Habe mich bereits Ende Dezember nach diesem Unternehmen erkundigt - die Info`s hier im Board sind mehr als mau !

Man ist nur leider zu feig auf so marktenge Werte zu setzen - und wenn sie dann bereits weit gelaufen ist, traut man sich nicht mehr einzusteigen geht mir im Moment so.)

Die Umsätze steigen aber immer mehr an - wenn jemand Info`s über diese Firma hat, bitte reinsetzen.

Typen wie Du sind es, die ständig auf bereits gelaufene Werte wie Intershop aufspringen und sich nachher selbst bemitleiden !

Lies die Finanzseiten mal nicht nur oberflächlich - such Dir selbst interessante Werte raus, über die noch nicht geschrieben wird. Dürfte Deine Chancen wesentlich erhöhen und den Frust begrenzen.

TLC Reports Q3-01 Procedure VolumesCompany Expects Financial Results to Be
Substantially Better Than Consensus Analysts` Estimates

BETHESDA, Md., Mar 5, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TLC Laser Eye Centers Inc.
(Nasdaq: TLCV)(TSE:TLC.), the world`s largest provider of laser eye surgery
services, announced today that over 33,500 paid laser procedures were performed
at TLC refractive centers in the third quarter of fiscal 2001.

The Company noted that over 800 of the quarter`s paid procedures were generated
by its new "TLC Affiliate Centers" program.

This quarter`s total paid procedure volumes were up marginally from 33,300 paid
procedures reported for the same period a year ago, but grew more than 24% from
last quarter.

During the third quarter, the Company continued to enjoy strong success in
executing the TLC Advantage program. The Company`s exclusive marketing and
service partnerships with several HMO`s and vision plans, now covering more than
70 million individual lives, generated more than 30% of the quarters` total paid
procedure volumes. This compares to 12% of total paid procedure volumes in the
same period last year.

Reflecting TLC`s brand value and relative pricing strength, revenues are again
expected to be in-line with paid procedure volumes.

Strong sequential revenue growth, combined with continuing improvements to TLC`s
cost structure, are expected to generate fiscal 2001 third quarter financial
results substantially better than First Call consensus analysts` estimates of a
(US$0.13) per share net loss.

Based on analysis of preliminary financial data, the Company expects to report:


- Cash or "adjusted" EPS [before amortization of goodwill and
intangibles from acquisitions] within an approximate range of
positive US$0.05 - US$0.08.

- Net EPS before one-time restructuring charges within an
approximate range of US$0.00 - positive US$0.03.

- One-time time charges of approximately US$1 million primarily
associated with the Company`s performance improvement programs,
resulting in net EPS after one-time restructuring charges within
an approximate range of negative (US$0.03) - US$0.00.
