Die Aktie von Family Room Entertainment Corp. wird heute äußerst rege gehandelt! So viel Volumen wie heute war noch NIE! Bis jetzt wurden 27,789,369 Aktien umgesetzt!!

Die 2 Cent-Hürde steht kurz vor dem Fall! Angetestet wurde die Marke heute schon. Ich vermute dass das Volumen den Breakout verursachen wird.

FMLY wurde auch vor kurzem mehrere Male gecovert!

Emmett/Furla Films is pleased to announce that Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment will release "16 BLOCKS" nationwide on March 3, 2006. The picture stars Bruce Willis, Mos Def and David Morse, and was directed by Richard Donner ("LETHAL WEAPON"). Emmett/Furla Films provided producing-type services in connection with "16 BLOCKS."

The following projects, in connection with which Emmett/Furla Films provided producing services, have completed principal photography and are currently in post-production:

* "THE WICKER MAN," starring Nicolas Cage for director Neil LaBute ("IN THE COMPANY OF MEN");
* "THE CONTRACT," starring John Cusack and Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman with Academy Award Nominee Bruce Beresford directing; and
* "88 MINUTES" starring Al Pacino for director John Avnet ("UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL").

The following project, in connection with which Emmett/Furla Films provided co-financing and producing services, has completed principal photography and is currently in post-production:

Schaut mal am späten Sonntag Abend (CET) drauf.

Allzu teuer dürfte der Film nicht gewesen sein (kein special-effects-lastiger Film, keine hochbezahlten Superstars). Wenn der Film kumulativ (also nach MEHREREN Wochen) drüben über 50 Mio. $ einspielt, können wir von einem Erfolg reden. Bei über 60-70 Mio. $ von einem schönen Erfolg.

Im Moment wird fmly mit lediglich 1,76 Mio $ bewertet!!

Wenn man mal bedenkt, dass einige Top-Schauspieler sich 5% vom Einspielergebnis zusichern lassen, sollte für fmly als Co-Produzent MINDESTENS genauso viel drinnen sein...

MICROWAVE PARK" is the story of four narcotic detectives who walk a thin line between cop and gangster -- placing them in the crossfire between gangs and the FBI. When a police psychologist gets involved, she alone puts together the pieces of the puzzle and is forced to choose between covering up the crimes or bringing the truth to light.

Emmett/Furla Films, in conjunction with a third-party financier, produced Richard Donner's "16 BLOCKS" which Alcon Entertainment and Warner Bros. released nationwide in February. The pic stars Bruce Willis, Mos Def and David Morse. Alcon and Warner Bros. will also release the Nicolas Cage Star-er "THE WICKER MAN" with Neil La Bute directing in the early fall of 2006. "Cruel World" wird weder ein Renner noch ist FMLY ein vollwertiger Finanzier und Produzent fuer diesen Film. Eine ganz andere Dimension ist der Film " Wicker Man" mit Nicholas Cage, der demnaechst in die Kinos kommt. Wird ein Kracher genauso wie "Lonely Hearts" und "88 Minutes" mit Pacino (alle due 2006).
Es wird, was die Filme angeht, das interessanteste Jahr für Family Room Enternainment und Tochter Furla. Finanziell mit sicherlich auch

Naechste Woche sollte noch die "richtige" News folgen mit den Zahlen/Prognosen + der Jahresplannung

Die story ist gut und "TrainingDay" (mit Danzel Washington) sehr ähnlich.

könnte ein renner werden, aber so wie ich es verstanden habe ist FMLY nicht vom Einspielerfolg abhängig.
Die Gebühren kassieren sie so oder so.
Die Produktionskosten für diesen Film träg allein primetime pictures.

... Kelsey Howard hat bis vor kurzem "nur" als Assistenz Director Filme mitgestaltet. "Cruel World" war der erste als Director und "Microwave Park" wird der zweite. "Cruel World" war/ist ein riesen Flop an der Kinokasse/im Verkauf und ist einfach ein schlechter Film - laut Kritikern/Trailer/Ergenisse-.
Wuerde "Microwave Park" einfach aus dem Vokabular streichen - genauso wie "THE TENANTS".
Kein guter/erfahrener Director, keine besonderen Schauspieler und kein tolles Budget. Zum Glueck ist Furla in dem Projekt nur teilweise involviert .

Furla, die FMLY Tochter lebt primaer von den Film-Service-Gebuehren. Ist meist nur marginal an den Filmertraegen beteiligt (und am Riskio). Drueberhinaus ist Furla des oefteren auch als Produzent/CoProduzent/Finanzier beteiligt - was deutlich mehr Geld und Risko bedeutet.

16 Blocks ist immer noch top ten in Amerika und wird, mit etwas Voraussicht, dort die 45 Million brechen - alles im gruenen Bereich!!. Zudem laeuft der Film die Tage im Rest der Welt an (Bruce Willis zieht gut in Europa u. Asien). Ausserdem laufen die grossen Konkurenten "Inside Man" + "V fuer Vendetta" im Rest der Welt schon, heisst diese kommen unserem "16 Blocks" nicht mehr in die Quere - wie dass der Fall war /u. ist in USA.

Oder meinst Du "Microwave Park"? Der Film ist weder angelaufen noch war Drehbeginn. Und wie spruchreif mehrfach sagte irelevant was Kosten und Risiko angeht (die Servicegebuehren bringen Geld egal wie gut od. schlecht der Film ist)

Habe mir nach "Inside Man" jetzt auch "16 Blocks" angesehen. Sind beide sehr gut gemacht, wobei mir "16 Blocks" tatsaechlich besser gefaellt. Ganz unparteiisch beurteilt!

Bruce Willis kann auch bald in Dland bewundert werden (ab 20.04 im Kino). Geht also ins Kino und seht was mit unserem Geld moeglich gemacht wird

An den US-Kinokassen war am Wochenende der Teufel los. Zahlreiche Neuerscheinungen sind rausgekommen, darunter der super Blockbuster "Ice Age 2". Unsere 16 Blocks geht dennoch, zwar mit kleineren Schritten, aber stetig auf die 45 Million zu.

Das Ergebnis des Quartalsberichts ist ärmlich!

Besonders ärgerlich:
Kaum macht FMLY mal mehr Geld...schon langen Furla and Emmet zu und zahlen sich mehr 'salary' aus. wie soll FMLY da mal wirklich nach guten Umsätzen auch gute Gewinne ausweisen. Ich war schon immer der Meinung, daß Furla und Emmett die börsennotierte FMLY als Vehikel für ihren eigenen Erfolg einsetzen und so nur für ihre eigene Tasche arbeiten und shareholder nur benutzen um ihre Optionen los zu werden. wenn FMLY wieder mal kein Geld für operative tätigkeiten hat werden wir bald einen antagr sehen die aktienzahl von 200 Millionnen auf 400 millionen erhöhen zu dürfen. Furla und Emmett werden wohl kaum auf ihre persönlichen Entnahmen verzichten.....und von dem versprochenen Aktienrückkauf werden shareholder wohl auch nichts zu sehen bekommen

Grosses Manko: Der Quartalsbericht kam "wie erwartet" und ohne besonderen Glanz daher.

deine Meinung in Ehren, ein schlechtes Ergebniss anhand der exorbitanten Gehaelter fest zu machen halte ich fuer schlichtweg falsch. Sicherlich wollen sich die beiden profilieren u. bereichern, nur dass dies gaenzlich zu unserem Nachteil ausfaellt ist bislang Unfug. Die hohen Gehaelter sind einer der Negativpunkte aber nicht das Hauptaergerniss. Es ist allgemein nicht erfreulich, dass die AUSGABEN deutlich gestiegen sind - schlechte "Optik". Vorallem liegt's aber an den Produktions/Filmkosten der kommenden Filme, bei denen man nat. noch keinen "Gewinn" gegenrechen kann. Spreche unteranderem von "The Wickerman" u. "88 Minutes".

Grob:
Zu hohe Ausgaben fuer Laufende Kosten (Produktion/Gehaelter). Negativ.

Die Aktienanzahl ist unveraendert. Positiv. Gesteigerter Gewinn ( und dass gaenzlich ohne "16 Blocks" ) Sehr Positiv. Die Firma ist nahezu schuldenfrei. Sehr Positiv.

Outlook:
Der zu erwartenden Umsatz der naechsten 10-15 Monate wird sicherlich der hoehste der Unternehmensgeschichte werden (ohne sich weit aus dem Fenster zu lehnen). Trueben koennte die positive Einschaetzung nur, wenn sich Emmett/Fural zuviel Geld von ausserhalb leihen und uns dafuer zur Kasse bitten.

Ich bin jetzt mehr als 2 Jahre in FMLY und seit 11 Jahren pennystock investor. Du verzeihst, aber ich glaube ich habe genug Erfahrung um beurteilen zu können was Furla und Emmett hinter dem Rücken von Aktionären machen. Allein die Aktienanteile der beiden an 'ihrer' Firma sind ein Witz, welches leicht ahnen läßt wieviel Interesse die beiden an dem Aktienkurs haben und wie sie tatsächlich ihr Geld mit FMLY verdienen. FMLY ist defintiv ein Vehikel für die beiden und sichern nicht ein vertrauenswürdiges Investment. Ich habe bis heute 1,3 Millionen Aktien nachgekauft und bin mir leider sicher , einen großen Fehler gemacht zu haben.
Wie auch immer, mein Beitrag bingt hier sowieso nichts WO Enthusiasten kritischen Einstellungen nicht interessieren.

Da liegst du aber falsch! Persönlich für mich es ist sehr wichtig dass wir hier ganz normal über alles diskutieren können. Leider keine von uns kann die Frage beantworten - was geht da in Furlas/Emmetts Kopf vor? Mit 197Mio OS und bald Schuldenfrei kann FMLY sich zu einen Renner entwickeln. Die andere Frage ist ob sie es brauchen? Vielleicht haben Furla/Emmett ganz andere Pläne wie zb aus 197Mio eine MLRD zu machen und wir sehen bald FMLY bei SUBS? Furla hat dort besondere Erfahrungen, wer weißt das schon???
Allein was jetzt die letzte Tage abgelaufen ist gibt genug Grund sich zu ärgern.
Ich lese in 10QSB:

Ich bin weder ein Hurrainvestor (spreche sicher auch fuer EDDSON) noch pessimistisch veranlagt. Sonderen versuche, bei allem mir eigenen Optimismus, einen offenen Horizont zu wahren. Auch bei FMLY

Emmett und besonders Furla sind bestimmt keine Laemmer, dennoch finde ich deine Einstellung bzgl. deren Persona als ein wenig uebertrieben negativ. Als - ich versuche es zumindest - Realist werde ich die von dir angesprochenen Punkte, in zukuenftigen Ueberlegungen, nat. beruecksichtigen. Und bitte dich, mit deinem ueber Jahre hinweg gesammeltes Wissen, kuenftig mit mehr/oefteren Input dieses Forum zu bereichern. Eine fruchtbar / lebhaft gefuerte Diskussion ist im Intresse aller. Ausserdem bringt man damit Dinge zum Vorschein, die - wie jetzt - so mit Bestimmtheit nicht besprochen werden wuerden.

Wow... Insiderkaeufe von "George Furla", einem der beiden Fuehrungsleute von Family Room Entertainment. Wenn man bedenkt, dass der Mann in seinem frueheren Leben ein erfolgreicher Broker war, so duerfte jedem klar sein was hier auf uns zukommt


pers. Einschaetzung: Mit guten Nachrichten im Ruecken werden die 0,025 + 0,027 Balken - an den der letzten Anstieg versiegte - in den kommenden Tagen Historie sein. Und kommt dann auch noch der 38er Durchschnitt mit passablen Umsatz gefuettert zum Einsatz, so stehen die Tueren weit offen zur baldigen 0,05 USD. (... bei 0,05 waere FMLY gerade mal mit 10 Millionen bewertet, was laengerfristig noch sehr viel Platz nach oben bietet)

schau nicht den ganzen Tag auf Echtzeitkurse, Level2. Der gestrige Handelsverlauf in den Staaten war von charttechnischer Natur um den kraeftigen Anstieg vom Vortag zu balanciern. Kontinuirliche "up-ticks" wirst Du bei pennystocks nur in seltensten Faellen erleben (FMLY derzeit zumindest noch ein pennystock). Von daher relaxen, fussball schauen und zuruecklehnen. Wir sitzen hier auf eine Goldgrube, die zum Traden als auch zum laengeren halten vorzueglich geeignet ist

FMLY ist ein einziges Drama. Große Namen auf den Verträgen, aber miserables Management. Großes Worte 2005 vom Management bezüglich Aktienrückkauf, aber nichts dergleichen. Null Engagement für Fragen von aktionären....und das beste: Bis heute noch nie eine Aktionärsversammlung.Unseriöser gehts nicht mehr!

Von wegen Furla und Emmet decken sich mit Aktien ein. Dann lest mal die insider trades. Die zwei besitzen so gut wie kaum Aktie ihrer eigenen firma!!!!!
Habe selber mehr Aktien von FMLY als die beiden zusammen...... einer der größten Fehler meiner Spekulanten Karriere.

Mit dieser Aufforderung Furlas und Emmett ist Family Room gestorben! Das Vertrauen ist hiermit vollends zerstoert, von Aktienrueckkauf keine Rede. Ich denke das sich meine Bedenken, dass es sich bei den beiden um schlimme Abzocker handelt, hiermit bestaetigt. Keine Nachrichten, nix gefunden! So`n richtigen Knaller haben sie auch nicht in der Pipeline. Mal ne Frage OTC-Kennner!

Hab' heute morgen ne Order zu 0,0005 in New York eingegeben, ausgeführt wurde ganze 280 Stück von 1.250.000!

Soweit, so gut - wenn nicht später etliche Millionen zu 0,0005 gehandelt wurden. Warum wird meine Order nicht bedient? Ich denke, dass ich nach Teilausführung der Nächste wäre, der bedient werden müsste.

Kann ich mich irgendwo beschweren? Kauforder über Deutsche Bank - funktionierte bisher immer ganr gut!

Hierbei handelt es sich mit Sicherheit um eine Lüge von einem Pumper: Seit mehreren Jahren wird von vielen Aktionären versucht per Eamil, Telefonate und Fax von Furla, Emmett, Walton oder Tepper Antworten zu erhalten. In den letzten zwei Jahren ist es keinem Anleger gelungen weiter zu kommen als zu Anrufbeantowrter oder durch Lady hintern Hörer welche diese anrufe nicht weiterleitet. Es gibt definitve keinen Kontakt zwischen Anleger und dem Unternehmen. Ich rate drigend davon ab bullboards wie Ragingbull oder InvestorHub Glauben zu schenken. Ich habe weder auf meine Emails noch auf meine Anrufe je einen Antowrt erhalten - bei mir ging in den letzten 8 monaten noch nicht mal jemand ans Telefon!

PS. Ich halte übrigens 2,3 Millionnen Aktien von FMLY seit einigen Jahren und betrachte dieses Investment mittlerweile als Totalverlust.
Hier wird ein spiel getrieben welches einerseits einmal die Naked short seller führen, anderseits FMLY selber durch massenhaftes Dilution. Mittlerweile sind tonnenweise Aktien im Markt gewrofen worden. dies ist neben der naked short selling einer der Hauptgründe für den Verfall der Aktien und des Unternehmens. Das Management füllt sich die Taschen und profiliert sich auf Kosten der Anleger in der Film-Branche in Hollywood. Darum wurde FMLY gegründet!

Der Laden scheint ganzlich ungeeignet zum Langfristinvestment. Zum kleinen Zock allemal, gestern war es wiedermal soweit. Von 0,0003 bi0,0007 wieder alles dabeigewesen.

es gibt auch mögliche Langfristinvestments - wenn z.B. Segmentwechsel zu erwarten ist, ein Beispiel: NTTL

Die shares, die ich noch halte, werde ich definitiv mindestens noch 2 Jahre halten!

Ich würde auch prvh als Langfristinvestment sehen (mindestens 2 Jahre) WENN Audit CVCP und Listing Eastbridge durch sind. Noch ein paar von solchen deals und es sind 1000% möglich (meine Meinung) bei prvh...

Du scherzt, oder?

Ich bin nun seit mehrere Jahre in FMLY.....FMLY als Investment ist tot - lediglich zum Aussaugen von Newbies geeigent.
Ich habe selten so einen offensichtlichen Betrug an Aktionären erlebt ! Furla und Emmett saugen Aktionäre bis zum letzten Tropfen aus um ihre eignen Karriere als Produzenten zu finanzieren! Dies tun sie mit der Asugabe von tonneweise Aktien. Bei 2 Milliarden Aktien (derzeit das erlaubte Limit für FMLY) werden wir einen Reverse Split sehen und dann beginnt alles von vorne. Habe ich leider schon zweimal in den letzuten 14 Jahren erlebt und FMLY ist ein klarer Kandidat für solch' eine Entwicklung.
Umwerfend, wie blind doch OTC-Gambler sein können.

fmly ist mit Sicherheit kein Langfristinvestment - ich meinte die beiden anderen genannten Aktien. Dabei kann man kurzfristig auch mit fmly ein paar Dollars machen - man muss nur zum richtigen Zeitpunkt kaufen und verkaufen - habe einige zu 0,0004 und 0,0005 erstanden und zu 0,0007 verkauft - sind auch ein paar Prozent - leider ist der USA-Handel etwas teurer und die MM etwas willkürlich, da geht's nicht der Reihe nach, sondern nach Belieben - hab ich nun festgestellt! Aber wenn man das weiß und Geduld hat, geht das schon....
