September 26, 2017, presentation by Almonty's management ( the big picture) will indeed move the stock to a higher trading range, that is what the market is telling us. However; we may have a surprise by this Friday, as the stock may close over $1, given such low overhead resistance of only 46,000 shares offered on Level II, from .69 cents to $1.50 and the lining up of buyers that recognize the potentiality. I must admit, I am feeling very optimistic about the company's future, given the price of Tungsten, the Intrinsic value of the mineral metal deposits, all the fundamentals and the proven leadership behind the Company. Two interesting takes from today's confirmation of DRAG's debenture:

1) DRAG owns an unsecured convertible debenture of Almonty in the principal amount of $6-million, maturing in March, 2019, bearing interest at a rate of 4 per cent per annum and being convertible into common shares at the option of DRAG at a conversion price of $1.45 per share.

2) DRAG has agreed with Almonty to purchase $250,000 (U.S.) of common shares on or before Dec. 31, 2017.

Further to the news release dated Aug. 29, 2017, Almonty Industries Inc. has completed the transaction with Deutsche Rohstoff AG (DRAG) whereby DRAG converted its secured convertible debenture of Almonty in the principal amount of $4-million into 6,646,667 common shares of Almonty at a deemed price of 60 cents per share. In addition, under the conversion, Almonty also issued 1,083,167 common shares at a deemed price of 30.15 cents to DRAG in satisfaction of $326,575 of accrued and unpaid interest owed to DRAG under the debenture. The shares issued to DRAG are subject to a regulatory hold period ending on Jan. 15, 2018.

DRAG early warning disclosure

Under the conversion, DRAG has acquired beneficial ownership of, and control and direction over, 7,729,834 common shares, representing approximately 4.6 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares.

Prior to the conversion, DRAG owned and controlled: (i) the debenture; (ii) 15,253,790 common shares, representing approximately 9.4 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares; and (iii) an unsecured convertible debenture of Almonty in the principal amount of $6-million, maturing in March, 2019, bearing interest at a rate of 4 per cent per annum and being convertible into common shares at the option of DRAG at a conversion price of $1.45 per share.

As a result of its acquisition of the common shares under the conversion, immediately after the conversion, DRAG owns and controls: (i) 22,983,624 common shares, representing approximately 13.6 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares; and (ii) the unsecured debenture.

In the event that the principal amount of the unsecured debenture was converted, DRAG would have ownership and control of an additional 4,137,931 common shares, representing approximately 2.4 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares, and ownership and control over a total of 27,121,555 common shares, representing approximately 15.6 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares postconversion.

DRAG acquired the common shares for investment purposes and has no present intention to acquire further securities of Almonty except as described below, although it may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of Almonty, through the market, privately or otherwise, and as circumstances or market conditions warrant. In connection with the conversion of the debenture, DRAG has agreed with Almonty to purchase $250,000 (U.S.) of common shares on or before Dec. 31, 2017, on the stock exchange on which the common shares are then listed, in one or more off-market transactions, or in a capital increase, subject to an extension of this period by six months from Almonty (such request not to be unreasonably denied) if it is unreasonable to purchase shares, for example, but not exclusively, if the share price is trading above 60 cents per common share, not enough common shares are offered or DRAG is not allowed to buy common shares due to insider trading laws for an extended period.

Just to summarize some of the most important points from the slides and added a few:

- Ground breaking for the largest tungsten deposit mine in the world is set on Sept 26, 2017

- U$85m development financing (ECA covered) is in the final stage targeting loan agreement with European Bank (closure Nov/Dez 2017)

-Upon commissioning of Sangdong, Almonty’s market share outside of China is to reach ~50% ( now that's dominating the tungsten market....)

-China’s increasing self consumption , hardline measures on illegal mines and export ban are likely to provide steam to the rally

-Committed long term offtake with ‘floor price’ by an industry power house (GTP/Plansee Group 19,9% share ownership)

- Almonty currently in operation of 2 profitable production mines

-Lowest Cost producer in the world: Los Santos 116.5 $/mtu, Panasquiera 153$/mtu, Sangdong 105$/mtu est, Valtreixial 126.6$/mtu est





- Largest reserve & resources in the world (69m tons, 7 decades of mine life at 1,0 m tpa)

-Sangdong Highest grade in the world (0,49%): more than twice of the average of Western/Chinese mines

- Mine Infrastructure $200m-300m worth of theoretical investment already exists at Sangdong

-Sangdong Project construction and operation will be orchestrated by experienced management from Panasqueira/Los Santos mines (over 200 years of combined tungsten mining experience)

- High interest of Korean government for Sangdong and stable political situation

- Supply/Demand balance in near-term but expected to tighten over next 5 years

- Extremely high insider ownership with recent frequent insider purchasing (refer to Sedar)

- Lewis Black, CEO, recently injecting 5Mio$ of private captial into the company (refer to recent NR's) and subsequently becoming largest shareholder (36,5 mio shares, 26,1% of outstanding shares; refer to 4-traders.com)

Upon reading the above, its just amazing to see what they have achieved. Looking back all the way from the Woulfe times, we've come so far and can finally see our investment blossom!

Almonty has become "the dominant tungsten producer" of the west.....

Die Wolframpreissteigerung hat für mich neben der chinesischen Exportpolitik als Ursache noch ein politisches Geschmäckle. Bekanntlich wird ja Wolfram vor allem zur Stahlhärtung benötigt. Infolge dessen ist es für militärische Anwendungen extrem wichtig. Ich denke, dass die diversen politischen Unsicherheiten (nicht nur auf der koreanischen Halbinsel) hier einige Leute zum Umdenken und vielleicht auch zum strategischen Lageraufbau motivieren. Vielleicht liegt hier ja auch der wirkliche Grund für die chinesischen Exportrestriktionen (und nicht nur die Umweltpolitik, wie argumentiert (vorgeschoben?) wird.)

Es könnte also sein, dass die an sich unerfreuliche Entwickung der politischen Weltlage hier Almonty in die Karten spielt. Falls die Finanzierung von Sangdong klappt, wird es sehr interessant sein, wer denn die Gelder bereitstellt (private Banken, staatliche Institutionen).
