EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ --
FieldWorks Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FWRX - news), a leading provider of rugged, mobile computers, today announced it has received a contract valued at more than $4 million from the United States Army involving the FW2000 Mobile Data Server -- one of the company`s flagship products.
FieldWorks expects to deliver the majority of the order by the end of the first quarter, with completion of the order early in the second quarter of calendar year 2001. The order will be delivered to the Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania.
``We are very excited about this contract and the confidence the Army has placed in the FieldWorks FW2000 Mobile Data Server,`` said Thomas Sparrvik, recently named president and CEO, FieldWorks. ``This is certainly a great way to start the new year and it`s one of the most significant developments in our company`s recent history. We will deliver most of this contract in the first quarter and complete it in full in the beginning of the second quarter, keeping us on target in our plans for a successful 2001.``
The sale is FieldWorks` largest to date involving the FW2000 -- a rugged, modular, mobile PC system built for demanding in-vehicle environments such as those found in military, public safety and utilities industries.

Hallo
Wenn das keine Einstiegskurse sind!!!!!!
Was sind eigentlich Nerven?
Gruß an alle Kontronaktionäre
