Bio-Solutions Continues Their Quest With Biodiesel

HATTIESBURG, MS--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 21, 2006 -- Bio-Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. (OTC BB:BSLM.OB - News), in conjunction with Bio-Solutions Franchise Corporation and its subsidiary, BioExtraction Services, produced their first batch of biodiesel from extracted oils and grease from wastewater using the BioExtractor™.

BioExtractors™, which will be installed primarily in restaurants and municipal collection systems, will extract the oils and grease generated by commercial cooking establishments. This breakthrough will bring customers into compliance with municipal discharge ordinances and provide Bio Solutions with what will now be a valuable feedstock to make biodiesel. The extracted oil and grease from each serviced establishment will be brought to a central location where it will be converted into biodiesel.

Biodiesel is a cleaner burning fuel than petroleum diesel; it is non-toxic, bio-degradable, and practically free of sulfur and aromatics. Biodiesel is chemically a mono-alkyl ester of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oil and animal fats and can be considered as a renewable energy source. Provided that the biodiesel meets ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) specifications, it can be blended with petroleum diesel and used safely as fuel in diesel engines without any modifications.

Bio Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. (OTC BB: BSLM) (Frankfurt: B2T.F) announced today that it has requested and received the un-audited financials from its exclusive marketing arm, Bio Solutions Franchise Corp. (BSFC).

BSLM is preparing to meet the product needs for the expected growth and demand for BSFC's expanded services.

As expected, the un-audited report supports this move as BSFC has expanded its franchise locations from 31 to 84 territories in the past 12 months. BSFC's total growth this past year shows exceeded a 200% increase in revenues.

According to Wayne Wade, President of BSFC, the company is planning to expand its franchise network in the upcoming months through a series of small training courses. "The good news is, we have a lot of demand for new franchise territories. The challenge is we have a limited number of available rooms in Hattiesburg, due to Hurricane Katrina.
