Jeden Tag fast 5% in den Keller, verkaufen so lange es noch geht, ihr könnt schreiben was ihr, der Chart zeigt die Richtung und das ist Fakt!

Ich will hier mal ausführlicher auf meine aktuelle Sicht eingehen und was mich so stutzig machte:

Also zuerst fiel mir auf dass die Hush Produkte anscheinend in Kalifornien nicht richtig gut ankommen. Das hat mit dem "ungeprüften" und tatsächlichen Umsatz zu tun.

Es gibt also Abweichungen, warum?
Ich hab von verschiedenen Modellen im Einzelhandel gehört:

a) Konsignationslager: die Hersteller liefern die Erstausstattung und der Einzelhändler zahlt erst bei tatsächlichem Verkauf
b) Regalmiete: Der Einzelhändler verlangt für z.b. 1 Meter Regal Summe x in der Woche/im Monat
c) eine Kombination aus beidem

Bei der Menge an Herstellern überhaupt kein Problem für den Einzelhandel.
Diese bestimmt den Endpreis und die Produkte und wenn was nicht läuft dann fliegt es wieder raus.

Das Hush eine "günstige" Linie sein soll, ist gut und verstehe dass auch, aber durch die oben genannten Punkte wird wohl nicht viel übrig bleiben. Hush sollte auch durch das "Superfiltrationsprogramm" gestärkt werden, man sieht aber bis heute, dass sich dies in Grenzen hält. (Auch keine Margen von 40%)

Laut dem letzten Prospekt wird auch ein neuer Standort von Noho geprüft
- Warum? Der alte war doch so toll und so groß, nur wegen der Miete?
Man muss dann den Prozess der Prüfung neu starten, was eine Verzögerung bedeutet.

Ich hab auch gelesen, finde die Quelle aber nicht, dass Nasalbionid auf 2021 verschoben wird.
Mein Eindruck des Ganzen:
Hush, Nasalbionid, AccuDab machen nur Sinn im eigenen Einzelhandel:
- Kushbar und Noho

Bis dahin wird man sich wohl mehr auf die Flower und WhiteLabel (jetzt der Vertrag mit Flowershop) in Kalifornien konzentrieren.
Dadurch schließt sich der Kreis mit dem Kauf von Ukiah.

Warum man übrigens AccuDab gekauft hat und nicht mit seinem Dabtab Partner ILO ein eigenes Produkt entwickelt hat, erschließt sich mir hier nicht.
Auch bekomme ich Werbung auf Instagram von chinesischen Herstellern eigener Verdampfer, da wäre sicher was dabei, vor allem da die DabTabs auch aus China kommen (ich hab den Levätä daheim)
Und von den DabTabs bzw. der GILT Marke höre ich in Kalifornien auch nichts mehr.


Oregon läuft soweit so gut.
Nun will man aber eher ernten und dabei einer der ersten sein der die Flower verkauft.
Ich meine, man wollte 2019 auch schon so durch die Vape Krise kommen. Man sah was man in diesem Quartal an Umsatz hatte. Q4/Q1 ist einfach Ernte Zeit, denke da wird man nicht wirklich viel Umsatz machen, da ja jeder seine Ware auf den Markt wirft. Laut Q2 Bericht (zu finden bei SEDAR), erzielte man einen Großhandelspreis von 1,07 $ pro Flower. OB die neuen DNAGenetics und Co da höhere Preise erzielen werden?

Meiner Meinung nach der Gipfel ist die Ankündigung dass man nun Aktien selber verkauft, statt zu einem fixen Preis ausgeben kann.

Warum das sogar noch schlechter ist:
Man muss die Aktien selber über den Markt verkaufen
Man kann nicht alle Aktien auf den Markt schmeißen (außer man akzeptiert dass der Kurs abschmiert)
Es wird ewig dauern größere Summen zu bekommen (siehe Durchschnitt an der NEO)
Man zahlt noch 2% Brutto Gebühr

So, ich hoffe ich konnte euch meine aktuelle Sicht da bringen mit meinem Fazit:

Sollte sich jetzt nicht etwas sehr zum positiven ändern, dann wird es noch ein sehr langer und vor allem teurer Weg. Der Tweet sagt mir, dass ihm die anderen "alten" Aktionäre egal sind.

Sicher kann der Plan aufgehen, ist ja im Grunde nicht schlecht, nur hat jeder Altaktionär das nachsehen.
Wie es weitergeht hat ja RichTV schon angesprochen


Hört es auch an wegen Aktien usw.
Hier wird auf den späteren, dann auch sinnvollen Resplit hingewiesen und wohl schon drauf eingestellt.


Ich wünsche allen trotzdem viel Erfolg.
Ich sehe nun momentan andere Chancen als hier "Bagholder" zu sein.
Nach Q4 (Info kommt ja erst irgendwann Anfang 2021) kann man sicher nochmals einsteigen wenn es absehbar ist, dass es in die richtige Richtung läuft.

Die News vom Wochenende sind nicht nur verpufft, sondern zaubern mit € 0,046 (Tradegate) noch ein neues ATL herbei.
