Kurs bei Eröffnung vor geplanten 10:1 Reverse Split 0.015 CAD-Dollar.
Bewertung je Unze Silber in the ground auf Post Reverse Split basis laut meinen Berechnungen ca. 0.1237 CAD-Dollar pro Unze bei einem Kurs von 0.15 CAD Dollar je Aktie.
Das ist meines Erachtens bei den Silbergehalten auf Basis des anstehenden 10:1 Re Splits ausgesprochen preiswert.
Sollten die Silberpreise langfristig steigen, so meine Grundannahme, dann dürfte der Wert des Silbers im Boden bei den meisten Explorern vervielfachen. Insofern gehe ich davon aus dass Aktien von Explorern wie Stroud Resources langfristig den Markt outperformen werden.
Die Silberrally ist bislang noch nicht bei den meisten Explorern angekommen - dies dürfte sich aber in absehbarer Zukunft ändern, so dass ich davon ausgehen, dass bei vielen Explorern im Minensegment es zu dramatischen Kursanstiegen kommen wird, die jenen aus 2000 bis 2011 in nichts nachstehen werden im Gegenteil - vermutlich sogar exponentiell skaliert werden müssen.

Mit 33 Millionen Aktien zu 0.15 CAD Dollar sind die Silbervorkommen des Unternehmens immer noch als äusserst preiswert anzusehen. Die Bewertung bei erfolgreicher Refinanzierung somit attraktiv.

Da sind heute rund 10 Prozent aller Aktien in zwei Blocktrades gehandelt worden - nach dem Rollback - sprich mehr als 2.5 Millionen Aktien in nur zwei Transaktionen.
Sieht so aus, als ob hier an einem konkreten Ergebnis und Umbau gearbeitet wird - sprich stratgische Positionierungen erfolgen.
Warum meine Kauforder zu 0.10 CAD Dollar nicht ausgeführt wurde, obwohl sie vor der großen Transaktion am Markt war, ist mir unklar, aber scheinbar muss man damit leben, nicht bedient zu werden, wenn die Wale sich die Aktien zu schieben...

The Company issued 7,500,000 units (each a “Unit”) at $0.40 per Unit for proceeds of $3,000,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one-half common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant is exercisable to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.60 until July 30, 2021.
Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation which is beneficially owned by him, acquired the 7,500,000 Units pursuant to the Private Placement. Prior to the Private Placement, Mr. Sprott owned 13,333,333 Common Shares of the Company and 4,444,444 Warrants. As a result of the Private Placement, Mr. Sprott beneficially owns and controls 20,833,333 Common Shares of the Company and 8,194,444 Warrants representing approximately 47.0% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Stroud on a non-diluted basis and approximately 55.3% on a partially diluted basis. The Units were acquired by Mr. Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd. for investment purposes. Mr. Sprott has a long-term view of the investment and may acquire additional securities of the Company including on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell securities of the Company including on the open market or through private dispositions in the future depending on market conditions, reformulation of plans and/or other relevant factors.
