.) through which it now controls the CMI Cross Hill REE Properties adjacent to Cache's Cross Hills Properties, the 3,360 acre Stewart South Property in BC, the 4,349 acre Quinn Eskay Property in BC, the 719 acre GSM Property in BC, and the 4,680 acre White Gold Property in the Yukon. Cache Issues An Update On The Expanded Trenching Program at The Welsford Rare Earth Element Properties

TORONTO, CANADA – July 30, 2012 – Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: CAY), is very pleased to provide an update on the expanded trenching program on several highly encouraging targets on the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick (see Figure 1). Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., is a Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.

A 40 metre by 25 metre trench has been completed to expose the bedrock at one of the target sites (see Figure 2). This target site has previously identified radioactivity up to 46,000 Counts Per Second (CPS), measured by gamma ray spectrometry and has yielded a 25 centimetre chip sample containing over 5% combined weight of Yttrium (Y), Zirconium (Zr), Niobium (Nb), and Rare Earth Elements (REE) (News Release May 28, 2012). As a result of the trench expansion and the increased exposure, the area of probable REE-Zr-Nb-Y mineralization is thought to occur throughout the trench area and appears to be open towards the northeast and the southwest. Channel sampling is being completed over anomalous areas (see Figure 3). A total of 38 radiometric anomalies were located within the trench area (see Figure 4), which range between 1,000 CPS and 46,000 CPS.

The Y-Nb-REE rich dyke identified in earlier sampling ranges in width from less than 5 centimetres to up to 30 centimetres over a 5 metre length. It appears to be discontinuous within the extensive fracture zone found in the host Welsford granite. Additional ground prospecting and spectrometry over the area immediately south of the trench has also revealed an area approximately 10 metres by 15 metres that exhibits consistently elevated radiometric signatures along a well-defined trend. However, the bedrock still remains covered by soil/till.

Due to these encouraging results, including mineralization apparently open in two directions from the trench, the company has further expanded the ongoing trenching program to expose additional target areas. The additional areas will include the adjoining area towards the south of the trench. The distribution of radioactive anomalies in the trench and a prospective well-defined trend in the adjacent area further supports this showing as becoming a viable drill target for the company.

The purpose of the expanded trenching program is to fully expose the mineralized area that has radiometrically measured up to 46,000 Counts Per Second (CPS) and has reported assay results of over 5% combined weight of Yttrium (Y), Zirconium (Zr), Niobium (Nb), and Rare Earth Elements (REE) across a 25 cm wide dyke (May 28, 2012 News Release). This area has reported the highest Heavy Rare Earth Element (HREE) soil anomalies in the region. This mineralized area exhibits very strong potential to locate a dyke-sill swarm, and/or a mineralized cupola, which has the potential to be the source of the Y-Nb-REE-enrichment in the area.

Cache has in place agreements with all landowners affected by the expanded trenching program or required for access and right of way. Cache also filed for and received the approval to proceed from the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources.

The primary aim of the expanded trenching program is to fully expose the area of the potential dyke(s)/sill/cupola in order to thoroughly map and rock sample the area. The results of the trenching program will be utilized to assess priority diamond drill targets and to formulate an optimal drill plan. The company will also continue prospecting and sampling other areas on the Welsford REE properties, specifically areas that have shown REE and/or radiometric soil anomalies from prior exploration efforts.

Extensive prospecting and soil sampling programs completed since 2010 have identified several zones of radiometric activity and Y-Nb-REE enrichment (see November 1, 2011 news release) including this priority trenching target. Based upon the highly encouraging results to date, this expanded trenching program is Cache’s first priority exploration program. Cache looks forward to releasing the results of this expanded trenching program and the subsequent drill plan as early as possible this summer.

Dr. David Lentz, P.Geo., Qualified Person, and Chairman of the Technical Committee emphasises: “With my extensive knowledge of REE deposits worldwide, this area continues to present Cache with excellent potential for a new discovery. In addition to the growing potential being developed by the expanded trenching program, the excellent logistics and infrastructure that exist near the Welsford REE Properties including power lines crossing the property and proximity to paved highways and to the port of Saint John makes the prospects for the Welsford REE Properties extremely exciting.”

Cache Exploration has a focus on exploring for REE deposits. Cache is exploring the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property and Cross Hills Northern IOCG Property in Newfoundland, and the Nunavut REE Properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in Cache Minerals Inc. (“CMI”) through which it now controls the CMI Cross Hill REE Properties adjacent to Cache’s Cross Hills Properties, the 3,360 acre Stewart South Property in BC, the 4,349 acre Quinn Eskay Property in BC, the 719 acre GSM Property in BC, and the 4,680 acre White Gold Properties in the Yukon. All of the Cache REE properties are considered to have excellent potential for rare earth element mineralization. The BC and Yukon properties provide a diversity of exposure to exploration potential for copper, silver, and gold.
