Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Recherche. Sehr aussichtsreiches Unternehmen. Lege mir ebenfalls eine Position zu.

Es gibt mehrere Trigger,die zu einer Kursexplosion führen können.Vor allem das mit Tesla.

Rohstoffe bei dem aktuellem Marktumfeld ist mir eh lieber.Technologie wird aktuell gut abgestraft bei jedem beben.

2. Elmer East Discovery

On Sept 8, 2021, QPM announced that it had received very encouraging results from its early exploration work on its Elmer East property, a secondary asset in the QPM portfolio.

Based on work that was completed in 2020 at its Elmer East project (in collaboration with GoldSpot Discoveries Group – TSXV:SPOT), the Quebec Precious Metals team went back into the field to collect samples to improve our geological understanding of this extensive mineralized system and to identify the best drill targets for future exploration.

The most significant samples are as follows:

1 g/t Au, 13.4 g/t Ag, 0.26 % Zn, 0.34 % Pb
17 g/t Au, 41.2 g/t Ag, 0.21 % Zn, 1.65 % Pb
31 g/t Au, 18.3 g/t Ag, 0.28 % Zn, 0.46 % Pb
05 g/t Au, 4.6 g/t Ag
97 g/t Au, 31.8 g/t Ag, 0.13 % Pb
In addition, a new gold-bearing vein grading 61.8 g/t Au and 35.8 g/t Ag was discovered at the Georgekish showing in the north-central claim block of the project.



The 2021 summer surface sampling program expanded the mineralized corridor at the Lloyd discovery area from 60 meters to 4.2 km and remains open in all directions.

Note that these discoveries at Elmer East are in addition to the company’s flagship Sakami project, also in James Bay, QC, where QPM already has a clear target on an economic resource in excess of 2+mm ounces AU based on extensive drilling done to date.

1. Kipawa Sale for CA$8 million in CASH proceeds

On Aug 10, 2021, Quebec Precious Metals (QPM-V) announced that it has agreed to sell its 68% interest in the Kipawa exploration project (Investissement Quebec owns the remaining 32%) and 100% interest in the Zeus exploration project to Vital Metals (ASX: VML) for total cash consideration of CA$8 million.

Both Kipawa and Zeus are heavy rare-earth projects and non-core to QPM. This transaction is another example of QPM successfully executing its stated strategy since 2018 of monetizing non-core assets to focus on its flagship Sakami exploration project in the James Bay region of Quebec.

Subject to final due diligence, the total purchase price of CA$8 million in cash is payable as follows:

CA$150,000 deposit on signing the Term Sheet (completed);
CA$2.35 million on acquisition of the projects;
CA$2.5 million on the 1st anniversary of acquisition;
CA$1 million on the 2nd anniversary of acquisition;
CA$1 million on the 3rd anniversary of acquisition; and
CA$1 million on the 4th anniversary of acquisition.
The completion of this transaction further bolsters Quebec Precious Metals' strong balance sheet and market position and gives the company increased financial flexibility to further expand its James Bay QC exploration program.

Wow. Danke für die Flut an Information. Ich hab die Aktie vor einigen Monaten schonmal gesehen aber habe nicht so viel DD angestellt. Aber das was du zusammengetragen hast ist ja super. Danke. Da lohnt die Investition

Heute wollte ich mal eine Rohstoffaktie ins Rennen geben.
Aktuell ist bei Rohstoffen enormes Aufwärtspotenzial wenn man die richtige findet.
Und wie es aussieht habe ich dies.


Das Unternehmen besitzt in Quebec erhebliche Vorkommen an Gold, Seltenen Erden und vermutlich Lithium und Graphit.
Aktuell steht die Regierung von Quebec eigenen Angaben nach in Gesprächen mit größeren Unternehmen welche sich jetzt in der Rohstoff-Krise und den damit steigenden Rohstoffpreise Vorkommen sichern wollen. Darunter auch Tesla.

Die Aktie ist völlig unterm Radar und das liegt daran, das man sich in der Vergangenheit nicht durch Aktien drucken und dumme Werbung finanziert hat, sondern durch Verkäufe von echten Assets. Zb zuletzt an Sayona eine Liegenschaft mit hochgradigem Lithium.

Die Ergebnisse der aktuellen Bohrungen haben bereits geschätzte 1,5 Mio Unzen Gold über Tage vorausgesagt. Bei den aktuell steigenden Goldpreisen haben diese mittlerweile einen Wert von 2 Mrd $

Quebec Prescious plant bei insgesamt 2 Mio Unzen das gesamte Projekt mit den Rechten zu verkaufen.

Und die News wird evtl schon in den nächsten Tagen kommen.
Die NI 43-101 Studie ist bereits in Arbeit.

Die Regierung von Quebec, Sidex und der Riese Newmont sind bereits bei Quebec Prescious investiert. Newmont ist sogar der größte Aktionär. Das liegt wohl auch daran, weil das Gebiet Sakami in unmittelbarer Nähe der größten Goldmine von Quebec liegt.

Aktuell hat das Unternehmen 4 Mio an Cash und erwartet 8 Mio durch den Verkauf des Seltenen Erden Projekt Kipawa noch in diesem Jahr. Einen Vertrag mit Vital Metals gibt es bereits.

Das Unternehmen ist aktuell mit gerade mal 23 Mio CAD $ bewertet und ich erwarte durch die kommende Studie einen Hype beim Kurs, der mehrere 100% bringen könnte.


Deswegen habe ich mich mit einer ersten Position platziert.
