Bis jetzt haben sich 13 Leute von ca. 60 Leuten bei mit gemeldet. Mal sehen wie viele es morgen Abend sind.

Bis dahin zur Zeitüberbrückung ein kleines Schmackerle aus dem Mail.
Als Castlelake vor ca. 18 Monaten mit WKT getroffen hat, frage Castlelake WKT bzgl. ob es Tansania Issues gibt.
WKT hat das natürlich verneint, Motto alles kein Problem "business as usual"
Und das war sofort für Castlelake eine "red flag" ein Signal das Sie keine Ahnung haben und das man mit so einem unseriösen Management nicht weiterzumachen will.
Genau das spiegelt auch meinen Meinung zum WKT Management wieder. Immer ist alles super und es gibt auch nie wirkliche Probleme.
Mit dieser Haltung können Sie vielleicht einen Großteil der Australischen Dödel überzeugen und in den Wert locken, aber nicht mich.

Wann die DFS kommt und ob es einen Plan B gibt, falls Castlelake doch noch abspringen sollte.

Endlich der OZNT Bericht, scheinen guter Dinge zu sein. Das mit den 16% von der Dividende ist auch gut für Graphex.

Basically WKT is not able to provide update on the funding as it is still in the process of finalisation by Pareto and the Debt Providers of the Loan Note.
This is a process that WKT has no control over.
The bidding process and finalisation is all Pareto and they will in due course notify the company when its bedded down.
Pareto historically tend to close out these deals in 4-6 weeks (This is now the end of the 4th week)

AM - ME - TB and Ian Hobson (Company Secretary) were present.
AC was not present as was overseas travelling from Scotland to China.
Chairman address is aimed more so for the investors on the sidelines, not really for shareholders who know the story of WKT and Tanzania.
All 16 resolutions were all passed with a show of hands as the numbers projected on the screen were overwhelming in favour anyway of all resolutions.
AM presented well.
AM briefed a detail about the BTS in his presentation about the length of the time.
To be expected Pareto requires 5 year contracts as this will be to match the debt term as existing terms are 3 years.
German offtakers awaiting 6 months out from production.
The 16% GoT royalty is only paid upon when a dividend is paid per the amount of the total combined dividend being paid.
example : For every $1M being paid out as a dividend across all shareholders the 16% = $160K paid to GoT.
The 16% is inclusive and not additional.
The remaining 84% would equal $840K
As the project is technically tied to a debt deal for 5 years, (unless WKT refinances), the letter from GoT about the 16% satisfied Pareto in their DD and in essence saved the company from being forced to raise further equity to offset this, what was previously an unknown quantum. This is actually good for all mining companies.
The Final equity component was asked - still unknown and is more likely they are unable to comment until the debt piece is completed.
5% local ownership at the project level will be in a Trust for the village with a structure for the company to claw back value, costs and interests that is recoverable when the company pays dividends.
WKT expect to be using the 2 ports (200km and 400km away) simultaneously depending on shipping timetables and cargo capacity availability. Closer port more desirable but not likely to be leaving from 1 port.
O&M contract (Operating and Managing) now looking to NOT be Jinpeng, most likely to be a Tanz company to support local content requirements. Jinpeng to build, train personnel and handover and oversee.
Prime Minister will officially open the plant.
GoT PM is from Ruwanga Village District which is his home town area.
Ruwanga is the neighbouring village to the Lindi Jumbo Project.
AM cautious on project timelines saying 9 months from finance. (gives him wriggle room for delays)
Lindi Jumbo Tanzania website says 7 months ; )
AM stated all the long lead items have been ordered and stored in crates with Jinpeng.
Majority of all the other items that do not require long lead times are off the shelf components that are typically readily available to be ordered and shipped quickly.
QAQC person from South Africa has been appointed to check over Jinpeng work and fabrication works and equipment.
QAQC = Quality Assurance Quality Control
AM also made comments about having propriety design work done that provide advantages with regards to the preservation of the flake sizes to maximise the output quantities. We already know that we are a 4 stage grind process with bypass circuits unlike China doing a 12 grind process.
AM touched upon the final permits list and nothing to arduous, more so just formalities.
