Cypherpunk Holdings Announces Purchase of Additional IPv4 Addresses

TORONTO, ONTARIO, October 14, 2021. ‐ Cypherpunk Holdings Inc. (CSE: HODL, OTC: KHRIF) (“Cypherpunk” or, the “Company”), a sector leader for cryptocurrency, privacy and cryptography focused investments, is pleased to announce that it has acquired an additional 8,192 IP version 4 (IPv4) addresses.

CEO Guoga hat anscheinend noch nicht genug. Seit Anfang Oktober hat er weitere 2,7 Mio Shares eingesammelt.(Quelle siehe Link). Nun hat er schon 33 Mio Stücke, was ca 21 % aller Aktien ist. Vielleicht legt der BTC ja eine Jahresendrally hin, dann würde auch hier mal weider ein bischen Leben in die Bude kommen.

Investing in Animoca Brands and NFTs: Cryptographically-Enforced Rare Digital Assets

Das Delisting in DE ist vom Tisch und ab heute können die Aktien wieder in Frankfurt und über Tradegate gehandelt werden. Von Cypherpunk habe ich diesbezüglich die Bestätigung auch erhalten:

Jetzt müsste nur mal der Kurs mal wieder anziehen. Aktuell bewegt sich die Marktkapitalisierung ja deutlich unter den gehaltenen Vermögenswerten (BTC / ETH).

Insgesamt in dieser Woche hat er sogar nochmal 1,5 Mio eigene Aktien gekauft. Damit hat er alleine jetzt über 20 % aller Anteile. Vermutlich geht von von einem weiter steigenden BTC Kurs was zwangsläufig Kurssteigerungen zur Folge hätte. Cypherpunk hält ja bekanntlich 386 BTC was alleine schon aktuell 16 Mio EUR ausmacht - Cypherpunk Marktwert aktuell 19 Mio EUR. Der Bitcoin und Cashbestand deckt also aktuell genau die komplette Marktkapitalisierung ab. Da sind also die anderen Beteiligungen (Wasabi - chia - Samourai - Hydro66 und die Staking Einnahmen aus dem BTC Verleih) noch gar nicht drin.

Ich möchte den Lesern hier noch etwas bezüglich des Delistings an der Frankfurter Börse berichten. Nachdem der Kurs seit Anfang Sep. dort ausgesetzt wurde habe ich nochmals den Kontakt zu Cypherpunk geucht. Dabei wollte ich den neuesten Stand bezüglich der Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) wissen, dessen fehlen ja zum Ausschluss des Handels in FRA geführt hat.
Folgende Antworten habe ich erhalten:

1.We are in a process of applying for the LEI. It should not be too long. We have already submitted the application. Apologies for the delay - I will be chasing the progress this week to make sure this gets done.

2. We have been in touch with both our lawyers and LEI team in Germany. I should be receiving the docs in the next day or so and hopefully once that is submitted all is back on track. Looks like a bit of a manual system for some strange reason. As we are obviously trading in Canada via the CSE all our filings and docs are up to date. Hopefully all will be re-instated shortly.

Kann man eigentlich nur darauf vertrauen das dies alles so stimmt und der Handel in Stuttgart nicht auch Ende Sep. gesperrt wird.
