The Company is planning, with the possible financing, for a greater than six times increase in production capacity through the two acquisitions, with binding letters of intent signed with the sellers, as well as the development and expansion of its Italian battery manufacturing plant (SIA) into a full ‘Advanced Battery Factory’ (ABF)* - the first within the industry.

The above-mentioned financing would result in an increase in the Corporation’s production capacity from 800,000 batteries per year to over 5.0 million batteries per year (6.25 times more) and positions the Company’s 360° Mixing technology for rapid further acceptance throughout the international market.

While the full appraisal report will only be shared with perspective financiers under a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement, the report’s significant results are as noted above - $135.4 million USD at present and $273.7 million USD post financing and acquisitions..

Kevin T. Loman, the Company’s CEO, comments, “management is working diligently to demonstrate what we believe iQ’s intrinsic value is to prospective funding partners. This enterprise valuation is an important tool in that process.”

das was da auf dem anderen ufer gerade abgeht ist komödienstadel pur.
wenn man nicht mehr weiterweis kramt man ( der name ist wohl programm :-) ) in den letzten hundert jahren herum und zaubert alles fein säuberlich auf den tisch. wäre mir echt zuviel gschäft :-) ein anderer mit sehr wenig ahnung aber davon ganz viel macht an den optionen rum setzt sie auf 0 cent und stellt es hin als ob es so wäre. wässerchen bringt hin und wieder mal eine klickstatistik weil das ja soooooo aussagekräftig ist. zahlen zu gehandelten aktien verkneift er sich ja neuerdings weil die gehandelten stückzahlen wohl über seinen horizont gehen offensichtlich. leute euer unterhaltungswert steigt sicher ins unermessliche wenn die finanzierung voll durch ist. ich freu mich schon auf eure kalauer der zukunft. wieder einer kommt und meint mosern zu müssen weil beim placement wohl etwas nicht informiert wurde. tja pech gehabt wenn man nicht dabei war. das war rechtlich alles abgesichert da gw keine pappnasen beschäftigt. wo jene sitzen ist mir seit längerem klar :-) fangt jetzt aber nicht an zu weinen.
was auch auffällt.....wenn der kurs steigt drehen sie offensichtlich durch und texten wie wenns kein abend gäbe :-) ich bin jetzt auch lange genug bei wo und diese spezies mensch gibts bei jeder aktie. zwar komisch ist aber so.

eins haben aber wohl alle geschnallt. ohne finanzierung wird es nix und das weis jeder hier sowie auch drüben. seis drum

Bitte nichts erklären diesen Handlangern ..die müssen gar nicht viel wissen oder auch nur annähernd lernen, ich hab diese Leute seit heute auf ignore, denn es wird eine zweite Welle kommen und da erspare ich mir das beitragslesen, denn wir bekommen technisch und geschäftlich sehr viel zu lesen...die werden sich dann schon ne andere Spielwiese suchen, wenn ich mir deren andere Foren so anschaue..dort hat es ja auch geklappt. Ich schnall es einfach nicht wie blöd man sein kann, es sei denn du äusserst dich nur um zu provozieren 🤔

Weiss und Koch haben sich ganz einfach an dem Private Placement beteiligt, zu den gleichen Bedingungen wie die anderen Zeichner !

Wo ist da Insiderhandel sehr peinlich wie versucht wird IQI auf so eine plumpe Art und Weise zu diskreditieren ...

Das Hammer News zwingend kommen werden wusste das Board und der aufmerksame Leser bereits bei der Neuaufstellung der Company.Wenn man 1 und 1 zusammenzählen kann, ist dies eine logische Abfolge..und Insiderh. ist da gar nichts, da alle Beteiligten schon mit Aktien und teilweise mit Optionsbedingungen bestückt waren.Jetzt wo es langsam losgeht werden die Aktionaersschützer Homie und Konsorten wohl wieder aktiv, weil langsam Neid und vermeintlich zu hohe Kaufkurse das Bild praegen werden😀

Wir wissen ja das IQ eine große Finanzierung von 200 Mio USD plant . Nachzulesen auf der Beechtree Seite .

„Das Management-Team von iQ International hat in Vorbereitung auf eine institutionelle Finanzierung, für die entsprechende Term Sheets eingegangen sind und nun verhandelt werden, eine private Kapitalbeschaffung von einer Gruppe seiner Aktionäre durchgeführt.“

Die 88 Cent mit den Optionen ist eine schöne Sache für den Käufer vor allem weil die Zukunft der IQ geschrieben steht.

Die Anderen oder wir Anderen konnten ja die ganze Zeit billiger über die Börse kaufen.
So gesehen ist das eine nette Arbitrage
Und ob es eine ist wird noch zu beweisen sein.
