Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH) ("Altima" or the "Company") announces that on July 15, 2011 it closed the first tranche of its private placement financing for gross proceeds of $481,200.

In accordance with the provisions of the Subscription Agreements received, on July 15, 2011 the Company issued:

* a total of 2,300,000 FT Units at $0.05 per FT Unit, each FT Unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one (1) share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional non flow-through common share at $0.10 per share on or before July 14, 2012; and
* a total of 7,324,000 NFT Units at $0.05 per NFT Unit, each NFT Unit consisting of one common share and one (1) share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one (1) additional common share at $0.10 per share on or before July 14, 2013.

The Company also issued a total of 452,000 Finder's Warrants, each Finder's Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at $0.10 per share on or before July 14, 2012, as finders' fees in connection with this financing.

All of these shares, including any shares issued on exercise of the warrants or Finders' Warrants, will be subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring on November 16, 2011, and will be subject to such further restrictions on resale as may apply under applicable foreign securities laws.

Proceeds of $115,000 raised from the Flow-Through private placement will be used for new exploratory drilling of multiple formations defined by 3D seismic in the deeper multi-zone gas and liquids rich targets of the Company's Chambers-Ferrier area properties, which lie immediately west of the multiple zone producing pools in the Ferrier Field, Alberta. Drilling will preferably take place near current pipeline infrastructure to help reduce cost and facilitate early production. The exploration work conducted will qualify as Canadian Exploration Expense for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), which will then be renounced by the Company to the placees.

Altima to Drill Oil Development Well in Northern Alberta

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2011) - Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH)(FRANKFURT:AKC) announces that it has entered into a Farm-in and Participation Agreement whereby Altima has agreed to participate in the drilling of a 1665 meter (5460 ft.) well on the operators' lands in Northern Alberta.

Altima will pay 33.75% of the costs of drilling through completion to earn a 24.80625% interest in the well and farm-in lands covering an area of 576 hectares, subject to its proportionate share of a 4.7% Gross Overriding Royalty.

The farm-in well will test for oil generally present in the area. The location in the Rainbow Lake area of Northwestern Alberta has new high resolution 3D seismic support, which management expects will enhance the opportunity to encounter better than average production.

Permitting has commenced, and it is anticipated the well will be spud the second week of September.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 13, 2012) - Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH)(PINK SHEETS:ARSLF)(FRANKFURT:AKC) reports it has been notified by the Operator that the COPOL ET AL HZ CHAMBERS 14-15-41-11 W5M well (reference News Release February 1, 2012) was spud on February 12, 2012. The well will evaluate certain formations defined by 3D seismic in the vertical portion of the well prior to drilling the horizontal leg, which is anticipated to be over 1,250 meters in length.

Altima's Chambers project takes advantage of changes to the Alberta Royalty Framework (ARF). The New Gas royalty rate is 5% for the first twelve (12) months of production up to 500 million cubic feet (MMCF). The "Natural Gas Deep Drilling Program" (NGDDP) is also of great benefit to Altima, with offset credits to royalty payments of $625.00/meter drilled for depths of 2,000-3,500 meters. The ARF provides for approximately a $750,000 reduction in royalty for a typical vertical and up to $1.2 Million for a typical horizontal Chambers-Ferrier well (100% interest). This approach facilitates the ability for investors to more quickly recover upfront capital investments.

The Company's mostly contiguous land base at Chambers-Ferrier totals twenty four (24) sections (15,360 gross acres) with an approximate average working interest of 82% in 17 of the 24 sections (100% in 11 sections) and varying interests in seven (7) wells.

Well folks, I feel this is the moment we have all waited and hoped for! Many of us posting here have been holding this little Co. for a fair bit of time.

Many of us know the story and have held for that reason. We all know that Altima is a small Jr. who landed right smack in the middle of the Prolific Foothills region which is one of the best producing regions for Gas & Condinsate around the world.

Many of us also know that Altima is surrounded literally on all sides by some of the biggest oil companies in the world... ConocoPhillips Canada being one of them.
In Altima's Nov.22, 2011 press release, they let it be known that they tied their long awaited 14-6-41-10W5M well commenced production on October 12, 2011 and continued to produce through a restricted choke as well production rates stabilize.

Production for the first 12 days of November averaged 1.05MMcf/d and 41 bpd condensate at the well head. The well is produced through the ConocoPhillips Chambers gas gathering system to the Keyera deep cut plant in
Strachan, Alberta for liquids removal and sales.

This I am sure has sparked Conoco's interest and has definitely gotten their attention! TIme is telling its tale.. ConocoPhillips is back.. now as the Operator of Altima's next well on Chambers!

IMHO this is exactly what we needed.. a MAJOR OIL COMPANY COMING ON BOARD AS THE OPERATOR! CONOCO HAS THE $$$$$! and IMO SOON we will too!

Rick Switzer, President and CEO reported: "Altima has expanded its acreage position to twenty five sections at Chambers-Ferrier with the successful acquisition of six sections at the April 3, 2013 Crown sale. Altima acquired the lands on an equal basis with Whistler Oil and Gas Pty. Ltd.".

The subject sale lands are in-part a direct offset to the the Altima Chambers 14-35-41-11 W5M well which was drilled to a Total Depth (TD) of 3,201m Measured Depth and Rig Released (RR) on February 28, 2013. The 14-35 well is subject to a Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") with Whistler Oil and Gas Pty. Ltd. (reference Altima News Release January 24, 2013). Rick Switzer went on to say: "Altima will now proceed with the fracture stimulation and completion of the 14-35 well. Subject to weather conditions, we anticipate the well will be fracture stimulated within 30 days and tied in for production by the end of Q2 2013."

Altima acquires 10-36 well, 4.36 km gas pipeline

ALTIMA UPDATES OPERATIONS IN CHAMBERS, ALBERTA

Altima Resources Ltd., on July 23, 2013, acquired a 100-per-cent working interest in Section 36, Twp 41, Rge, 11 W5M, the 10-36-41-11 W5M well and an approximate 4.36-kilometre 4.5-inch natural gas pipeline. The subject pipeline ties the 10-36 well to the Baytex Aurora gas gathering system tie-in point at the 04-04-41-11 W5M Baytex compressor station. This line will provide the tie-in point for the Altima 14-35-41-11 W5M well in Chambers, Alta.

Altima has now completed testing of the 14-35 well (refer to news release dated June 17, 2013). The 14-35 well was completed in six sweet liquids-rich gas formations from May to July, 2013. The company will construct an approximate two-kilometre four-inch natural gas pipeline to the tie in at the 10-36 well. Over all, Altima will have 100-per-cent interest in an approximate 6.4-kilometre pipeline, gas gathering and transmission system for the northern portion of its Chambers area property. The company anticipates placing the 14-35 well on production prior to Sept. 1, 2013.

Altima's Calgary office, located at Suite 900 2424 4th St. SW, Calgary, Alta., T2S 2T4, remains closed as a result of the Calgary flooding. Inquiries should now be directed through the Vancouver office. Operations have not been affected by the Calgary office situation.

Richard Switzer, chief executive officer, president and a certified professional geologist, is the qualified person under National Instrument 51-101 responsible for preparing and reviewing the technical data contained in this press release.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 26, 2013) - Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH)(FRANKFURT:AKC)(PINKSHEETS:ARSLF) announces that it has entered into a Participation Agreement with Acumen Energy Partners Inc. ("Acumen"), pursuant to which Acumen has been granted the right to earn a 5% working interest (the "Working Interest") in the Company's 30% working interest in the COPOL ET AL HZ CHAMERS 14-15-41-11 W5M well (the "Well") and the associated Pooled Lands located in the Chambers-Ferrier area of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Alberta (the Well and Pooled Lands hereinafter referred to as the "Property").

In consideration for the Working Interest, Acumen has agreed to advance the Company $1,112,706 (the "Initial Investment"). The Company has received $500,000 from the Initial Investment, with the balance of $612,706 to be provided on "cash call" basis.

To earn its Working Interest in the Property, Acumen has agreed to pay 100% of the funds required to enable Altima to complete and equip the Well and construct the 3,800 metre pipeline and facilities to tie in the Well into the COPOL Compressor Station located at 09-04-41-11 W5M. Upon earning the 5% Working Interest, Acumen will have the right (but not the obligation) to invest additional funds in the Property if required by the Company. Altima will pay Acumen 30% of its net revenue from the Well until Acumen has recovered 100% of its Initial and Additional Investments.

The separator skid is on location today, with electrical and instrumentation work underway. Pressure testing is slated for mid-week, and production start-up scheduled for after Labour Day. Our engineering, construction and supervision personnel have done a tremendous job on this Chambers pipeline and production facilities project. In total, the project has approximately 6.5 km of pipeline infrastructure that will also serve additional offset drilling. Altima is coming along quite nicely IMO
14-15 Horizontal is due online anytime now with +1150m of payzone (3300feet+). Two big wells online for ARH in 2 months. Not to mention the two transfer stations along with 10.2km+ of new pipeline combined that are 100% ARH owned & operated.

Also announced in the last PR is the next two holes being licenced for the Whistler deal. They will drill these holes on Whistlers dime just like the 14-35 and will offset that well and hook up to that wells pipeline and transfer station to further reap the benifits and save bigtime on costs and even more on tax breaks from the royalty agreement.

That will total 4 huge wells in a year looking forward a few months. Soon enough they will have a rig drilling all year round out in Chambers!

What really amazes me of all this is the deals Altima pulled off to have all costs for everything directed to the JV's in play with us.

Altima has been a top performer in the last half of the year and has the ball rolling... I dont see this really slowing down much now as far as drilling and completions goes. Natural gas is on a nice rally as well and timing is looking pretty good for a news release to come around the $4 mark for NG.

Altima Resources Ltd.'s Altima et al. HZ Chambers 14-15-41-11 W5M well, surface location 1-16-41-11 W5M, was placed on production Nov. 1, 2013.

The company commenced construction of the 3.78-kilometre pipeline and facilities for the well on Sept. 25, 2013, through a participation agreement between Acumen Energy Partners Inc. and Altima. The agreement grants Acumen the right to earn a 5-per-cent working interest of the company's 30-per-cent working interest in the Altima et al HZ Chambers 14-15-41-11 W5M well and four sections of the associated pooled lands located in the Chambers-Ferrier area of the Western Canada sedimentary basin, Alberta (refer to news release dated Aug. 26, 2013, for details).

The company (70 per cent) and Acumen (30 per cent) will initially receive 100 per cent of the revenue pursuant to a penalty payout agreement with ConocoPhillips Canada. After payout of the penalty, Altima will retain 25-per-cent working interest in the well and the pooled lands (refer to news release Jan. 24, 2013) and Acumen will hold 5-per-cent working interest.

sehr gut zu wissen, dass eine weitere quelle in produktion genommen wurde. wirklich interessant wird es, wenn die ersten produktionszahlen veroeffentlicht werden. koeente mir gut vorstellen, dass jede produzierende quelle so um die 5 mio pro jahr bringen kann.
