The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an arm's-length binding term sheet entered into on July 23, 2022, with Cygnus Gold Ltd. and the definitive agreement dated Oct. 12, 2022, pursuant to which Stria Lithium Inc. will grant the sole and exclusive option up to a 70-per-cent undivided interest in the company's Pontax-Lithium property under a two-stage option (the first option and the second option) for total cash payments of $6-million and exploration expenditures commitments totalling $10-million.
Following the exercise of the second option, the parties will form a joint venture with each of Cygnus and the company holding an undivided interest of 70 per cent and 30 per cent, respectively, with Cygnus acting as operator of the joint venture.....

In the event, Cygnus elects not to proceed with, or otherwise fails to exercise, the second option, the parties will form the joint venture with each of Cygnus and the company holding an undivided interest of 49 per cent and 51 per cent, respectively, with the company becoming operator of the joint venture.
