YORK, Pa., Oct. 11, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On October 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”) (Nasdaq: CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on November 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2023.
