=> 2 Frauen als Chefs: CEO (lange bei Honeywell) + CFO --> na bitte!

* Expected Number of Shares: 181 Million (vorl.)
* Umsatz-Schwerpunkt: US+CAN mit 65% --> ich sag's mal so: die USA bräuchten dringend eine bessere Elektro-Infrastruktur vielerorts
* Enclosures sind die grösste Produktgruppe mit 44% --> auf Deutsch: "Gehäuse"
* und Industrial mit 45% der grösste Kundenblock (Infra nur 12%)
* aha: da kommt der FCF here: CAPEX: Low capital intensity (~2% of sales) --> Target free cash flow at 100% of adjusted net income
* das oben mit dem Eigenkapital wahrscheinlich stimmt nicht (kenne das Balance sheet selber noch nicht), da:

mir ist dabei diese Aktie eingefallen:




aber das gilt auch für vergleichbare (Groß-)Titel wie ABB, Eaton usw. die aber schon weiter gelaufen sind.

Erst kommen eigentlich immer die Großen dran.

NVT hätte also da mMn noch Potenzial nach oben.

ich glaube, daß hängt derzeit vor allem damit zusammen, daß im Firmennamen "Electric" steht

<der Schubfaktor für den Aktienkurs hier ist mMn der derzeit quasi unlimitierte Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 der Biden-Administration>

Dabei handelt es sich formal ja nicht einmal um ein US-Unternehmen, sondern ein irisches, halt mit Heimatbörse NYSE und nur mit Briefkasten in Irland. Aber mit formaler Anschrift in London, UK:

The Mille, 1000 Great West Road, 8th Floor (East), London, TW8 9DW

Dort (im "principal office") sitzt auch offiziell der CEO (Beth Wozniak, die aber wohl aus Kanada stammt; Ex-Pentair, -Honeywell, -AlliedSignal) und dort, also in UK, wird nVent auch am Ende besteuert laut AR2022 ("tax resident solely in the U.K." in Bezug auf Irland).
