Appia Announces Final Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing for a Total of $3,666,000

Toronto, Ontario – December 8, 2022 – Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API) (OTCQX:APAAF) (Germany: “A0I:F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I:BE”) is pleased to announce that it will be closing the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering, announced on November 21, 2022, with the issuance of 1,980,000 flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) for gross proceeds of $990,000 and 409,300 working capital units (the “WC Units”) (collectively, the “Offering”) for gross proceeds of $176,000. The Company has raised total gross proceeds of $3,666,000.

Appia Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing And First Closing

Toronto, Ontario – November 21, 2022 – Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API) (OTCQB:APAAF) (Germany: “A0I:F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I:BE”) is pleased to announce the offering of a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) at $0.50 per FT Share or up to 10,000,000 working capital units (the “WC Units”) at $0.43 per WC Unit or a combination thereof to a maximum of up to 10,000,000 common shares and up to 10,000,000 WC Warrants (as defined below) (the “Offering”). The Company will be closing in the first tranche of the Offering with the issuance of 5,000,000 FT Shares for gross proceeds of $2.5 million. Fond du Lac lies approximately 60 kilometres south of the 60 Parallel and about 1,275 km northwest of Prince Albert, within the far northern region of Saskatchewan.

The Letter of Intent reflects a meaningful relationship between Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. and Fond du Lac who are working together for the mutual benefit of the Fond du Lac community as well as neighbouring communities within the Athabasca Region. Appia and Fond du Lac have agreed to formulize their intentions following this Letter of Intent, and move this project forward by negotiating final agreements.

The Parties are focused and have communicated with the Federal Government on its 2022 budget programs and are collaborating with a critical minerals strategy for the purpose of creating jobs and economic growth in the critical minerals sector, which will be of benefit to Fond du Lac and the Athabasca Region.

Geophysical Survey At Appia’s Athabasca Basin Uranium Property Outlines EM Lineaments Exceeding 10 km In Strike Length

TORONTO, ONTARIO, September 19, 2022 - Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API, OTCQX:APAAF, Germany: “A0I.F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I.BE”) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed (and submitted for assessment purposes) a helicopter-borne gamma-ray spectrometry and VTEM geophysical survey on the 100%-owned Loranger uranium property, eastern Athabasca Basin area, northern Saskatchewan.

Highlights (from 2022 assessment report):

The survey extended and discovered some new electromagnetic (EM) conductors, and provided additional structural geophysical characteristics of these conductors.
EM lineaments exceeding 10 km in contiguous strike length are identified.
EM conductors are offset by younger features.
The property will be drill ready once targets are confirmed and permits are submitted/accepted.

Dr. Belhumeur has served as an advisor and consultant to the Company since March 2021. Dr. Belhumeur has spent over 30 years as a consultant for Aboriginal affairs with regard to project development in the resource industry, coordinating between Aboriginal citizens, resource companies, and various levels of government. Dr. Belhumeur has worked on many projects, from the EIA process through to the construction and operation phases of a mine.
