Amelot Holdings Plans to Apply for Recent Extended U.S. Biodiesel Blender Federal Excise Tax Credit

Extension of Energy Bill Will Lead to Greater Use of Cleaner Burning, Domestic Fuel

OSTERVILLE, Mass., Apr 25, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) a leading manufacturer of Renewable Fuels to reduce dependency of fossil fuels today announced it has applied and is awaiting approval for the IRS 637 form to be able to apply for the U.S. Blenders Excise Tax Credit.
This blenders tax incentive, established originally as part of the American JOBS Creation Act of 2004, is scheduled to expire at the end of 2008. In March 2007, Senators Lincoln and Talent petitioned for the extension of bill S. 872 which will extend biodiesel tax incentive for biodiesel and Small Agri-Biodiesel Producers. If passed, this bill has several provisions to promote biodiesel's growth granting the extension of the federal excise "blender" tax credit to 2017. Congress' passage of this Bill is a crucial step forward in establishing biodiesel as a long-term component of the nation's energy supply.

The excise tax credit amounts to a penny per percentage point of biodiesel blended with petroleum diesel for "agri-biodiesel," and a half-penny per percentage for biodiesel made from other sources. It is taken at the blender lever with the intended effect of lowering the cost of biodiesel to consumers in taxable and tax exempt markets.

"We are very pleased by the support of the U.S. House and Senate in its issuance of a bill to extend the biodiesel tax credit," says Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings. "This imminent award to the Agri-biodiesel industry niche is a great testament of its present positive commitment to the environment and to the Agri-Biodiesel economy.

Amelot Holdings, Inc. Charts Course to Produce in Excess of 100 Million Gallons of Jatropha Oil Annually

CHEYENNE, Wyo., March 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) announced its subsidiary, Jatropha Biofuel Technologies, Inc. (JBTI), has come to an agreement with Fundacion Pan America (FPA) to develop Jatropha plantations throughout Latin America.

Beginning next month, JBTI will begin developing a minimum of 100,000 hectares of land across Latin America for the cultivation of Jatropha feedstock and the production of Jatropha oil. Each hectare of land will support about 2,000 Jatropha trees. Every Jatropha tree produces approximately half gallon of Jatropha oil per year. Conservative estimates show that 100,000 hectares of developed land will produce 100 million gallons of oil annually. Currently, Soy-based biodiesel (B100) trades for $5.35 a gallon.

Some of the many benefits of Jatropha plantations include:

Jatropha grows well even on marginal/saline/acidic/alkaline soils and sloped lands.

Jatropha develops without much care and irrigation.

Jatropha grows even in dry-land farming and drought conditions.

Jatropha generates rural employment for cultivation, seed collection, and processing.

Jatropha needs hardly any application of pesticide.

A Jatropha plantation will generate net income for 35-40 years.

Jatropha improves soil fertility throughout their life-cycle.

Jatropha possesses medicinal as well as other multiple uses (e.g. various lubricants).

Jatropha creates green cover for long term ecological benefits.

Jatropha enhances energy security for the country.

"Prime growing areas for Jatropha are located in most of the countries in Latin America," said Aziz Hirji, CEO of Amelot Holdings Inc. "In Latin America, we are strategically positioned to maximize our Jatropha oil production."

ADM, Bayer, Daimler Team Up On Jatropha Biodiesel

Archer Daniels Midland Company, Bayer CropScience AG and Daimler AG have announced plans to explore jointly the potential for a biodiesel industry based on Jatropha.

Jatropha is a drought tolerant wild plant whose seeds contain more than 30 percent oil. It requires little water and can be grown in tropical or sub-tropical regions. Recent studies show a potential of almost 30 million hectares of land on which it can be grown, according to Bayer.

In the new plan, the three companies are seeking to develop production and quality standards for a biofuel based on Jatropha. ADM is running several biodiesel refineries, Bayer plans to develop and register fertilizers and insecticides for disease and pest control, and Daimler AG just finished five years of research that demonstrated Jatropha can produce a high-quality biodiesel which has been tested in vehicles. Daimler will continue to study Jatropha fuel in vehicles powered by it and a mixture with other fuels.

He CONFIRMED their is a contract in place where AMHD receives ALL proceeds from the sale of the CJO(Crude Jatropha Oil) to RECOPE!!"

RECOPE: http://www.recope.go.cr/ (((many have been wondering who is going to buy the Jatropha oil that Amelot produces...now we know at least ONE MAJOR COMPANY that will be a buyer!!!)))

With recent gains of over 600%, AMHD has taken a little breather the last few trading sessions ... but we feel confident AMHD is ready for the NEXT LEG UP!!!! This next leg could be WAY UP.

IMO, AMHD is just about to get REALLY started. The 100M gallons of Jatropha oil being produced annually is becoming more and more of a reality every single day. Even with 7M in revenues projected for this year, the stock PPS is currently severely undervalued.

Give AMHD a serious look. If you missed the first run...now would be an excellent opportunity to hop on board!!!

Ja, gute Vorzeichen und News, aber im Moment stecken wir in einem kleinen Abwärtstrend. Wenn sich die Aktie etwas beruhigt, dann wird es wieder nach oben laufen. Die News sind einfach sensationell! :)

Amelot Holdings Inc. and DynaSep Report Success in Jatropha Extraction TechnologyTuesday March 25, 1:00 pm ET

CHEYENNE, Wyo., March 25, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Jatropha Biofuels Technologies (JBTI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) and DynaSep LLC are pleased to announce, after six months of extensive testing and research, that the Continuous Liquid Hydrocarbon Extraction (CLHE(r)) system has completed its initial tests. The testing occurred over the past several weeks and initial results are very positive.

The CHLE(r) has proven in lab tests to produce up to 30% of the weight of the Jatropha seed where the normal expeller process produces much less. This represents over 20% total output increase over extraction technology currently available.

The new process involves high pressure gas and gravity to maximize the amount of oil from every seed. Currently, the most common method to extract Jatropha oil is an expeller that was not originally designed for Jatropha; moreover, it is a manual system. The new technology developed jointly by JBTI and DynaSep is the first of its kind to use high pressure gas. Additionally, the new process is green friendly and highly automated.

``The preliminary tests were entirely successful,'' said Aziz Hirji, President and CEO of Amelot Holdings Inc. ``One of the primary hindrances to using Jatropha as biodiesel feedstock has been inefficient, expensive, and environmentally unfriendly extraction processes. But through our joint-efforts with DynaSep, we are confident that we have solved many of these issues. Our solution represents the most effective Jatropha extraction process currently available.''

Located in Newark, Delaware, DynaSep has a long innovative and profitable history of developing, fabricating, testing, and deploying systems for liquefied and supercritical gas extraction.

Brian Waibel, President of DynaSep noted: ``The process we have developed in conjunction with JBTI extracts oil much more effectively and efficiently than conventional Jatropha oil recovery methods. We look forward to continuing this invaluable research together with JBTI.''

don't know but it's a huge buy right now

VERY HOT HOT HOT AMHD INFO. Hopefully it will continue blooming. I have been trying my best to get this info out to you all. I have some very hot news on AMHD. I tried very hard yesterday to get Dem franchize boyz to post it but after his first email in reply to me, he never wrote back and decided to have my nic killed off instead. Oh by the way, it’s me Xilo. Don’t bother replying to this post as it will be deleted and this nic killed off again as soon as Dem can get the mods to do it. Here’s what’s up. I have a cousin who works for NBC television as a reporter. Don’t bother asking for her name, I won’t give it so she don’t get into trouble. I was trying yesterday before the close to get Dem to post to the room that there would be a Jatropha talk on CNBC last night. I’m glad someone else was able to post it. I still own my shares of AMHD and SteveO keep up the good fight my man. You too Z28 and Di. Anyway, besides that post about CNBC, my cousin was able to find out about a possible buy out by BP (British Petroleum) for AMHD that they would be preposing on 4-2-08. That would be Wednesday of next week. She said that the offer would be between US $.0100 and .0125. She said that AMHD hasn’t received the preposal yet so Aziz wouldn’t know anything about it. Anyway, this is the rumor the contact at BP said they heard. I have been following all the posts to the AMHD board. IMO if this is true, then wowwwwwwwwwww. Also, I did email BP and asked some questions about this. No reply yet. I was also reading some US News and World report and found this posted in response to an article on bio-diesel. It’s a radio broadcast of a different company that is into bio-diesel but it should be interesting to listen to. Here’s the link:

We will be doing a radio show at www.webtalkradio.net on biodiesel interviewing Joe Gershen, of Tellurian Biodiesel. Visit our site at www.greenpatriot.us for a link to our show. I like the algae idea and will talk to Gershen about it.

CHEYENNE, Wyo., March 27, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) and Three Rivers Biofuel (TRB), LLC are happy to announce that they have signed a letter of intent for Amelot Holdings Inc. to acquire TRB. The initial agreement came when Mr. Aziz Hirji, President and CEO of Amelot Holdings Inc. and Mr. Forrest F. "Bud" Stacy, President and CEO of TRB, met on March 19th in Atlanta.

"Bud Stacy is the only man for this job," said Aziz Hirji. "Bud's track record of designing, constructing, and operating large scale energy plants speaks for itself. He took Olgethorpe Power and turned it into a Fortune 500 top 50 utilities company. He is just the kind of person we need and want at Amelot to build our first class Jatropha Biodiesel Plants in the U.S. and around the world."

The acquisition of TRB will allow Amelot to construct a state of the art Jatropha biodiesel facility with a full capacity that will reach 100 million gallons a year when fully upgraded. TRB has the rights to a 20 acre parcel where Construction of Phase I will be a 5 million gallon processing facility which will be built on a 2000 acre industrial park in Burnsville Mississippi; additionally, TRB has the option to acquire an additional 20 acre parcel for future growth and expansion. Currently, soy-based biodiesel trades for $5.01 per gallon.

"The acquisition of Three River's Biofuel LLC by Amelot Holdings Inc will give us access to quality feedstock," said Forrest F. "Bud" Stacy. "We felt that Amelot's strengths matched very well with our expertise in the designing, development, and management of biodiesel facilities. This is the perfect fit and it is a win-win situation."

The Three River's site has access to merchant shipping, trucking, and rail which will allow accessibility and low cost shipping options for incoming Jatropha feedstock and shipping refined biodiesel. The state of the art biodiesel plant will be fully scalable and will grow as Amelot's Jatropha plantations mature. This will provide a significant cost savings to Amelot, TRB, and the shareholders.

Amelot will continue to update shareholders as events warrant in Burnsville Mississippi.

Amelot Holdings, Inc. Updates Its Barbados Project and Future Production Goals

CHEYENNE, Wyo., July 10, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) announces updates on the Native Sun NRG project.

Back in April, Amelot Holdings announced an agreement to acquire Native Sun NRG in Barbados. The letter of intent was signed, and the legal details are being finalized. Amelot will be forming a subsidiary in Barbados in the next few weeks in order to merge all of Native Sun NRG's assets. Amelot has already shipped new equipment to the island. This additional equipment will help increase biodiesel production capacity. Native Sun NRG is also upgrading the current plant's facilities in order to increase capacity.

Amelot's subsidiary will begin production in 60 days, and should ramp up to 6,000 gallons per month very quickly.

The Barbadian culture aims to better itself each year, and the National Parish Ambassador's Program is one example of the island's determination to improve in all aspects of its culture. This year, the program is putting a lot of emphasis on environmental issues and concerns. Handel Callender, founder of Native Sun NRG and General Manager of Amelot's new subsidiary is working with the St. Thomas Parish Ambassadors in the effort to establish their Parish as the foundation for the collection efforts of yellow oil in Barbados.

"There are several Parishes located throughout the island," stated Aziz Hirji, President of Amelot. "We plan to introduce yellow oil collection in every Parish. Amelot is dedicated to providing Barbados with the necessary technology in order to convert all the used yellow oil into useful, clean biodiesel fuel. We are realistically looking at having our first production facility set up and ready to produce biodiesel by September."
