First of all thanks for your excellent work in growing Vivo to the size and product scope we are currently seeing.
I'm the owner of xxx shares of Vivo and would be grateful for the clarification of some issues I had with your presentations and valuations I found in the web:
1. Internal capacity
- is your internal growing capacity 5.000 or 12.000 kg (both numbers can be found in your company presentation?
- Can the capacity x price per gramm be used as a proxy of your revenues for the current year (assuming sales makes a good job
? I.e.: assuming a capacity of 12.000 kg would give us revenues of 84.000.000m Can$, gramm price 7 Can$?
2. Valuation
- as Vivo is one of the key players in the market and growing with substantial rates valuation of peers is about 20-30 x revenues which would indicate a share price between 2 and 3 Can$.
- in your current slide deck you are using multipliers between 2 and 3 for the revenue of your peers - which one is the right metric (it is obvious that valuations between 70 and 200 x revenues should not be considered realistic).
3. In terms of revenues what are your growth plans for 2020, 2021 and 2022
4. When do you expect German import licence
