Hey das hast du ja cool reingestellt, ich durchwühlte dafür ca. 50 cm Stapel Depotauszüge😇
Die eine für Mai ist mir dabei wohl gar nicht aufgefallen.
Ist natürlich ein richtiger break ab Covid-19.
Die üppigen Dividenden relativieren sich zudem über Kursverluste zu negativen Renditen🙁
Ich war von dem Kram eh nie überzeugt, rechnete schon Jahre mit dem Finanzkollaps und solche Immos aus den Malls sind auch ganz vorne mit dabei, wenn es alles zusammenhaut.
Trotzdem ein Highlight, wenn ich es mit all den AU-AG-Minen vergleiche, welche ich nur stur an Tiefpunkten aufstockte. Das ist jetzt anders😆

All die QEs haben bewirkt, dass man die Schulden nicht mehr in Mio, sondern in Mrd rechnete und haben nur den Reichen ermöglicht, sich an der aufblähenden Muttermilchblase zu laben.
Seit Covid-19 ist man direkt im Billionen-Bereich angelangt und dieses Minus-Geld ist nicht mehr nur ausschließlich zum Aufpumpen von Assets, da breiter gestreut. Dieses Geld wird den Konsumentenmarkt erreichen und sollte eine Inflation zünden.
Dann kann man dieses Pferd noch eine Weile reiten und darf nur den Absprung nicht verpassen.
Dann muss das Geld schnell weg. Sachwerte her, zwar dann auch sauteuer, aber meistens mit erheblich mehr innerem Wert gegenüber Papiergeld.

Das größte Problem in Zukunft für uns kleine Spekulanten sehe ich tatsächlich in der richtigen Balance der cashquote. Sollte Inflation am Horizont auftauchen, ist Hyperinflation nicht weit. Was nützt Cash, wenn er übers Wochenende sichtbar an Kaufkraft verliert? Und wenn du All-In gehst? kurz vor einem globalen Schockereignis?

Die Welt ist zwangsläufig ein Casino geworden, weil immer mehr Leute reicher werden wollen, ohne einen Finger dafür produktiv krumm zu machen.

Ich hätte nichts dagegen, zu ehrlichem Geld zurückzukehren, ha...natürlich nur, weil ich mir dann für 1 Oz Au eine Wohnung kaufen könnte? Zurecht finde ich, weil man jahrelang gefährlich lebte... Recht haben zu wollen, wenn die Regierung im Unrecht ist🤑

Ja, eine einfache Ausschüttung war für Mai offenbar auch nur vorgesehen?

so...jetzt noch mal genauer, hab schon vor ner Weile mal nachgeguckt.

ich muss mich berichtigen, die letzte Ausschüttung vom 26.3. war auch eine Doppeltranche, wie alle anderen auch. 0,0013 und 0,0039 macht den Tiefpunkt der letzten Jahre. Alles in SGD
2019 lagen sie oberhalb 0,0055
2018 haben sie im Jahresverlauf abgenommen von 0,008 1. Q hin zu 0,0049 4.Q
2017 im 4. Q 0,0086

Die Abnahme war noch milder, als ich in Erinnerung hatte.
Du hast wirklich nur eine einfache Ausschüttung bekommen?

Hi Andrija,

erstens gab es in der Vergangenheit 2 Ausschüttungen getrennt pro Quartal, aber am selben Tag gebucht (ich hab nie verstanden,warum) und zweitens ists nun erheblich weniger, hast recht, und das trotz Aufstockung und diesmal auch nur einmal.
Ich muss nachsehen, läuft ja schon fast 10 Jahre bei mir.
Melde mich, wenn ich die Vergangenheit durchwühlt habe.

ich habe jetzt jetzt 0,0012 SGD/Stück bekommen. Das entspricht bei weiten nicht dem von Dir genannten Dividendenwert. Haben die gekürzt? Was gab es sonst je Aktie/Quartal?

Ich würde mal vermuten, dass sich die indonesischen REITs eher erholen als amerikanische. Ich vermute, dass eine Kompensation durch Internetkäufe in Indonesien eher kaum möglich ist. Also wenn Corona halbwegs durch ist und die weiter öffnen können, müsste das alte Geschäftsmodell wieder florieren. Meinungen?

(“LMIR Trust” or the “Trust”), today announced that in respect of the large-scale social
restrictions (“PSBB” - Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) imposed by the Indonesia Health
Ministry across various provinces, LMIR Trust will be extending the temporary closure of
affected retail malls and retail spaces in Indonesia till 4 June 2020. Concurrently, the
Manager is pleased to announce that Lippo Plaza Kendari has resumed business operations
while plans to progressively resume operations in other retail malls and spaces from 22 May
to 5 June 2020 are being put in place. The exact re-opening dates of the various retail malls
and spaces are subject to the lifting of the PSBBs by the local authorities and the situation
with the spread of Covid-19 in the respective provinces and could therefore experience
further delays.

During re-opening, the health and safety of the Trust’s employees, tenants, shoppers and
contractors remain the key priority and the Property Manager will ensure health and safety
measures such as temperature checks, mandatory use of face masks and provision of hand
sanitizers within the premises are implemented within the retail malls and spaces.

Impact on Financial Performance

During this closure period, the Trust will not be collecting rental from its tenants that are not
operating. As the situation remains fluid with the exact re-opening dates of the retail malls
and spaces subject to change, it is currently difficult for the Manager to ascertain the full
financial impact of the crisis on the financial performance of the Trust. Nevertheless, the
Trust remains in compliance of its debt financial covenants and has adequate financial
reserves to fulfil its obligations in the foreseeable future. The Manager will continue to
monitor the situation closely and will make subsequent announcements when appropriate.

the Indonesian government declaring a Covid-19 public health emergency on 31 March 20201, LMIR
Trust will be extending the temporary closure of all its 23 retail malls2 and seven retail spaces in
Indonesia for another two weeks till 28 April 2020. This temporary closure may be further extended
depending on measures taken by local authorities and the situation with the spread of Covid-19 in
Indonesia.
Although the retail malls and spaces will be closed, essential services such as supermarkets,
pharmacies and clinics will remain open with shorter operating hours from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. The
Trust will also continue to support tenants who choose to continue operations to serve on-line delivery
orders.
The health and safety of the Trust’s employees, tenants, shoppers and contractors remain the critical
priority during this Covid-19 outbreak, and the Trust will ensure the enforcement of all pre-cautionary

nein leider weiß ich dazu gar nichts, hab ja auch letztens versucht, was rauszukriegen, was die Einschränkung privater Investoren betrifft, allerdings nicht sehr akribisch. Das hat sich erledigt, nachdem weiter kaufbar und auch Divi fließt. Und die fließt übrigens seit fast 10 Jahren ohne Unterbrechung.
Du spielst sicher auf die Viruskrise an, ich glaube, die haben da nicht so viel damit zu tun. Wichtig ist nur, dass immer jede Menge Schuldgeld im Umlauf ist, um den Konsumwahn aufrecht zu halten💰💲
