I was one of the group of small investors who participated in the subscription to shares when Obducat was introduced to the public in 1997. At the price of 1 SEK per share!
During the IT hysteria and madness in the beginning of this decade, the share price jumped as far as to 24 SEK per share.
I, like many others, sold during this phase at different levels and made a small fortune. Since then I have not owned any shares in the company.

As to 4, you Boersenbommel has left out one alternative. It is possible to participate in the KE without owning shares in the company. The KE will not be fully subscribed to and it is beyond my faculties why people do not sell at the present levels och subscribe to as many shares/units in the KE as they can afford.
Perhaps the owners count on Obducat presenting news during the KE and that the share price therefore will go up. That might be the reason. So OK! In a way I can understand why the share price has not gone down further towards 40 öre.

In order to check I looked up the word in my Wahrig Deutches Wörterbuch, and there Klugscheisser = Klugredner.
So I was right. As always.

also kann man davon ausgehen das man die aktie auf em markt dannach noch günstiger kriegt.
