....und wie mir das gefällt!! Als Optimist kann man bei solchen Anstiegen mit Nyrstar etwas verdienen.

Ein gutes Bauchgefühl ist oft mehr wert als ein nüchterner Verstand....

Na, dann weihe ich Dich in die Geheimnisse des Konkurses ein.

Nyrstar hat eine Überschuldung von ca. 1,1 Mrd. Euro (Net-debt). Die Aktie wird aktuell mit ca. 50 Millionen Euro bewertet. Das heißt: Die Altaktionäre rechnen damit vom neuen Unternehmen, das sich nach dem Konkurs bilden wird, ca. 4,5% Anteil zu erhalten. Das ist sehr hochgegriffen, denn meistens erhalten die alten Aktien Null, Nüsse, gar nichts, und das gesamte Unternehmen fließt an die Gläubiger, die ihre Forderungenin Aktien des neuen Unternehmens umwandeln. Wenn die Aktie nun um 100% steigt, dann heißt das bloß: dass die Altaktionäre damit rechnen vom neuen Unternehmen 9% Anteil zu erhalten. Dies nur, um Dir zu verdeutlichen, was ein Anstieg der Nyrstar-Aktie von 36c auf 42c bedeutet: Gar nichts. Aber Dir als Optimist gefällt das natürlich....

Bin kein Spezialist in Sachen Konkurse.

Für mich sind Konkurse die Kunst, die Forderungen der Gläubiger in die Pleite zu treiben.....

Mit News von Chibougamau hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Die Resultate scheinen ja wirklich gut zu sein. Jedenfalls variierte der Kurs in den letzten 2 Wochen zwischen 4 - 5.5 CCts und vorhin lagen wir bei 9.5 CCts., das ist ein Plus von über 70%.

on the Bateman Property

ROUYN-NORANDA, QUÉBEC - Chibougamau Independent Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CBG) (STUT:CLL)

(OTC Markets (USA) : CMAUF) is pleased to inform shareholders that it has received assays from two

drill holes on the C3 copper-gold zone on our Bateman Mine property located in McKenzie Township, 8

km east of the town of Chibougamau, Quebec.

The Bateman Mine property is one of five former copper-gold mines and the down dip of three other

large copper-gold mines, one zinc, gold, silver deposit and a large vanadium-iron zone optioned to

Vanadium One Energy Corp. (VONE), that Chibougamau Independent owns in the Chibougamau Mining

Camp. In total, Chibougamau Independent owns approximately one half of the area of the mining camp

including numerous underexplored areas with mineralization in drill holes and on surface. Most of

Chibougamau Independent’s assets have only been drilled to a shallow depth including the wholly

owned mine assets.

Over the 90 m down dip distance between the drill holes, the width of the mineralized zone has

doubled, the copper grade has remained the same and the gold grade has doubled.

The mineralized zone is composed of massive and stringer chalcopyrite in anorthosite within the border

zone of the Lac Dore Complex. Due to the presence of manganiferous siderite, a strike direction of 110o

and a steep dip to the northwest, the Company believes that this structure may represent a “mineralized

mine shear”, similar to most structures historically mined in the Chibougamau Mining District.

It is likely that the next step in exploring the copper-gold zone will be a down hole electromagnetic

survey to better define the strike and depth potential of the copper-gold zone followed by step out

drilling.

In 2013, Chibougamau Independent drilled a series of shallower holes on the C3 zone which intersected

similar copper-gold mineralization at vertical depths of between 50 m to 90 m vertical (See press

releases dated September 9, 18 and October 3, 2013).

Assaying was done by Accurassay based in Rouyn-Noranda and Thunder Bay using standard fire assay

methods for gold and ICP for copper.

transaction in the formation of Chibougamau Independent Mines Inc.

Der Kurs von Nyrstar bewegte sich in den letzten Tagen um die 0.35 EUR und machte heute einen Sprung auf aktuell 0.43. Das sind über 20%. Scheint so als die von Fels gemeldeten News den Kurs nicht weiter nach unten ziehen können....im Gegenteil.

Aktuell ist Jack sehr fleissig mit IR. Könnte ein Hinweis sein, dass er damit rechnet, dass sich das Umfeld im Rohstoffbereich verbessert und er auf dem Radar der Anleger sein möchte, wenn sich dies auf die Aktienkurse niederschlägt.

Ich werde Jack darauf hinweisen, dass er unbedingt mehr sagen sollte was die Aussichten auf Einnahmen und Ausgaben des laufenden Jahres betrifft und auch jedesmal auf die Aktienrückkaufsprogramme hinweisen soll.
