Danke, wir haben schon einen detaillierten Aktionsplan. Zukünftig werden wir nur mehr wenige Informationen auf den boards öffentlich machen können.

Eure nicht anonymen Stimmen in der FB Gruppe sind sehr wichtig um der Gruppe mehr Ernsthaftigkeit zu verlieren.

Formal letter to ESM management

Euro Sun Mining Investor Group :
Requesting constructive dialogue with management

Dear Mr. Moore,

I'm writing to you on behalf of a group of investors from Euro Sun Mining. We have organized
together in the hopes of creating an effective channel for communication between retail investors and management. Representation has been self-reported as approximately 10% of the shares; the shareholders come from Canada and Europe.

First, we would like to congratulate you on successfully obtaining the ratified exploitation permit and mining license from the Romanian Government. This is an important milestone towards a producing mine and a key factor in minimizing risk.

Unfortunately, after announcing the ratification, the share price was subjected to permanent
pressure and sustained depreciation. The current market capitalization of CAD ~16 million is
difficult to comprehend. As shareholders, we are concerned about the current developments, and in particular the pricing of recently closed and attempted financing:

On Nov 8 2018, four days before ratification, Orion Finance closed a private placement for
CAD 2.6 million, at a low share price of CAD 0.60. This placement was made near the
lowest share price since F&M’s initial investment made in May 2016. Subsequent to this,
the share price more than doubled on Nov 12.

On Jan 29 2019, another financing was announced, this time to fund CAD 10 million at a
share price of CAD 0.40, in addition to another CAD 10 million, as CAD 0.60 warrants. This
would have resulted in a massive dilution for existing shareholders, to the tune of nearly
50%. Since making this announcement, the share price has fallen by more than 25%, and
is still falling to date.

The long time to ratification made it clear to us that the BFS and the ESIA would be delayed.
However, we could not understand that the financing for the PEA could not be secured in 2018. We would like to better understand the developments since November 2018, and to have more clarity into management’s plans for the near future.

Collectively, we have prepared the following questions:
1. What was the rationale for proposing such a highly dilutive financing before the publication of the updated PEA?
2. According to the prospectus, ESM requires CAD 264,000 for the completion of the PEA. Can it still be expected that the PEA is to be published by the end of the Q1 2019?
3. Is there any hesitation by ESM management to communicate economic parameters of Rovina? We refer to the study by Cantor Fitzgerald.
4. Does ESM have any plans to improve their communications and marketing strategy to rebuild the confidence of markets and institutional investors? We note that ESM’s online presence could be strengthened.
5. Given the depressed share price and inherent economic value for the project, we also ask why there is a lack of insider purchases. Insider purchases could go a long way to strengthening trust in the project and management team by the market.
6. Could management speak to the current ESM share holdings of F&M and related companies, namely Black Iron Inc. & Sulliden Mining?

Additionally, we believe improving market transparency of management’s decisions and plans for the project would be beneficial to the company, and we would be pleased to see language to that effect included with the forthcoming news release on the PEA.

We are all longtime shareholders and wish to remain committed given the economic fundamentals for ESM. In line with our objective as an investor group to improve dialogue with management, we kindly request a discussion between ESM management and our delegates. We are currently drafting points for discussion and identifying delegates, which we plan to share in due course for our meeting.

Warum? Ein tenbagger von 0.20
auf 2 ist doch für jene die sich jetzt eindecken wollen viel lukrativer . Aber muss gestehen blicke aktuell auch nicht durch was da hinter den Kulissen läuft.

Ich kann mir das nicht so richtig vorstellen, das in diesen unteren Preis Bereichen der Kurs gedrückt wird.
Man will doch durch diese aktienausgabe so viel wie möglich einnehmen, und da wäre ein höherer Kurs mehr als hilfreich

Alles sehr undurchsichtig. Denke irgendwann hat der Kurs durch die BKI Verkäufe gedreht und dann wurde die Strategie von möglichst wenig zu verwässern angepasst. Warum jetzt keine Zeichnung stattfand kann ich dir auch nicht sagen. Jedenfalls hat das abgesagte placement wieder einiges an Vertrauen gekostet.

Ich werde heute wahrscheinlich noch ein Update zur Investor Gruppe geben. Hier tut sich einiges. Maßnahmenplan erstellt und erste Schritte eingeleitet.

Hallo Peter,

eine Frage: wenn das F&M Managment den Kurs durch Verkauf von Aktien durch BKI nach unten manipuliert hat um für sich und ihre Freunde billige Aktien über PP zu ergaunern, warum wurde dann die Kapitalerhöhung abgesagt?

sehr hohes Verkaufslimit

Bei einer Schulung wurde mir vermittelt, dass Banken aus den Depots ihrer Kunden Aktien verleihen, damit andere Kunden mit den fremden Akien "arbeiten" können. Die verliehenen Aktien machen aber nur einen Teil des Gesamtbestandes aus.

Wenn jetzt alle Mitglieder der Transatlantischen Investorengruppe, sowie alle anderen Kleinanleger dem Tip von peterhuber91 folgen - kann dies eventuell einen Short-Squeze auslösen?

Würden denn die Banken in solch einem Fall schon vor dem Short-Squeze die verliehenen Aktien zurückfordern?

Weis jemand hierzu genaueres?
