Azimut Exploration Inc. (“Azimut” or the “Company”) (TSXV: AZM) (OTCQX: AZMTF) is pleased to announce the results of the initial mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) for the Patwon Gold Zone on its 100% owned Elmer Property in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec:

Indicated resources:        311,200 ounces in 4.99 million tonnes grading 1.93 g/t Au

Inferred resources:          513,900 ounces in 8.22 million tonnes grading 1.94 g/t Au

The MRE, prepared according to National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”), confirms the quality of the gold mineralization in the Patwon Zone and supports additional exploration to further expand the mineral inventory. Two objectives have been defined for the upcoming drilling program, which is scheduled to commence in early 2024:

Expand the Patwon Gold Zone, which remains open near surface along strike, using shallow drill holes from surface down to a vertical depth of 300 metres; and

Follow up on significant gold-bearing zones along shear zones directly on strike or subparallel to Patwon. The main drill-ready target zones have a cumulative strike length of 20.5 kilometres.

Maiden Drilling Program Expanded to 5,000 metres

Longueuil, Quebec – Azimut Exploration Inc. ("Azimut" or the "Company") (TSXV: AZM) (OTCQX: AZMTF) is pleased to report significant intercepts of spodumene pegmatites from the maiden core drilling program on the Galinée Property (the "Property") in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec.

All drill holes carried out so far intersect spodumene pegmatites, currently recognized over a distance of 400 metres laterally. Intercepts of up to 78.4 metres in core length were observed in the first four (4) holes totalling 1,252.8 metres. Additionaly, prospecting results from a mineralized boulder field in the same area (see press release of September 6, 2023) have yielded grades up to 4.09% Li2O.

Reverse Circulation Drilling over 9 Kilometres of Highly Prospective Ground

Longueuil, Quebec – Azimut Exploration Inc. (“Azimut” or the “Company”) (TSXV: AZM) is pleased to
report significant progress as it continues to investigate the camp-scale exploration potential around the
Patwon Gold Zone on the Company’s 100% owned Elmer Property (the “Property”) in the Eeyou Istchee
James Bay region of Quebec.
The Company has now completed a systematic 507-hole reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling program
to test highly prospective areas on strike to or subparallel to the Patwon Zone. This extensive program
was conducted concurrently with a minimum 20,000-metre delineation core drilling phase to expand
Patwon and deliver a maiden mineral resource estimate (see press release of March 10, 2022).
The RC program is a key validation step before undertaking the planned summer 2022 core drilling
program. Critical data was collected from a 9-kilometre-long section of a roughly 20-kilometre-long by
1.5- to 2-kilometre-wide gold-bearing structural corridor previously defined by the Company’s systematic
work (including prospecting, till sampling and core drilling).
