      Conquest Commences Drilling at its Smith Lake Gold Property in Northern Ontario

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 14, 2011) - Conquest Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:CQR) reports that it has commenced a 1,100 metre diamond drilling program on its 100% owned Smith Lake Gold Property, located within the Missanabie-Goudreau Greenstone Belt, in northern Ontario. Using a diamond drill contracted with Boart Longyear, Conquest is conducting a preliminary program of up to 12 shallow drill holes to test near surface vein systems and other structural targets on the property.

      The Smith Lake property consists of six patented mining claims and 24 newly acquired contiguous mining claims located over a 50 square kilometer area and adjacent to the former Renabie Gold Mine, previously operated by Barrick/Homestake, and which produced approximately 900,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 6.25 grams per tonne gold. The most significant discovery on Conquest's Smith Lake property, in the mid-1980s, includes a reported 68 gram per tonne gold intersection over 1.68 metres (2.2 ounces per ton gold over 6 feet).

      Earlier in 2011, Conquest performed a detailed ground magnetic survey over its patented mining claims. The additional contiguous claims were acquired based on geophysical and geochemical data believed to be prospective for structurally hosted gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type mineralization.

      QUALIFIED PERSON

      Information of a scientific or technical nature contained in this release has been prepared by or under the supervision of Terence McKillen, P.Geo., the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a Qualified Person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.

      ABOUT THE COMPANY

      Conquest is exploring several gold projects in Ontario. These include the Alexander Gold Project at Red Lake; the Sunday Lake property at Detour Lake in joint venture with Detour Cold Corporation; and, the Smith Lake Gold Project at Missanabie.

      Conquest and Detour Gold Corporation are exploring for structurally-hosted gold mineralization under a joint-venture agreement at the Sunday Lake property located along the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone approximately seven kilometers east of Detour Gold's 14.9 million ounce proposed open pit gold mine. Detour Gold, as operator, has agreed to expend $1,000,000 on exploration prior to September 30, 2012 to earn a 50% interest in the Sunday Lake Property.

      There are currently 95,477,728 shares of Conquest issued and outstanding.

      Conquest Intersects 63 g/t Gold Over 0.28 Metres at Smith Lake Property

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 19, 2011) - Conquest Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:CQR) is pleased to report that it has intersected a significant high grade intersection of gold grading 63.3 grams per tonne over 0.28 metres in the first hole of an ongoing ten hole program at its 100% owned Smith Lake Gold Property in northern Ontario.

      Conquest's Smith Lake property is located contiguous with the former Barrick/Homestake Renabie Gold Mine which closed in 1991 having produced more than1,000,000 ounces of gold since 1941 from reported reserves of approximately 6 million tonnes at an average grade of 6.6 grams per tonne gold and 2 grams per tonne silver.

      Conquest has completed approximately 900 metres of drilling in eight of ten planned holes on its newly expanded Smith Lake Gold Project at Renabie, Ontario. A total of 1,100 metres will be completed before the end of the program.

      Conquest is encouraged by the abundance of shearing and mineralized quartz veining within the holes completed to date. The first batch of assay results confirms that gold mineralization is present in high-grade concentrations on the property. Core is presently being logged and thoroughly sampled from holes CSL-11-002 through CSL-11-008. Assays are expected throughout September and October.

      HIGH-GRADE GOLD INTERSECTION IN FIRST DRILL HOLE OF PROGRAM AT SMITH LAKE

      The current drill program is intended to assist in a preliminary evaluation of the potential for gold mineralization in ribbon quartz veins hosted within sheared trondhjemite and tonalite intrusives.

      The first hole of the program, CSL-11-001, intersected a sheared and altered Archean-aged trondhjemite intrusive belonging to the Missinabi Lake Batholith within the Wawa Domal Gneiss Terrane. The hole was found to host dozens quartz ± tourmaline-pyrite-chalcopyrite-molybdenite bearing veins, most being less than 10cm in width but found locally as broad as 28cm (approximate true thickness). The hole was completed to a depth of 131 metres in an eastward direction at a dip of -45.

      High-grade gold mineralization grading 63.3 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) over 0.28 metres was intersected in the broadest quartz vein of the hole containing abundant sulphide stringers at a hole depth of 122.25 metres. Other gold intersections from CSL-11-001 include:

      * 5.03 g/t Au over 0.60m from 74.40m to 75.00m hole depth

      * 1.10 g/t Au over 3.30m from 65.50m to 68.80m hole depth

      * 1.95 g/t Au over 0.75m from 45.80m to 41.55m hole depth

      * 0.61 g/t Au over 1.70m from 17.80m to 19.50m hole depth

      Previously, the most significant of discoveries on Conquest's Smith Lake Property included a reported intersection of 68 g/t Au over 1.68 metres (2.2 ounces per ton gold over 6 feet) at a hole depth of 91 metres in a nearby, similarly oriented, drill hole to CSL-11-001 (named 88-029) during a 1988 Winter Drill Program carried out by Conquest. It is not yet clear if these two significant intersections are hosted within the same structure. All intersections are believed to be approximately true thickness, although this cannot be finally verified until further drilling is completed.

      Gold mineralization in the Renabie area is the result of repetitive hydraulic fracturing and shear zone inflation within Archean-aged granitoid intrusives. The repetitive nature of veining results in ribbon textured veining that is strongly controlled by two main structural trends oriented east-west and northwest-southeast, both of which are present on Conquest's patented mining claim group at Smith Lake.

      Ongoing drilling continues to test several near surface structural targets resulting from geophysical data collected in a ground magnetic survey conducted earlier this year, as well as several coincident structural and Mobile Metal Ion ("MMI") surface geochemical targets determined from a detailed compilation of local geology. Additional drilling is planned in the vicinity of this apparent high-grade gold system.

      CONQUEST STAKES NEW 52 SQUARE-KILOMETRE LAND PACKAGE CONTIQUOUS TO EXISTING SMITH LAKE PROPERTY

      Conquest's Smith Lake Property consists of six patented mining claims and 28 newly acquired mining claims along the Missanabie-Goudreau Greenstone Belt in Leeson and Rennie Townships in northern Ontario. The property is 100% owned by Conquest and is contiguous with the former Barrick/Homestake Renabie Gold Mine which produced more than1,000,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 6.6 grams per tonne gold.

      During the first part of 2011, Conquest recorded approximately 50 square-kilometres of staked ground surrounding the six mining patents. Additional ground was also acquired by staking contiguous claims to the mine structure in areas believed to be prospective for structurally hosted gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) hosted mineralization based on a preliminary compilation of the mine sequence and Missanabie-Goudreau Greenstone Belt.

      During May 2011, a grid was cut over the six patented mining claims within the core of the new land package where there is a prominent north-south striking vein system on the property that was discovered extending from the former Renabie mine site during the 1988 Exploration Drilling Program by Conquest.

      A ground magnetic survey was completed concurrent to line-cutting over the six patented mining claims where 14 line-kilometres of continuous-reading magnetic data were recorded. A detailed compilation of the past geophysical and geochemical work conducted suggests that several near surface gold targets exist on the property.

      Samples are analyzed by SGS Laboratories in Red Lake, Ontario using a 50 gram pulp fire assay technique with gravitimetric finish. Conquest employs the use of standards and duplicate samples to maintain confidence in the analytical techniques used to determine gold content in its core. Ten percent of the samples submitted to the laboratory comprise samples used for quality assurance and control for gold content. SGS also employ the use standards, blanks and duplicate samples to calibrate on a regular basis within batches.

      ABOUT THE COMPANY

      In addition to its active drilling program at Smith Lake, Conquest continues to explore at its 100% owned Alexander Gold Project in the heart of the Red Lake gold camp with its ongoing deep drilling program. Conquest is also exploring for structurally-hosted gold mineralization under a joint-venture agreement with Detour Gold Corporation ("Detour Gold") at the Sunday Lake property located along the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone approximately seven kilometres east of Detour Gold's 14.9 million ounce proposed open pit gold mine. Conquest holds 80,000 shares of Detour Gold Corporation.

      Conquest Commences Drilling at Its Smith Lake Gold Property in Northern Ontario

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 8, 2012) - Conquest Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:CQR) reports that it has commenced a 2,500 metre diamond drilling program at its 100% owned Smith Lake Gold Property, located within the Missanabie-Goudreau Greenstone Belt, in northern Ontario.

      Summit Drilling Services Inc. has been contracted to operate their lightweight drilling equipment for an estimated three months of BQ-sized exploration core drilling. A total of 20 planned drill holes have been designed to test near surface vein systems and other structural targets on the property.

      The first four holes of the program have been planned to follow up Conquest's high grade 63.3 grams per tonne (g/t) gold intersection from hole CSL-11-001 (as previously reported - see Press Release dated September 19, 2011) in the Company's 2011 autumn drilling program. Second order priority holes will target east-west oriented structures near the northern extension of the north-south oriented Braminco Shear Zone. Additional targets have been identified at sites with coincident structural and Mobile Metal Ion ("MMI") surface geochemical anomalies.

      ABOUT THE SMITH LAKE PROPERTY

      Conquest's Smith Lake Property consists of six patented mining claims and 24 contiguous mining claims comprising over a 50 square kilometer area that is located contiguous with the former Barrick/Homestake Renabie Gold Mine which closed in 1991 having produced more than 1,000,000 ounces of gold since 1941 from reported reserves of approximately 6 million tonnes at an average grade of 6.6 grams per tonne gold and 2 grams per tonne silver.

      During 2011, Conquest completed 1,109 metres of diamond drilling on Conquest's 100% owned patented mining claims at Smith Lake. The most significant gold intersection on the Smith Lake Property was located in the first drill hole of the program grading 63.3 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold over 0.28 metres within a mineralized quartz vein in hole CSL-11-001. Of a total 318 samples collected from the ten hole program, 30 samples returned anomalous assays ranging from 0.25 g/t to 63.3 g/t gold over 0.22 to 1.50 metres in core length thickness.

      Detour Gold's Detour Lake plan supports 21.5-year life

      2012-09-04 08:32 ET - News Release

      Mr. Gerald Panneton reports

      DETOUR GOLD ANNOUNCES UPDATED OPEN PIT MINE PRODUCTION PLAN FOR ITS DETOUR LAKE GOLD PROJECT IN ONTARIO

      Detour Gold Corp. has provided an updated open pit mine production plan for its 100-per-cent-owned Detour Lake gold mine in Northeastern Ontario. The updated mine production plan supports a 21.5-year operating life with the current mineral reserve of 15.6 million ounces of gold (470 million tonnes grading 1.03 grams per tonne Au). Project construction is progressing very well, having reached the 87-per-cent completion mark at the end of August, 2012. Detour Lake remains on budget and on schedule for gold production to start in the first quarter of 2013. All figures are in Canadian dollars except where noted.

      A National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the updated mine plan will be filed within 45 days on SEDAR and on the company's website.

      Highlights

      Proven and probable open pit reserves of 15.6 million ounces contained gold;
      Reduced strip ratio (waste to ore) to 3.7:1;
      21.5-year life of mine (LOM) at mill throughput ranging from 55,000 to 61,000 tonnes per day;
      Average annual gold production of approximately 657,000 ounces;
      Average LOM cash operating costs of $710 per ounce and total cash costs of $749 per ounce;
      2013 gold production forecast between 350,000 and 400,000 ounces;
      On schedule to start gold production in first quarter 2013.

      "We are very pleased with this updated life-of-mine production plan and the detailed work we have done. Based on a production start-up of January, 2013, and assuming commercial production is achieved in July, the mine is expected to produce up to 400,000 ounces of gold in 2013," commented Gerald Panneton, president and chief executive officer of Detour Gold. "I would like to take this occasion to thank the entire Detour Gold team for their dedication and hard work. Our team is ready to start commissioning in the fourth quarter, which will be followed by the commencement of operations. We have succeeded in recruiting a very talented group of individuals who are playing an integral role in achieving our near-term objective of becoming a leading mid-tier gold producer and a premier investment opportunity. Over the first three years of operation including 2013, we estimate the project to generate over a $1-billion of operational cash flow. With average annual gold production projected at 657,000 ounces, the Detour Lake mine will be among the largest gold operations in North America." .........

      Detour Gold Commences Winter Work Program at Conquest's Sunday Lake Property
      - 1,200 Metres of Diamond Drilling - Induced-Polarization (IP) Geophysical Survey

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 11, 2013) - Conquest Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:CQR) ("Conquest" or the "Company") is pleased announce that Detour Gold Corporation ("Detour Gold") has commenced a winter exploration program at Conquest's Sunday Lake property (the "Property"), which is currently under option to Detour Gold. The program comprises induced polarization ("IP") geophysics and 1,200 metres of exploration diamond drilling.

      The Property lies approximately seven (7) kilometres east of Detour Gold's open pit gold mine in northern Ontario, for which Detour Gold today announced the "Start of Production at Detour Lake" (see Detour Gold Press Release - February 11, 2013).

      Drilling is anticipated to commence in mid-February.

      The exploration work program is estimated to cost $320,000 and is funded entirely by Detour Gold. Conquest does not anticipate contributing financially to this final earn-in program.

      IP surveys completed by Detour Gold have defined a total of twenty-seven (27) exploration targets potentially prospective for gold mineralization in areas of high chargeability along interpreted structures located in, and adjacent to, the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone (SLDZ), which transects a significant portion of the seven-kilometre length of Conquest's Sunday Lake property.

      Four of the twenty-seven target areas are the subject of a four-hole 1,200 metre winter drilling program planned by Detour Gold later this month following completion of a geophysical survey (refer to below)...........

      welch bedeutung die entwicklung von DGC für CQR hat wird besonders klar, wenn
      man sich nachfolg. grafik betrachtet - das darin markierte KERN- stück befindet
      sich auf dem ehemalige AURORA- proj. welches in 09.2010 verkauft wurde.

      darüber hinaus besteht für das nordöstl. gelegene SUNDAY LAKE- proj. ein
      50-50 JV-agreement mit DGC, welches weitere expl.- activ. in 2014 erwarten
      läßt....

      angesichts dessen erscheint MIR die akt. MK von grad mal cad-mios, grad unter
