It has been an exciting week for CXAC and we just wanted to update all shareholders on this week's events before
a long holiday weekend.
1. Both programs with Clickbooth and Online Performance Marketing, LP have been successfully launched
and we are tracking our order flow. We will follow up with actual sales figures in approximately 15‐20
days.
2. Within 15 business days we will be updating our financials to have them current, and have our outside
counsel issue an Opinion Letter on our Disclosures and Financials to receive Pink Sheets Preferred Status.
This will remove any trading restrictions at most firms and we hope that by Year's end we can apply to the
OTCBB to again raise our profile to a larger investing audience.
3. We will update the investing community in the next 20 days via a National press release on the joint
venture deal with a second product line. Our manufacturer has costed the product and we should have
preliminary samples ready within two weeks. After they are approved for sale to the public we will
announce our deal. The product was sold nationwide via, infomercial, major retail chains including Wal‐
Mart, CVS and Walgreen's and historically reached total volume of 45 million dollars over a seven year
period. The patent owner is unable to produce the product and CXAC believes that with our Internet
marketing network we can revive the line with minimal effort. The gross profit margins on this product
based upon the historical data exceeded 65% on an annualized basis and the market cap for the product
line exceeds 175 million dollars.

seit Wochen, is wohl leicht übertrieben. Sag mal du bist doch schon länger dabei, was ist eigentlich aus den anderen Produkten geworden, wie z.b. fruit2go, blackandwhite, Dr.Beer? Da hört man nichts mehr? Im Investors-Letter hat man von einem weiteren Produkt gesprochen, deren Patentinhaber wohl nicht produzieren könnte. Wie verstehst du die Potenzial-Vorhersagen? Wird das vielleicht wieder so ein Rohrkrepierer?

also vor ungefähr nem jahr war cxac allein auf seine pizza pasta angewiesen. lt news wires sollte das auch gut anlaufen. dann hat man sich auf re-juv konzentiert und man will erst einmal damit geld verdienen und die anderen produkte dann wenn re-juv läuft wieder in angriff nehmen, so war die letzte info vom frühjahr diesen jahres..

Noch ne kleine Frage, was denkst du wie finanziert JB diesen startup. Mehr dilution ist ja nicht, einzig ein R/S wäre denkbar, dann aber verspielt er letztes Vertrauen. Was er ja auch selbst verneint. Aber wo kommt derzeit das Geld für die Spots und Internetwerbung her?

Jorge sagt 500.000$ bis Ende 2009 vor. Am Tag wären dies ca. 4250$ Umsatz, oder durchschnittlich 80 Einheiten. Legt man dem cirka 12 (aktive) Internetstunden zugrunde, müssten cirka 7 Bestellungen pro Stunde eingehen.

kann gut sein, könnte aber auch gleich hochschnellen auf 0,04 $. Die Pinkys sind nicht kalkulierbar, aber ich bin wirklich felsenfest überzeugt, dass hier ein Feuerwerk bald abbrennen wird.

Wenn die m.E. sehr konservative Schätzung von 500.000$ bis Ende 2009 übertroffen werden, bzw. die ersten Verkäufe und Ergebnisse darauf deuten, wird dies die Spekulationen verstärken.

Dear Shareholders:
Many of our shareholders have waited patiently during the course of the last two weeks while
rumor and speculation dominated our corporate profile.
Today's shareholder letter will dispel any further speculation and set the course for the Company
over the next few months.
One of the most successful entrepreneurs in today's business world, Mr. Steve Jobs, founder of
Apple stated:
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma -
which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions
drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and
intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is
secondary.”
As your CEO I am following my business plan and will not waste my energy or corporate
resources on anything else.
First issue: The SEC Investigation and subsequent Lawsuit
1. Yes, we conducted the transactions with those named defendants.
2. Yes we received the funding from those defendants.
The SEC reviewed all of our books and records and I testified before their investigatory
committee, without hesitation. When the SEC filed action against the defendants, the Company
or Myself was not named in the lawsuit. It has virtually no importance to the future of this
Company besides creating rumor and false speculation. I urge all shareholders to move on; we
have a company to run, and will we not comment on this again!
Second Issue: Monthly Sales of Re-Juv by Caci
As promised in my prior letter, I am thrilled to report that we sold 485 Anti Aging Systems. We
came in just a tad below our 500 unit target, but remember we lost 4 days with the Labor Day
Holiday weekend. All in all, the first month of Internet Marketing produced the results we
anticipated. Next month commercials will air and funding is in place to increase sales to at least
750 units but we want 1000 units by October 31st, 2009.

Third Issue: Pink Sheet Preferred Listing
In this post “Madoff” era, the government is worried about its exposure and is scrutinizing all
applications to the minutest degree. I assure all shareholders that we have filed every document
on a timely basis and will be fully transparent to the Pink Sheets. The agency is just double
checking information. They do not want to wake up with “egg on their faces”. In the future when
we announce a filing, accept the fact that I will deliver what I have promised! It may take some
time but we will deliver the desired results.
Fourth Issue: Reverse Split
Again, many shareholders have speculated on this matter.
The Company has no immediate plans for a reverse split nor a stock buyback. Cash is the
lifeblood of the Company at this juncture. If sales dramatically increase we will roll that cash-flow
into more advertising and media. We have our snoring product launch set for the middle of the
month and attenuate National press release.
I concur with Mr. Jobs that “I have the heart to follow my dreams” and make CXAC a great and

Dear Shareholders:
Many of our shareholders have waited patiently during the course of the last two weeks while
rumor and speculation dominated our corporate profile.
Today's shareholder letter will dispel any further speculation and set the course for the Company
over the next few months.
One of the most successful entrepreneurs in today's business world, Mr. Steve Jobs, founder of
Apple stated:
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma -
which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions
drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and
intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is
secondary.”
As your CEO I am following my business plan and will not waste my energy or corporate
resources on anything else.
First issue: The SEC Investigation and subsequent Lawsuit
1. Yes, we conducted the transactions with those named defendants.
2. Yes we received the funding from those defendants.
The SEC reviewed all of our books and records and I testified before their investigatory
committee, without hesitation. When the SEC filed action against the defendants, the Company
or Myself was not named in the lawsuit. It has virtually no importance to the future of this
Company besides creating rumor and false speculation. I urge all shareholders to move on; we
have a company to run, and will we not comment on this again!
Second Issue: Monthly Sales of Re-Juv by Caci
As promised in my prior letter, I am thrilled to report that we sold 485 Anti Aging Systems. We
came in just a tad below our 500 unit target, but remember we lost 4 days with the Labor Day
Holiday weekend. All in all, the first month of Internet Marketing produced the results we
anticipated. Next month commercials will air and funding is in place to increase sales to at least
750 units but we want 1000 units by October 31st, 2009.

Third Issue: Pink Sheet Preferred Listing
In this post “Madoff” era, the government is worried about its exposure and is scrutinizing all
applications to the minutest degree. I assure all shareholders that we have filed every document
on a timely basis and will be fully transparent to the Pink Sheets. The agency is just double
checking information. They do not want to wake up with “egg on their faces”. In the future when
we announce a filing, accept the fact that I will deliver what I have promised! It may take some
time but we will deliver the desired results.
Fourth Issue: Reverse Split
Again, many shareholders have speculated on this matter.
The Company has no immediate plans for a reverse split nor a stock buyback. Cash is the
lifeblood of the Company at this juncture. If sales dramatically increase we will roll that cash-flow
into more advertising and media. We have our snoring product launch set for the middle of the
month and attenuate National press release.

weil das geld halt jetz wichtig is für den fluss

I plan on holding some "just-in-case", but I will be locking in profits all the way up. Based on share structure compared to SPNG, I think the stock price could hit .045-.05. This seems much more realistic.

I was trying not to use EESO because of their recent problems. comparisons to EESO are risky.

But, no matter what you compare it to----we still arrived at the same target (.045-.05).

agreed, we have risen up to 800%,, settling at 600% above where started as of friday's close.all with just clickbank and hint of persuing perferred status.
well we are now current on pinksheets and came just shy of the 500 unit target for the first month.
now we have tv and online advertising in the works and another product coming soon!
this month will be awesome imo,i can see closer to .01 or even more! i wouldnt be surprised!

we are still in the first stages here.. every week twice the amount of people will know about rejuv = twice the amount of $$$$. now think about 6 months from now! then add in the $$$$ from our new product! we're going big folks,,,,, BIG!
