300% growth in uranium resource, to 15.7Mlb, at Yanrey Project in Western Australia – substantial further growth expected

HIGHLIGHTS
- Yanrey Project inferred uranium resource increased 300%, from 4.8 Mlb to 15.7 Mlb.
- Two new uranium resources, Bennet Well East and Bennet Well South, were identified in the drilling completed in late 2012.
- Preliminary economic evaluation has shown that a 250 ppm average grade over at least one metre is potentially economic for in-situ recovery (ISR) type uranium production at the Yanrey Project.

The most significant intervals from the recent drilling include:

o YNMR048 3.5m @ 1810ppm eU3O8
o YNMR077 2.3m @ 1214ppm eU3O8

With maximum grade up to 1.3% eU3O8

- Huge potential to identify further uranium resources at the Yanrey Project with multiple prospects within the large tenement holding.
- Exploration Target for Project currently being up-graded.

Cauldron discovers 3rd large high grade uranium channel at Yanrey

HIGHLIGHTS
- Third high grade Uranium Paleo-channel identified at Bennett Well South prospect, within Yanrey Uranium Project (WA)
- 10-20km channel length by 500m wide with potential for 3-4km of high grade Uranium bearing sediments
- All paleo-channels targeted by current drill program have returned high-grade mineralisation
- Consistent high grade 2.5-3m in thickness (up to 2000ppm metre grade thickness)
- Previous Yanrey announcements include peak results of 10,000ppm and new channel at Bennett Well East and 11m thick uranium intersection at Bennett Well Sout

HIGHLIGHTS
- 5,000m drilling program commenced at the Yanrey Uranium Project in Western Australia
- First hole of program discovers a new shallow mineralised palaeochannel, returning preliminary field results1 of:
- 2.7m @ 1,021 ppm eU3O8 from 40.6m
- Peak result of 2,267 ppm eU3O8
- New channel significantly shallower than main resource area and will provide addition to the Bennett Well resource
- Result underpins the potential of the area, which includes an exploration target2 of:
- 25M - 35M lbs eU3O8 at between 300-900 ppm eU3O8; with
- Numerous palaeochannels identified yet to be drill tested
- Drilling to continue until mid-November, with results presented to the market as they become available
- In tandem with this drilling, Cauldron is accelerating exploration activities at its new base metal discovery in South Australia

Cauldron identifies a large 8km x 10km silver-lead-zinc anomaly at its
Marree project in South Australia;

• Same geological province and similar metal association to the world-
class Broken Hill deposits;

• Extensive nature of mineralisation has not previously been
recognised, with rocks extremely weathered and leached,
predominantly under shallow cover;

• Mineral correlations indicate a classic base metal signature of silver-
lead-zinc-sulphur-gold-arsenic-cadmium-antimony;

• Peak rock-chip results taken from recently identified historical (1920-
1930’s) workings on the less-weathered margins of anomaly include:-

• Company to accelerate exploration including detailed surface
sampling and high resolution geophysics over entire area; and

• Drilling to take place as a matter of priority.
