überproportional profitiert - gut; falls sie zu Gunsten anderer Werte liegen gelassen wird - Alarm.
Bin eh nur mit einer leicht vierstlligen Zockerposition drin ... auf gutes Gelingen!

BARDOC COMPLETES $7M PLACEMENT AND
CONFIRMS BOARD CHANGES
FORMER PILBARA MINERALS CHAIRMAN TONY LEIBOWITZ APPOINTED
AS NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Further to its ASX announcement of 28 February, Bardoc Gold Limited (ASX: BDC, Bardoc or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed the initial part of its $11.4 million capital raising with the successful completion of the recently announced $7 million placement to fast-track its Australian gold exploration and development strategy.
The Company will issue 175,000,000 fully-paid ordinary shares to sophisticated and professional investors at a price of $0.04 per share. The placement has been conducted in accordance with the Company's placement capacity pursuant to Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A.
The Company has also issued 4,000,000 share options exercisable into ordinary shares at 5c per share (expiry 28 February 2021) to consultants and advisers for their assistance with the placement.
As advised recently, Bardoc will also undertake a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlements issue to raise up to $4.4 million under which it will offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for 1 new fully-paid ordinary share (New Shares) for every 10 existing fully-paid ordinary shares currently held (Existing Shares) at an issue price of $0.04 per New Share (Entitlements Issue).
Bardoc's Managing Director, John Young said "The combined proceeds of the placement and entitlements puts us in a very strong position, allowing us to continue progressing a multi-pronged exploration and growth strategy aimed at rapidly growing our existing 2.6Moz million ounce Resource base while simultaneously pursuing sensible and value-accretive acquisition and M&A opportunities in the North Kalgoorlie district.
"With drilling currently in progress at Zoroastrian and Aphrodite, and set to ramp-up across the broader project area, investors can look forward to a period of very strong news-flow as we deliver results, update our Resource inventory and progress feasibility and development studies.

Hauptsächlich weil die Herren Leibowitz, Biddle und Young dieses Unternehmen neben dem erfahrenen CEO Mr.Ryan steuern und ich die 3 erstgenannten aus den Zeiten bei TNG, THR und PLS her gut kenne. Für diese Aktien gab es trotz vieler Rückschläge zwischenzeitlich durchaus gute Gewinnmöglichkeiten für Investoren, die rechtzeitig dabei waren und bei steilen Anstiegen oder ersten negativen Meldungen auch rechtzeitig wieder ausgestiegen sind.
Momentan und auch auf Sicht von 1-2 Jahre scheint mir der Goldpreis eine Unterstützung für einen Aufschwung des Aktienkurses geben zu können. Die Aktie ist zwar in Deutschland gelistet aber momentan läuft da noch nichts im Handel. Vielleicht belebt sich das, wenn mal ein Börsenbrief aufmerksam wird. In Australien jedenfalls ist kürzlich eine Empfehlung erschienen, die im HC gepostet wurde, was hier wiedergegeben werden soll:

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 61.507.577 von Prospektor am 18.09.19 08:36:24wie im HC zu lesen ist scheint es sich um eine relativ kleine Kapitalerhöhung über 5 Mio $ zu handeln zum Kurs von 10 Cent (immerhin nicht zu großer Discount), wobei es auch eine Möglichkeit für Kleinanleger gibt sich zu beteiligen, hier kann es meiner Meinung nach aber möglicherweise so sein, dass das nur für Australier oder Neuseeländer gilt und nicht für uns.

Kurs weiterhin noch unter KE-Level, weil nach der KE doch große Pakete abgegeben wurden (z.B. als der Kurs noch um 10 Cent lag von Großanlegern, die Aktien gezeichnet haben und diese dann wieder verkauft haben, aber die Optionen dann behalten. Auch gibt es aus der Historie von Bardoc, wo es zu einer Übernahme kam, noch Besitzer größerer Pakete, die wohl schnell diese Aktien zu Geld machen wollten. Der Goldpreis war vor Weihnachten auch nicht hilfreich ist aber jetzt durch die politische Lage ja wieder geklettert. Mal sehen, ob jetzt angetrieben durch weitere Bohrerfolge oder später die PFS dann der Kurs wieder über das KE Level steigen wird und sich bis Frühjahr auf bzw. über die Ausübungsschwelle der Optionen (16 Cent) hinbewegt.

Rawson und Lewis hat das Reserarch am 11. Dezember überarbeitet und die neuesten Erkenntnisse mit einbezogen. Die Einstufung ist von A$ .15 auf A$ .18 erhöht worden.
Valuation increases to A$0.22/sh, target now A$0.18/sh
The increase reflects our updated Aphrodite gold recoveries and
payabilities, and on rolling forward the valuation to 31 December
2021. Our A$0.18/sh target price (prev. A$0.15/sh) is set below
our valuation, continuing to reflect PFS-level and funding
assumption risk, yet well above the current share price. BDC
continues to de-risk the Bardoc Gold Project, and at some stage
we expect the market will recognise it for what it is - one of the
few remaining WA development opportunities with scale,
transitioning to production in just over 18 months.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 67.074.489 von Ottoviano am 18.02.21 10:01:13Doch, bin hier schon länger dabei, leider rückschauend bisher recht enttäuschende Entwicklung (rein vom Kurs her gesehen). Goldpreis ist ja jetzt auch schon einige Zeit abgebremst und der A$ wieder erstarkt. Gab ja letztes Jahr eine recht große KE. Momentan wird viel gebohrt, sind aber noch keine Sensationen dabei herausgekommen. Ende nächsten Monat soll die DFS fertig sein, mal sehen was der Kurs dann macht.
