129,0 g/t Gold."

      August 8, 2011

TEMR: Join me now for a conversation with Mitchell Adam the President and CEO of BonTerra Resources Incorporated trading on the Venture Exchange under the symbol BTR.V and on the bulletin board with the symbol BONXF. BonTerra has been one of the most exciting companies trading in the resource sector with respect to high grade gold with very compelling news on their Eastern Extension property in Quebec Province, Canada. Mitch welcome to the program.

Mitchell Adam: Hi. Thanks for having me back.

TEMR: It’s been a while since you’ve been on the show and that’s because you like to do the work in the ground before we talk. Isn’t that right?

MA: Yeah that would be a good summary. We’ve had a great summer. It has been very quiet in the market but I think now that we’re about to be putting out these new resource calculation in the holes that we’ve drilled things are looking up.

TEMR: According to your latest news release, the gold intercept in the Urban Barry belt is roughly twelve and a half times wider than the original gold zone discovered in November of 2010. The length and the width of the resource wasn’t as defined back then, was it?

MA: Well, what we were finding originally we were getting, sort of, 7 to 15 meter intercepts of high-grade gold, which woke the market up and was very encouraging. But, this recent assay that we put out where we’ve got a zone of 170 meters with an average grade of .73 grams gold this now makes it, kind of, an open-pit situation. This is what the market is looking for. There’s 89 meters of 1.3 grams gold, 78 meters of 1.47 grams, 57 meters of 2 grams, 31 at 2.84 and so on all the way up to 54 grams gold. If you take 170 meters, you know, that’s damn near 600 feet of consistent gold grade. If we can duplicate a couple of step outs that’s going to increase our inferred calculation tremendously and that’ll add value to the company.

TEMR: By open pit this gold is fairly easy to access. You don’t have to go thousands of meters underground to get it.

MA: No. And, I guess, when we hit; what we’re doing prior to this hole is really chasing veins. And, when you start to look at a mining possibility chasing veins it creates not only metallurgy but the stripping ratio starts to get difficult because you’ve got a lot of rock that does not bear gold as you’re chasing the vein and you’re trying to follow the system. But, when you’ve got an open-pit situation when you’ve got something as long as this and your stripping ratio starts to make more sense then you’re starting to produce a lot more gold and a lot more ounces. So, it starts to look more like a realistic mining situation. And, it also starts to attract the attention of some pretty big people.

TEMR: Amongst a sea of red, BonTerra is one of the gold juniors moving up in the market right now.

MA: Well, you’re looking at gold right now at $1,700.00 an ounce and you’re looking at the DOW down and the S&P downgrade of the U.S. credit rating has certainly hurt the markets and hurt the economy. Then you’ve got the problems in Europe. So, therefore, the flight to gold continues. And, we if keep doing what we’re doing and we can get to a million ounces of gold, from what I understand Doug Casey values gold in the ground at $67.00 an ounce for an inferred gold calculation, so if we can build a million ounces of gold that would add $67 million dollars of value tot eh company. All we need to do is just keep drilling and keep hitting. That’s my milestone a million ounces. And, if we can get to two, get to ten then hallelujah.

TEMR: There’s a couple of thousand gold juniors that are attempting to tell their story yet they’re still seeing a sea of red. You’re company is not really one of those companies today.

MA: Well, we’ve definitely have seen a selloff. Our share price as of May 2nd did a Sell in May and Go Away. What you’re seeing in the junior sector is, you may see a rise in the price of gold, you’re kind of seeing an evaporation of speculative capital. So, if your large-cap stocks are dwindling in value you’re less likely to take a punt at a junior. But, in particular for BonTerra is all this hard work over the summer months when it’s quiet is going to start to pay off for us. For me, I’m going to believe that we’re going to see a rising price as we continue to put our assays out and develop this resource. A lot of the other juniors, you know, they’re looking to raise money to drill to advance a project and some are looking to raise money to go into production. Everyone is, sort of, specific to their story. And, our story is such that we’re assembling ounces.

TEMR: Compared to the potential resource that you have in the ground, you feel that your stock is perhaps tremendously undervalue where it sits, and a lot of the speculation money is not in your company right now.

MA: Yeah. At today’s prices let’s call it $0.20 there’s 70 million shares. We have a $14 million dollar market cap. If we can demonstrate a million ounces with $67.00 value in the ground, that’s a $67 million dollar market cap. There’s tremendous upside. And, then you add in, sort of, the speculative premium on if we can build it higher or greater than away we go. So, that’s, kind of, our plan. But, right now we’re too early to have that $67.00 premium until we get that resource calculation. So, we’re just focused on drilling holes and continuing to go after that.

TEMR: When do you think that resource calculation is going to be coming out?

MA: I would hope mid-September, realistically probably by the end of September.

TEMR: What’s the allure with regard to mining for gold in Eastern Quebec Province?

MA: Well, we’re located in the district Val d’Or. I guess that’s French for gold. And, there’s a number of historic mines in the area. There’s some very good companies that have produced gold. So, you’ve got very talented crews there to retain and work. You’ve got a very favorable tax climate there. We spent a million dollars and we’ve got $250 coming back as a tax credit, back into the company. You’ve got no native issues. I mean everything is a plus. There’s no political risk. It’s just the perfect environment for us.

TEMR: You’ve got a substantial amount of land under your domain, don’t you?

MA: Yes. We’ve got 5/6 properties in the region. We’re currently focusing all of our efforts right now on the Eastern Extension and the Urban Barry Property. If you go to our website, www.bonterraresources.com, we’ve recently put up a drill map which, sort of, shows the area where we’ve recently completed the 10,000 meter holes.

TEMR: Now your gold grades are a little bit higher and in some cases quite a bit higher than some of the other juniors in the area.

MA: About 2 weeks ago we hit our highest grade which was 114 grams per ton which was pretty significant for us. It was about a meter wide. So, it’s a very rich vein system. But, today’s news with the 170 meters with an average grade of almost a gram spread out really disseminates it and going up as high as 54 grams over I believe it was .7 of a meter sort of shows the way it disseminates. We’re very pleased with it.

TEMR: Going forward do you see a great deal of speculative interest in your company per se or just honest investment as a safe haven in the Canadian Juniors that are making this market happen?

MA: Well, I guess, being the President of a Canadian junior I of course think that we’re in the right sector at the right time and we’ve got the right project and we’ve got the right team. So, I’m very confident in what we’re doing. The market as a whole it’s pretty predictable. If you do your homework and you pick the right spots you can do well. Unfortunately, it gets emotional with the fear and greed factor and watching everything unravel as it does. But, if you do it smart and you do it right you can win.

TEMR: Well, the interest today in your company in an otherwise troubling market bodes well for BonTerra Resources in the coming weeks and months perhaps.

MA: Yeah, I think we’re in for a hell of a fall so I’m very excited. And, today’s news I wish was out a couple of weeks later when things were starting to look like they’re firmer and running. But, I think we’ve got a hell of a platform to build on.

TEMR: Well Mitch, it’s always a pleasure to speak with you. Congratulations on all of the good news. I look forward to talking with you again soon.

MA: Ok, terrific. Thanks again for having me.

Hallo hier die aktuelle Nachricht mit unglaublichen 114 g/t Gold.

BonTerra Continues Drilling in Advance of Gold Resource Calculation & Awaits Gold Assays for Eight Drill Holes
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 30, 2011) - BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BTR) (FRANKFURT:9BR) (the "Company", "BonTerra") continues drilling its Eastern Extension property ("the Property") which is situated 170km northeast of Val d'Or, Quebec. BonTerra is currently drilling BA-11-33, one of a series of up to nine (9) deep holes (550-700 metres deep each) in advance of the gold resource calculation on the Property. The Company anticipates drilling to be completed later in September. Once all gold assays are received, BonTerra anticipates having Geologica complete the NI 43-101 compliant gold resource calculation for the Eastern Extension. BonTerra anticipates drilling a grand total of roughly 15,000 metres and submitting about 7,000 drill core samples to be assayed for gold. All of this data is being input into the 3D model of the Property as the mineralized zones continue to be expanded.

BonTerra has also resampled secondary vein systems in some previously drilled holes including BA-10-01 and BA-10-02. These secondary systems are often seen to host gold as well as the primary target, the smoked mineralized veins.

Description of the Eight Drill Holes with Gold Assays Pending

BA-11-10 is being extended to 600 metres in depth. This drill hole has led to the discovery of a new vertical ore shoot and had seven veins hosting visible gold ("VG"). This new ore shoot is open at depth and is being tested by a further four (4) drill holes.
BA-11-25 and BA-11-26 were drilled under the lake in the west to expand the Peninsula zone. Of great interest to BonTerra is the intercepting a mineralized smoked quartz vein deep under Lac Barry.
BA-11-27 was drilled along section with BA-11-16 in order to deepen the gold bearing veins in the east which BonTerra discovered earlier this year.
BA-11-28 was originally drilled to 399 metres. This drill hole is being deepened to approximately 600 metres. The goal is to intercept two parallel vertical ore shoots which host smoked mineralized quartz veins.
BA-11-29 was originally drilled to 199 metres and has since been deepened by nearly 100 metres. The Company has received partial assays and disclosed a partial intercept of 7.86 metres grading 14.60 g/t gold including 3.5 metres assaying 32.74 g/t and 0.70 metres assaying 114 g/t gold. This intercept was based on a limited number of samples. BonTerra expects to disclose an updated and thicker gold intercept once the remaining assays are received.
BA-11-30 was drilled underneath the known gold mineralization in the Peninsula Zone with the intent to deepen said mineralization.
BA-11-31 is of great interest to the Company as seven distinct highly mineralized smoked quartz veins were observed. Many of these veins are poised to deepen and greatly increase tonnage of the ore shoot recently discovered in BA-11-10.
BA-11-32 was drilled to trace these new deep ore shoots. The Company is intrigued by the new discovery of four roughly parallel highly mineralized veins at great vertical depths. These deep veins are new and have the potential to exponentially increase the tonnage and add additional gold ounces to the upcoming gold resource calculation.
Thomas Clarke, Director states, "With BonTerra drilling roughly 15,000 metres on the Eastern Extension it should be very clear how highly we value this property. Our hard work as a team is now paying off in spades as we are now discovering mineralized ore shoots at greater depths. I anticipate releasing our first resource calculation in the not too distant future. This Resource calculation will be the culmination of a year in which we have worked steadily and methodically advancing this property."

Geological Characteristics of the Gold Bearing Veins on the Eastern Extension

The target for all drilling on the Eastern Extension property is smoky quartz veins mineralized with sulphides (pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite ± visible gold). Sulphides commonly compose 1-10% of the mineralized zones and can be as high as 50% locally. Alteration is most commonly silica, carbonate, chlorite, tourmaline and sericite. The combination of quartz veins, tourmaline, alteration types and sulphides is ideal for gold mineralization in the area. Sphalerite present in the quartz veins appears to be associated with the highest grade gold zones on the property to date.
