Pandora believe the company has fulfilled its part of the agreement. The company stated in its annual report for 2014 that Kasi-Jesper must have not a penny out of the earn-out agreement.
Bleibt abzuwarten wie das Schiedsverfahren ausgeht. Ich denke, Pandora kann dem Verfahren gelassen entgegen sehen.
Und wie schreibt Selfmademan Nielsen in seinem Buch INSIDE Pandora so schön: "...habe ich es heute zu einer meiner Tugenden gemacht, anständig zu bleiben.
Noch zwei Zitate mögen genügen: "Die Finanzkrise ist im Grunde nicht anders als eine Ausrede, die schlechte Geschäftsleute zur Hand haben, damit sie erklären können, warum sie keinen Erfolg hatten."
"Jeder von uns weiß, dass es gut 32 Millionen Frauen in Deutschland gibt, die wissen, was Pandora ist."
Ich bezweifle ob die auch alle Endless und den "schillernden", umtriebigen KASI kennen?

Da den Maangern von Pandora das Wachstum im deutschen Markt zu gering war, wurden die Partnerschaften mit Juwelierketten wie Christ oder Kramer gekündigt.
Man setzt nun voll auf den massiven Ausbau der eigenen Filialen.
Übrigens hat Pandora vor geraumer Zeit einen Prestigeerfolg erzielt bezüglich Vertrieb von Charms der Walt Disney Gruppe......die haben ja einen Stall voll Figuren, die ständig begehrt sind (auch Superhelden, neben den Entenhausener, nun rollt ja wieder Star Wars an...) erzielt.
Man setzt nun voll auf den massiven Ausbau der eigenen Filialen.
Übrigens hat Pandora vor geraumer Zeit einen Prestigeerfolg erzielt bezüglich Vertrieb von Charms der Walt Disney Gruppe......die haben ja einen Stall voll Figuren, die ständig begehrt sind (auch Superhelden, neben den Entenhausener, nun rollt ja wieder Star Wars an...) erzielt.

Die Aktie liefert heute einen starken Rebound und auch im Wochen-Chart befindet sich der Kurs noch im Trendkanal.
Allerdings zeigt sich immer wieder, wie wichtig ein Absicherung des Depots gegen Kurseinbrüche ist. Das vergessen die meisten Anleger, insbesondere wenn die vermeintlichen Experten immer weitere steigene Kurse vorhersagen und zu Käufen animieren...

Pandora bought Norbreeze Group's network of stores in Singapore and Macao and reacquired right to distribute the Pandora jewelry in the Philippines for 149 Mio. kr., writes Pandora in a statement in connection with the financial statements for the second quarter.
Overall it is about 15 concept stores and five shop-in-shops in Singapore and Macau, while those in the Philippines will continue to be operated via franchise. Revenue from the three areas took in 2014 up to some 340 Mio.kr.
- Far East represents a major opportunity for Pandora, and with this agreement we strengthen our presence in the region. The acquisition is similar to the corresponding agreements with our local distributors in countries such. Brazil, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, and it is consistent with our strategy to expand our geographic presence and increase control of our brand, says CEO Anders Colding Friis in connection with the agreement.
Pandora will place a local office in Singapore, while Macao and the Philippines will remain in office in Hong Kong.
The Agreement shall enter into force on 1 January 2016 and will therefore have no impact on the outlook for 2015.

Jewelery company Pandora expects revenue of more than 16 Mrd. kr. against former more than 15 Mrd. kr. The expectations for EBITDA margin maintained the contrary of 37 % 2015.
It shows the company's financial statements for the second quarter, which was published Tuesday. This is the second time this year that the company raises its expectations.
Analysts in Ritzau Estimates expected within financial revenue of 15.7 Mrd. kr. the whole of 2015.

“We are very pleased to report yet another strong quarter, both in terms of top line development and profitability. Growth was driven by a combination of network expansion and strong like-for-like growth, supported by revenue enhancing initiatives such as the continued roll out of our eSTORE and our collaboration with Disney.”

Pandora delivered in the second quarter a set of results that were better than market expectations.
Revenue increased to 3,598 Mio. kr. in April, May and June, where among analysts had expected revenue of 3,465.6 Mio. kr. according to Ritzau Estimates.
Operating profit (EBITDA) was 1,311 Mio. kr., corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 36.4 %. Here was expected 1,246 Mio. kr. and 36.0 %. According to Ritzau Estimates.
In the corresponding quarter in 2014 delivered Pandora a turnover of 2,544 Mio. kr. and an EBITDA of 893 Mio. kr., corresponding to a margin of 35.1 %.
The bottom line (net profit) in the second quarter of this year ended at 910 Mio. kr., where analysts had estimated a net profit of 894 million. kr.
