I use twitter, e-mail addresses for the Founder and the CEO, sometimes questions to the Canadian business e-mail address. The best thing to do, imo, is to ask for a phone call to be scheduled(it will be a weekend appointment almost assuredly) The Stil team has about 20 full time employees as I understand at this point, some part timers and is dealing with Subcontractors in several fields... so the relatively small team is very busy. I would HIGHLY advise respect and no whinning… it goes a looonnngggggg way to opening up people who are working, in some cases(the CEO), 100 hours a week in building a business.
Frankly, any small public company is deluged with requests... keep that in mind.

No problem. I had a communication with the CEO about a week ago and he said he was looking to get some news out soon. With a number of things going on in getting ORIGIN plant last EPA approval and NEXUS plant with all ><6 qualifiers as to rating that plant to even including 'jewish food kosher', getting sales, amassing a well defined consumer/reseller data base... working towards plans of this years cultivation and all those headaches, looking into the third plant buildout Horizon... well... he has his hands very full.

Which info? Sales were noted Dec 12th News, with 855 bales left, with notification of Tolling will be a additional access to flowers... the rest is pretty much Due Diligence on each person or company or activist group.

Harvest results were noted(>< 1000 bales), accomplishments were noted, a timeline for Romanian Officials to be expected were noted. The company will have a news release before too long. Last month the company said in its previous/first month of sales over a million was under order, likely something more than that in the next month/this month news release for sales during last month/December.
No one can make a countries government move faster than the government officials wish to move... the Romanian plant has one last approval to obtain..... meanwhile commitments are being filled out of the Poland plant.
What investors should be looking towards is the next plant/Horizon and if it will be built which will triple production.
If current stock price of a Canadian (CSE listed) stock is your concern then you should not invest in a CSE stock till the company has a established revenue stream- all CSE stocks lose value till sales and Institutional investors step in. The reason isn't to do with the veracity of the company, the reason is the structure of the CSE stock market. It has very loose regulation, there are "Inverse Funds" that short every CSE, or TSX.v or TSX stock. This was allowed so that Market Makers would have a financial reason to participate in a very small Stock Market- Canadian.
I an American and can say this with certainty, that compared to U.S. markets, even the 'Pinks', Canadian stocks are the wild west.. cowboy country. In fact, most Americans accept that the highest qualified, TSX exchanged, are not more transparent or reliable than America's OTCBB exchange. This is saying quite a lot when considering the OTCBB is below a several layers... NaZdac, Amex, NYSE and others while TSX is the top/OTCBB in Canada.
Stillcanna seems to doing the business plan it set out to do, the 'Novel Foods' in the E.U. was not expected by any participant in this sector, no doubt slowing everyone's plans. But take heart, Stillcanna's Origin plant partner(DragonFly) is deeply involved with trying to get Romanian officials to complete licensing, DragonFly is deeply involved in the politics and organizations working to expand CBD business opportunities for both the U.K. and E.U. in concert with all the major players, Charlottesweb and Mile High for example. One should examine the Stillcanna distillate partner, Dragonfly, its staff, Founder, markets and how DragonFly is actually now preparing for listing, taking private placements, preparing for the future of the CBD markets... in the future.
Or, one can write off ones investment into Stillcanna, myself, I'm not prepared to do that yet and will take advantage of current stock prices in what is a two year build out plan- we are in the middle of that plan.. not the beginning, not the end... the middle.

Das Gute hier ist, dass diese Aktie nicht gepusht wird. Ich warte weiter ab.

Ist das alles noch seriös, ist das der Umgang mit seinen Kapitalgeber ? Alles Luftnummer an gekündigte Ernteergebnisse, große geschürte Geschäftserwartungen, nicht erfüllte Versprechungen zur Erteilung der Betriebserlaubnissen für Rumänien, nur fallende Aktienkurse, Termine über Quartalsergebnisse bis zum letztmöglichen Termin für Bekanntgabe raus geschoben. Das zeugt nicht gerade vom Vertrauens vollen Umgang mit seinen Aktionären. Nur schweigen, sehr verdächtig.
