It is expected that interest in Planetlink Communication`s stock will develop into a rally during the month of January.
There are a number of positive points that are sure to drive this company forward over the coming quarter. There is the completion of PLKC`s first acquisition.
There is the Karta partnership agreement that will produce further revenue throughout the coming quarters.
The team of Consultants retained by PLKC`s may be in discussions with several companies that have expressed interest in PLKC`s fleet management products.
The Estrella Blanca deal could become more a reality and may progress further in the coming months.
Also, A Mexican Electric Utility Company has expressed a great deal of interest in the product and this has potential for sales growth.
As discussed in all these issues, there can only be tremendous growth within Planetlink Communications and I would anticipate an exciting January as well as positive News throughout 2006.

Karta Technologies - income will be recognised in the first 1/4. The business IMHO has already been closed. The units are being implemented as we speak. The pilot with the auotdealears is getting very positive feedback. Specifically -
A pilot program with automobile dealerships, which would target fleet vehicle sales with the TransTRAK product as an installed accessory for fleet vehicle sales.
Small moving companies will continue to expand and could double the number of units in service in 2006.
Having the capability to have a low end product line with a decreased monitoring cost as well as the TransTRAK product line.
Completing the company’s first acquisition which will substantially increase sales..
Negotiating a marketing agreement to sell the TransTRAK product line with a group, which has contacts within the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
The joint marketing agreement with Karta Technologies will see an inflow of income beginning in the first quarter of 2006.
The opportunity to double the number of units placed in service on a monthly basis with the advent of our joint marketing consultants.
Options for the future – voice communications, barcode, LCD readers and utilization of city wide wi-max zones.
