Cloudbreak Drilling of Vein System Continues to Add Significant "Surprises" on Gold-Copper Property Elko County, Nevada

(VANCOUVER BC; July 24, 2007) Cloudbreak Resources (CDB TSX-V; Pinksheets CUDBF) has completed the second drill hole on its West Dolly Varden gold copper claims in Elko County, Nevada. The drilling which took advantage of the single spot permitting to drill north and south off the same set up, at an oblique angle to the apparent strike of the system in this area has encountered significant zones of siliceous mineralized limestone in limonitic stained veins and portions of the drill hole throughout the entire length of the core.
The company's consultant is currently visiting the property and will make a full report as it appears that the length of the drill intercepts and mineralization are substantially more predominant then indicated in the surface geology. The strength of the mineralized system in conjunction with the drilling continuing on the adjacent Consolidated Goldwin property has now expanded the area of this "buried intrusive" to over one square mile.
The length and width of the mineralization is more extensive than originally thought or anticipated and further drilling will be required to delineate the new zones.
The siliceous hot spring related system on the adjacent property (usually associated with gold in Nevada) is a major part of the porphyry copper intrusive model that is responsible for many of the major mineral deposits located in the south west United States.
Core logging, and sample preparation are continuing.
The Dolly Varden area is recognized as a classic eastern Great Basin district with base and precious metals associated with upper Paleozoic sediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas.
