The Company entered into a purchase and sale agreement dated July 30, 2021 (the “Rimba Raya Stream”) with InfiniteEARTH in respect of the Rimba Raya project. The Company will continue to update shareholders in respect of further developments in respect of the Rimba Raya project and the Rimba Raya Stream.
