kann mir Jemand weiterhelfen?
Ich besitze seid Jahren diese Akie von Intact Gold (WKN A2AD98). Habe vom Handel wirklich keine Ahnung und hatte mal eine Zeit mit Bauchgefühl spekuliert. Zu meiner Bewunderung gibt es diese WKN Nummer garnicht mehr. Was heißt das nun für mich? In meinem Depot ist das Wertpapier nicht aktiv und ein Handel sei nicht möglich.

Pursuant to a directors' resolution adopted Dec. 11, 2017, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-10-old basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening, Jan. 11, 2018, the common shares of Intact Gold Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.

Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value, of which 5,632,651 shares are issued and outstanding

On May 8, 2017, the Company has entered into an option agreement with Westridge Resources Inc., a Canadian company, to option out a 100% right, title and interest in and to those certain mineral claims comprising the Blackjack gold property, located in the townships of Kirkup and Manross in the Kenora mining division of Ontario,approximately 20 kilometres southeast of the city of Kenora.
Terms of agreement:
1. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company grants to Westridge a 100% right, title and interest in the property on the following terms:
a. Westridge will pay the Company $155,000 in cash on the following schedule: (i) $50,000 upon the effective date of this agreement, (ii) $5,000 after 12 months and (iii) $50,000 every 12 months thereafter for two years;
b. Westridge will issue to the Company 150,000 common shares in the capital of Westridge on the following schedule: (i) 50,000 common shares 12 months after the effective date of this agreement, (ii) 50,000 common shares every 12 months thereafter for two years;
On May 31, 2017, the Company closed a non-brokered flow-through private placement consisting of 1,000,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.05 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of $50,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share for a period of one year from issuance date at a price of $0.05.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Licht bereits schon ausgeschaltet ist. 
Das habe ich bestimmt verpasst, jetzt heisst es nur noch durchhalten denn das Geld ist ja bereits weg.

Ich bin noch mit einem satten Betrag in dieser Aktie involviert. Allerdings zu Kursen von
unteren einstelligen Kursen. Aber so ist es. Die Kleinaktionäre werden angelockt mit den Namen von den grossen in der Nähe und nun wird das Volumen von neiúem Geld immer kleiner.
Das geht solange bis der Geldfluß still steht und die Firma platt ist.

INTACT GOLD CLOSES $50,000 NON-BROKERED FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Intact Gold Corp. has closed its previously announced non-brokered flow-through private placement consisting of one million flow-through units at a price of five cents per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $50,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share for a period of one year from issuance date at a price of five cents.
Proceeds of the placement will be applied to the company's properties.
All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities law. The offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
