NEW PLATOSA MINERAL RESOURCES ESTIMATE OVER 180,000 TONNES
Toronto, Ontario......Excellon Resources Inc. (TSX.V:EXN/TSX.V:EXN.DB.U) is pleased to announce that a new mineral resources estimate will allow test-mining to continue for at least two years at its 100% owned Platosa Project, located near Bermejillo, Mexico. Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (Scott Wilson RPA), independent geological and mining consultants, prepared the estimate as at May 9, 2006 and in accordance with the guidelines set forth in National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101").
Naja, istja endlich wieder eine News aber meiner Meinung nach nicht so aussagekräftig wie ich es mir erhofft habe.

EXCELLON RESOURCES update...

Although we have seen a heavy reaction in Excellon over the past several months, with it dropping by nearly 50%, nothing has broken technically. It has not breached key support and not dropped below its 200-day moving average, which is still rising at a fair clip. This looks like a textbook reaction within an ongoing major bull market. In addition there are other factors that are bullish and which point to renewed advance soon.
On the 1-year chart we can see that the advance peaked after a vertical, high volume ascent, with the intermediate top taking the form of a Symmetrical Triangle. A violent plunge followed the breakdown from this triangle. The price then rebounded to reach resistance towards the apex of the triangle before renewed decline set in. It has since drifted lower beneath its falling 50-day moving average, but has refused, so far at least, to drop below C$0.75, which has emerged as an important support level. The entire reactive phase has taken the form of a bullish Falling Wedge. Volume has dropped back meanwhile in a satisfactory manner, so that the On-balance Volume line has remained at a healthy level.
With the 200-day moving average pulling up beneath the price, the 50-day swinging into bullish alignment after a 7-week decline, and volume at a low level, the stage is believed to be set for a breakout above the 50-day m.a. and a new intermediate uptrend that should at the minimum run to the underside of the triangle at about C$1.20. Last week the price started to break out of the bullish Falling Wedge pattern. Given the importance of the support at C$0.75 it is recommended to exit any positions immediately if this support fails. With this proviso purchases at this point clearly have a favourable risk/reward ratio.

Der Titel ist immer noch in einem Tradingband von 0.85 bis 0.90 $, aber mit ansteigender Tendenz!
UBS Research ist übrigens gerade mit einer Silberpreisprognose von 15 $ für 2007 rausgekommen. Sieht doch gut aus.
