Die Spekulation zielt auf ein Comeback des Unternehmens bei einer Renaissance der Edelmetalle ab. Da das Unternehmen scheinbar größere Ländereien in den letzten Wochen aufgekauft hat ist der Wert durchaus interessant.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has acquired an undivided 100-per-cent interest in an additional 10 mineral tenures comprising 760.1 hectares located in Southern British Columbia, referred to as the Fairview Oliver property, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated Feb. 24, 2015, with Turnagain Resources Inc. and 0998601 B.C. Ltd.

In consideration of the 100-per-cent interest in the additional claims, the company issued a total of three million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share. The shares have a hold period through June 24, 2015.

The additional claims are added to the company's Fairview Oliver property, located adjacent to the town of Oliver, B.C. The total land position now totals 1,584.4 hectares. The additional land consolidates the property for exploration and development purposes, and provides potential building sites.

There will be no net smelter return royalty retained by the property vendors.

The Fairview Oliver property contains an inferred mineral resource of 334,000 tonnes averaging 2.9 gram per tonne gold and 17.9 grams per tonne silver based on a cut-off grade of one gram per tonne gold (press release June 24, 2013). The company is planning to undertake a bulk sample test on the deposit and has obtained a permit for that program.

The reader is cautioned that this property is in the exploration stage, and that while a mineral resource is known on the property, there can be no assurance that additional work will result in the advancement of this resource to a mineral reserve.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has purchased four additional mineral titles, covering 81.77 hectares in the Bridge River-Bralorne-Pioneer gold belt of Southern British Columbia, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated March 11, 2015, with Turnagain Resources Ltd. and 0998601 B.C. Ltd. This acquisition brings Hi Ho's total landholdings in this area to 1,227.64 hectares.

In consideration for 100-per-cent interest in the property, with no retained net smelter royalty, the company issued a total two million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share and paid $5,000 cash to the vendors. The securities issued pursuant to the property acquisition are subject to a hold period expiring four months plus one day from the date of issuance, which will expire on July 12, 2015.

The acquisition includes one critical tenure allowing access to historical underground workings.

This claim lies on southeast extension of the Pioneer mine workings, and includes the access portal for the Pacific Eastern prospect (sometimes known as the Pioneer Extension) through which historical exploration and development work was conducted on the Pioneer Extension prospect. The additional mineral claims were acquired to complete the coverage of prospective land that extends six kilometres south along the belt and along the Cadwallader fault structure as far as the Dan Tucker prospect.

Historical exploration work on the claim included an access portal and drifting to an internal vertical shaft (winze) 200 metres in depth. From there, various additional drifts and crosscuts extend over 1,500 metres in total length. Several quartz veins and veinlets with gold values were encountered in the workings, and in cores from the drilling of 36 holes from the underground workings. Historical work is being researched and compiled from available reports and literature to design an exploration approach to the property.

The assembled property package lies to the south of and adjoins the Bralorne and Pioneer mines, currently held by Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. These mines have been in production since 1928, with a cumulative production from the Pioneer and King mines of 5.5 million tons grading 0.5 ounce per ton gold, and from the Pioneer mine 2.5 million tons of 0.54 ounce per ton gold (Church and Jones, 1999). This production was achieved from a vein system extending about three kilometres in length and to a depth of 1,830 metres. The property package acquired by Hi Ho extends an additional six kilometres to the south on the structure.

The reader is cautioned that this property is in the exploration stage, and that no mineral resource or mineral reserves are known on the property. There can be no assurance that additional exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral resource or that if discovered such resource can be economically mined.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. is clarifying the terms of its previously announced (Feb. 6, 2015) non-brokered private placement.

The company intends to raise by way of a non-brokered private placement up to $2-million through the issuance of up to 20 million units at five cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $2-million and up to 12.5 million flow-through shares at a price of eight cents per FT Share. A portion of the placement may include B.C. superflow-through shares.

Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of eight cents for two years from the date of issue. All the securities issuable will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing.

A finder's fee of 10 per cent will be paid to qualified finders.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used in the development of the company's B.C. and Quebec mineral properties for the amount of flow-through funds raised, and for general working capital.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire an undivided 100-per-cent interest in three mineral titles covering 110 hectares in in the Voisey's Bay area of Labrador and an additional 112 hectares at the company's Grasset Dome property in Quebec, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated April 7, 2015.

In consideration for 100-per-cent interest in the properties, with no retained net smelter royalty, the company will issue 4.5 million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to Marcy Kiesman upon closing date of the agreement, which is anticipated to be on or before 30th day of April, 2015. The shares will be subject to a hold period expiring four months plus one day from the date of issuance. There will be finders' fees payable with respect to this transaction.

Labrador nickel target, Voisey's Bay area

The Labrador nickel prospect acquisition includes the Plugger Hill nickel prospect and covers 110 hectares located in the Labrador nickel belt, Newfoundland, Canada. The property is located 30 kilometres south-southeast of the Voisey's Bay mine site of Vale, and approximately three km south-southwest of a land block held by Equitas Resources. The prospect, which contains an outcropping nickel sulphide showing, was previously explored by Inco following the discovery of the Voisey's Bay deposit. It has similar host geology and similar mineralization to Voisey's Bay, as described in a historic report by Lee and Bengert (2004) (registry file No. 774-403).

Exploration for targets at greater depths than previously drilled will be based on deeper-penetrating geophysical techniques than previously available. This was referenced in the Equitas Resources news release of Feb. 3, 2015, as "exploration methods focused on outdated frequency domain airborne electromagnetic surveys over isolated areas and which have very shallow depth penetration capabilities (estimated at 75 metres)." With new geophysical technology and techniques, it is possible to identify zones of mineralization at greater depths.

With reference to the current land position, Lee and Bengert (2004), stated: "The Garland Lake area lies close to the projected suture line between the Nain Archean rocks to the east and the Proterozoic Churchill province rocks to the west. Along the suture line and overlapping it are large igneous intrusions of anorthositic and granitic composition, as well as smaller volumes of troctolite and olivine gabbro. Regardless of matrix composition, the fragments in the breccia are consistently paragneiss and appear to be Tasiuyak gneiss. The occurrence of troctolitic breccias with Tasiuyak gneiss inclusions and disseminated sulphides is a characteristic of the Voisey's Bay deposit."

The sulphide assemblage within the breccia at Garland Lake is dominated by pyrrhotite, with chalcopyrite and pentlandite. The amount of sulphides within the breccia matrix reaches 10 per cent. The nickel grades of the assayed samples reached 0.5 per cent nickel. The granite breccia occasionally contains fragments of massive, inclusion-free troctolite, suggesting that more extensive troctolitic intrusions may lie at depth.

Grasset Dome land addition, Quebec

The Grasset Dome land acquisition adds to the previously held 9,830-hectare land position adjacent to the Grasset Lake nickel discovery of Balmoral Resources Inc. This helps solidify Hi Ho's land position in that nickel belt.

Hi Ho will seek to raise funds to explore both the Labrador nickel prospect and the Grasset Dome nickel target.

In consideration for a 100-per-cent interest in the properties, with no retained net smelter royalty, the company issued 4.5 million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to Marcy Kiesman. The company also issued 600,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to a finder. The shares will be subject to a hold period expiring, four months plus one day from the date of issuance, on Aug. 30, 2015.

Die Aktie notiert bei einem halben Canada Cent. Unglaublich aber wahr.

Die Massen investieren immer noch lieber in Derivate und anderen Müll, als in echte Werte und Unternehmen.

Irgendwann wird das Geld aus dem Derivatemarkt aber in die Realwirtschaft fliessen und dann werden diese kleinen Werte, wie Hio Ho Silver und viele viele mehr anfangen zu steigen.

Platzt die Derivateblase, dann kann das auch ganz fix gehen.

Selbst wenn nur 1 Prozent von der 1 Trillion Deritaveblase in den Minensektor der in Ungnade gefallenen Minenwerte fliesst, dann enstricht dies bei 1000 Billionen USD rund 10 Billionen USD....

Ewig wird man die Derivateblase nicht aufblähen können - und wenn die Derivateblase platzt, dann werden enorme Summen die Realunternehmen überschwemmen.

Solange heisst es wohl warten - aber irgendwann kann das alles ganz plötzlich losgehen. Das gilt nicht nur für Hi Ho sondern auch viele andere kleine Unternehmen.

Weitere Claims gegen Aktien...

So wie es aussieht hat das Unternehmen weitere Claims und Ländereien gegen Ausgabe von Aktien zu je 0.05 CAD$ erworben.

Bin mal gespannt wie lange die knapp 2 Millionen Aktien zu o.oo5 CAD$ noch in Kanada rumliegen werden.

Offenbar gibt es jemanden der mit einer Pleite rechnet. Warum aber sollte jemand Claims gegen Aktien tauschen, wenn zu erwarten wäre, dass das Unternehmen keine Zukunft hat.

Insofern glaube ich nicht an eine Insolvenz in diesem Fall.

Freilich kann ich mich irren. Egal mit entsprechenden Taschengeldbetrag hier long positioniert.

Der gesamte Minensektor liegt im Grunde am Boden - irgendwann wird sich in dem Sektor aber auch das Blatt wenden und dann wird man sehen müssen was Werte wie HI HO dann machen werden...

Fairview Oliver addition

Trout Lake

The Trout Lake property comprises 389.31 hectares near Revelstoke, B.C., covering a silver vein prospect in the prolific Lardeau district in the West Kootenay region of southeastern British Columbia.

Bonanza

The property covers 42.46 hectares of gold, silver, lead and zinc prospects with several tunnels and shafts from which a historical shipment was made in 1925 of 25 tonnes containing 31 grams per tonne gold, 498 grams per tonne silver, 508 kilograms of lead and 1,016 kilograms of zinc (Minfile No. 082ESE170).

Bralorne

The Bralorne property acquisition adds 183.97 hectares of land in this gold-silver belt to Hi Ho's current holdings.

Neue Nutzung der Claims?

Es tut sich was bei Hi Ho Silver...

...allerdings noch nicht im Kurs. Gleichwohl scheint man Material aus einem der Claims auch für den Bau eines LNG Hafens zur Verfügung stellen zu wollen.

Ich hoffe die bauen nicht noch goldene Hafenmauern...

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. is reviewing mineral properties in the Port Alberni area prospective for construction materials to potentially supply the proposed liquefied natural gas export facility to be located near Port Alberni, B.C., Canada.

It was reported by the Times Colonist on Oct. 29, 2013, in a report entitled, "Port Alberni perfect for LNG plant: Premier." The following is extracted from the article:

"Clark said there's been significant international interest in a Port Alberni LNG facility, which could be a huge job generator for the community [...] The Port Alberni Harbour Authority has secured 750 hectares of land for port growth. It is proposing two projects -- a large container deep-sea trans-shipment facility and an LNG export plant."

Dennis H. McKnight, president and chief executive officer of Hi Ho, said: "The proposed LNG projects in British Columbia offer us an opportunity to participate in providing the required construction materials to build the projects and related infrastructure that will be required to support the LNG projects. We have focused on the Port Alberni LNG project area since it provides for the unencumbered westernmost Canadian sea access. The Port Alberni Port Authority has shown its approval for this type of large-scale LNG project by offering an area for the proposed LNG export facility."

Mr. McKnight also stated: "I personally called the port authority, and they have confirmed that the land is set aside. Two other LNG export projects that have garnered media attention are priced in the range of $30-billion to $40-billion as announced by the Petronas LNG consortium and the Shell LNG consortium."

LNG is abundant, naturally occurring, safe and reliable, and has been distributed to customers in British Columbia via pipelines for over 50 years. It is odourless, colourless, non-toxic and non-corrosive, and evaporates upon contact with air. The Canadian federal government is supportive of the export of LNG as it has issued one export licence to the Shell LNG consortium in Kitimat, B.C. The B.C. provincial government is also supportive of LNG export facilities as evidenced by a news story by CBC News on July 25, 2015, entitled, "Michael de Jong heads to Malaysia to try and close LNG deal."

Aktie immer noch am Boden zerstört...

...trotz guter Nachrichten scheint der Unbekannte Verkäufer immer noch nicht seine Stücke alle abgeladen zu haben.

Sobald diese vom Markt aufgenommen wurden, sollte die Aktie anfangen sich zu erholen. Ob und wann das sein wird, lässt sich derzeit nicht vorhersagen.

Solange heisst es hier den Alleinunterhalter zu spielen...

Hi Ho also owns 100-per-cent interest in ground lying only a few kilometres from the major Grassett nickel discovery currently undergoing intense drilling to depth by Balmoral Resources. Balmoral today announced that continuing expansion drilling has successfully extended the vertical depth of the core of the H3 nickel-copper-platinum-group-element zone by over 30 per cent.

Both the Labrador and the Grassett Lake exploration project areas held by Hi Ho are in good standing until 2016 or 2017, allowing Hi Ho time to consider its exploration options.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has acquired additional land in the Labrador nickel belt of Canada consisting of two claim blocks near and adjacent to the Garland project of Equitas Resources Corp. (EQT). This area lies approximately 30 kilometres south of the Voisey's Bay nickel mine.

One new set of claims is adjacent to EQT and approximately three kilometres northwest from published geophysical anomaly D of EQT.

The second new set of claims covers a showing with historic nickel values as reported by T. J. Beesley, PEng, in 1995 for Cartaway Resources Inc. in report number LAB 1218, page 43 of 135, filed with the Newfoundland department of natural resources. The historic results are reported.

"A gossanous patch in leucogabbro 0.3 diameter was sampled (277) in claim block FP-C and contained 1,180 parts per million copper, 1,361 ppm nickel and 526 ppm cobalt. This gossan was in the vicinity of a two-metre-wide by 20-metre-long disseminated sulphide zone (pyrite, pyrrhotite, trace chalcopyrite). A sample (278) from this zone contained 326 ppm Cu, 377 ppm Ni and 151 ppm Co."

The location of samples 277 and 278 above isapproximately six kilometres northwest of Hi Ho's 100-per-cent-owned Plugger Hill nickel occurrence (see Hi Ho press release April 8, 2015), which is 2.5 kilometres south of the EQT Garland project. In consideration for 100-per-cent interest in the properties, with no retained net smelter royalty, the company will issue three million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to 0998601 B.C. Ltd. upon closing date of the agreement, which is anticipated to be on or before Sept. 30, 2015. The shares will be subject to a hold period expiring four months plus one day from the date of issuance.

Hi Ho's land on this site consists of one claim block south of the Garland project of Equitas Resources Corp. This area lies approximately 30 kilometres south of the Voisey's Bay nickel mine.

This historical photo illustrates the rusty outcroppings on the flank of the major topographic feature, designated Plugger Hill. This is the location of Hi Ho's 100-per-cent-owned Plugger Hill nickel occurrence (see Hi Ho press release of April 8, 2015), which is 2.5 kilometres south of the Equitas Resources' Garland project. The photo will be posted on the company's website.

The Plugger Hill geology was described by Makela (1962) in Inco's assessment filings on the target as filed with the Department of Mines and Energy of the government of Newfoundland and Labrador as follows: "Reconnaissance mapping by ITSL in 2000 defined a large area of inclusion-bearing granites and granitic breccias in the Garland Lake area. The more-than-20-square-kilometre footprint of this event has a general northwest-southeast orientation. Within this footprint at Plugger Hill is a zone of mafic intrusive breccia lying mostly below but locally interfingered with the granitic breccia. Ferro-gabbro to olivine gabbro to locally augite troctolite is present in a 60-metre-thick exposure of subhorizontally stacked intervals of inclusion-packed and inclusion-free horizons. Breccia fragments consist of sulphidic paragneiss, anorthosite, quartzofeldspathic gneiss and gabbro. High-temperature assimilation of the inclusions is evident. Sulphides consisting of Po-Py-Cp are weakly disseminated throughout. This environment is analogous in many respects to VBIC basal breccia sequence or variably textured troctolite developed at the junction of a feeder conduit with the Eastern Deeps chamber environment."

Recent staking activity has accelerated in the Labrador nickel belt based on renewed interest in nickel exploration in this prominent nickel production area. Strike Diamond Corp. has acquired a land position on the east flank of Equitas's Garland project, where Hi Ho's most recent acquisition is also located. A number of other land positions have been staked with the ownership still being established.

More deeply penetrating geophysical surveys that are now available may allow detection of potential deep sulphide masses developed below the complex surface geology described herein.

One tract lies west of Hi Ho's previously discussed Plugger Hill claim group (see press release Sept. 21, 2015), south of the Garland project of Equitas Resources Corp. (EQT) and south of the newly expanded land block of Equitas on the west flank of their previous land holding as illustrated in the Equitas press release of Sept. 23, 2015.

This newly acquired tract encompasses an anomalous nickel sample numbered 290 (2,988 parts per million copper, 530 ppm nickel, 80 ppm cobalt) obtained by Cartaway Resources in previous exploration for nickel in the area, as referenced on a map and on page 37 in the archived assessment documents located on the website of the Newfoundland/Labrador Department of Natural Resources.

More deeply penetrating geophysical surveys that are now available may allow detection of potential deep sulphide masses developed below the complex surface geology described in the assessment reports (page 13) which reads as follows: "The presence of rafted fragments of sulphide-bearing, graphitic gneiss in a Nain Plutonic Suite gabbro sill intruding pink quartzofeldspathic gneisses is reminsiscent of the description of the Basal Breccia Sequence at the Eastern Deeps at the Voisey's Bay deposit 35 km to the north of claim blocs FP-C Q and R.

"The presence of zones of disseminated sulphides carrying elevated metal values (sample 277 -- 1,180 ppm copper, 1,361 ppm nickel and 526 ppm cobalt) in flat-lying to shallowly dipping gabbro sills in a Nain Plutonic Suite mafic intrusive sequence is reminiscent of the targets in the Donner property (Teck joint venture) 35 km to the south of claim blocks FP-C, Q and R."

Ja leider,

denn irgendwer versucht hier den Daumen drauf zu halten. Ich gehe davon aus, dass wenn der Block weggeräumt wird, dass die Aktie dann auch sehr schnell steigen kann.

Ich will noch nicht einmal ausschliessen, dass sich dahinter der Versuch verbirgt, den Kurs künstlich untern zu halten. Irgendwann sollte dieser Block aber verschwinden, durch was oder wen auch immer egalisiert werden.

Sollte diese Order auf der Ask Seite verschwinden, dann hat jemand versucht den Kurs über längere Zeit unten zu halten.

Für diesen unbekannten Marketmaker gibt es zwei Risiken:

1. Jemand kauf die grosse Order bei 0.01 CAD$ weg und damit nimmt die Preisdrückung ein Ende - oder

2. Er zieht sie aus eben demselben Grund zurück, sobald er sich günstigst eingedeckt hat.

Im Fall 1 reibt er sich die Nase, wenn der Kurs anschliessend anspringen sollte. Im Fall 2 macht er bei einem späteren Kursanstieg einen Riesenreibach.

Variante 3 - der unbekannte Verkäufer will sich wirklich verabschieden aus welchen Gründen auch immer und die Order wird vom Markt abgearbeitet bis der Angebotsdruck wegfällt. In dem Fall wäre dann mit zeitlicher Latenz später ein Anstieg zu diskutieren. Es könnte sich in Variante 3 also noch auf unbestimmte Zeit hinziehen.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. is encouraged in its nickel exploration efforts by the excellent initial metallurgical results obtained by Balmoral Resources Inc. on its Grasset nickel property in northwestern Quebec, Canada.

The high level of recovery of the nickel and copper and palladium, and the good grade of the concentrates obtained in initial metallurgical work, suggest a relatively straightforward milling procedure. It appears that the tailings materials are not acid generating, simplifying tailings disposal procedures.

Hi Ho holds a land position lying two kilometres to the north of the Balmoral discovery, and is planning its exploration program for the upcoming season.

Although the Hi Ho property is located on well-drained higher terrain in the region, overall access is facilitated in winter conditions when the surrounding swampy terrain is frozen.

Historical drilling on the Hi Ho land position

The company intersected two bands of favourable ultramafic rock interlayered with volcanics as reported in Quebec assessment report filings. A geophysical program will be necessary to evaluate the potential for nickel sulphide deposits within this terrane.

Noch ist der Markt nicht bereit die interessanten neuen Entwicklungen mit Preisaufschlägen zu honorieren. Insofern heisst es weiter warten und Tee trinken. Interessantes Projekt ist das Voisey Bay Projekt aber offenbar schon.

The comments in this article are equally valid today as when written and provide a background for understanding of the current exploration plays, including that of Hi Ho Silver Resources, developing in the Garland Lake area, southeast of the Voisey's Bay mine.

"The Voisey's Bay deposit was discovered in 1994, when drilling was completed at a site originally pinpointed in 1993 during an exploration program for diamonds. Voisey's Bay is a world-class nickel deposit, but it is not the largest or richest example of its type; based on its contained nickel metal, it is probably the seventh-largest in the world. However, it is probably the only place in today's world where high-grade nickel sulphide ores are known to sit close to deepwater access. There are three main nickel zones (or subdeposits) at Voisey's Bay, but one of these (the Ovoid) contains almost half the total metals. Due to its near-surface location, the Ovoid represents an even larger proportion of the total value of the find.

"Large, high-grade nickel deposits are rare, because they are difficult exploration targets. The large exploration expenditures in Labrador in the post-Voisey's Bay years have still only scratched the surface of a remote and poorly explored region. Potential for further discoveries remains in the immediate Voisey's Bay area, but intense exploration coverage there indicates that these will likely be deep targets. Considerable potential for nickel deposits exists elsewhere in Labrador, but further discoveries can only come from sustained and systematic exploration programs, coupled with regional mapping. These samples suggest potential for exploration for bedrock gold beneath the boulder train in this area, particularly when there are no known surface gold systems known in this area on the east side of Cadawalder Creek. The historical Bralorne, Pioneer and Pioneer Extension vein systems occur on the west side of the creek. Access to Hi Ho's Pacific Eastern vein system on the west side of the creek was obtained by sinking a shaft east of the creek, passing under the creek to reach the vein on the west side during historical exploration on the southern extension of the productive Bralorne and Pioneer vein systems to the north.

In consideration for 100-per-cent interest in the properties, with no retained net smelter royalty, the company issued 15 million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to the vendors (three million shares for the Labrador 2 property, eight million shares for the Labrador 3 property and four million shares for the Labrador 4 property). The shares will be subject to a hold period expiring four months plus one day from the date of issuance on Feb. 29, 2015.

Additionally, the issuer is withdrawing the non-brokered private placement financing announced via news release dated Feb. 6, 2015 (clarified by news release April 2, 2015), for both flow-through shares and non-flow-through units.

Ein paar Überlegungen was da für Optionen existieren in der Zukunft:

Das Bralone und Fairview Projekt scheinen ausgesprochen interessant zu sein - auch im Hinblick auf die Gold und Silbergehalte So heisst zum Fairviewprojekt auf der Homepage unter anderem:

"The Property contains an Inferred Mineral Resource of 32,000 ounces of gold and 192,000 ounces of silver in a 334,000 tonne zone averaging 2.9 g/t gold and 17.9 g/t silver at a cutoff of 1g/t gold. Within this resource is a core zone of 51,000 tonnes grading 11g/t gold and 38 g/t silver. This higher grade zone is delineated by higher intensity drilling over 150 m of strike and extending 70 m from surface."

Das heisst allein mit Blick auf diese 51000 Tonnen liegt da rund eine halbe Tonne Gold im Boden. Bei 35000 Dollar das Kilo wäre der Marktwert des Goldes aktuell bei rund 20 Millionen schätzungsweise anzusiedeln.

Silber und andere Metalle nicht eingerechnet.

Also eigentlich brauchen die nur eine Anlage um das Gold da rauszuholen. Vielleicht kann man auch mit grossen Minen kooperieren. Wird auf jedenfall interessant sein, zu sehen, was man aus diesen Liegenschaften macht und wie diese entwickelt werden.

Die Aktie von Hi Ho Silver macht zur Zeit keine Anstalten aus den tiefsten Tiefen des Kellers mal wieder aufzusteigen.

On´s zum Jahresende was wird?

Ist schon irre - für manche Techbuden ohne Substanz werden bis zu 1 Milliarde Dollar hingeblättert und für vielversprechende Liegenschaften mit Gold, Nickel usw. so gut wie gar nichts.

Auch das ist Börse.

Habe gerade eine Email an Dennis Mc Knight geschrieben und um Infos für den Grund des Trading Halts gebeten.

Dies ist nun die dritte Aktie die ich habe, die nicht gehandelt werden kann.

Es gab mal eine Phase, da hatte ich ein Händchen für Aktien die übernommen wurden.

Vielleicht kommt ja mal was in diese Richtung. Denn im Derivatemarkt liegen ja digitale Nullen en masse herum. Am Ende wird diese Heisse Luft aus dem Derivatemarkt froh sein, echte Assets zu erwerben.

Mal sehen - hoffe natürlich, dass es keine schlechten News gibt - jetzt wo Gold und Silber anfangen anzuspringen.

Bei den steigenden Edelmetallpreisen, wäre es sicherlich gut, wenn die Aktie wieder zum Handel kommen würde.

Besser als der Zertifikatemüll der Finanzindustrie ist so ein Unternehmen alle mal.

Der Markt wartet auf den Geschäftsbericht - dieser muss von einem autorisierten Prüfer abgesegnet werden und der scheint wohl etwas teuer zu sein.

Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass dies in Anbetracht der intrinsischen Vermögenswerte ein lösbares Problem ist. Ein Comeback wäre klasse - für den Anfang würden mir ja schon Kursanstiege auf 20-30 Cent je Aktie schon mal reichen, weil damit die Aktie wieder zum Leben erweckt würde. Später kann sie dann von mir aus auch auf Kurse steigen, die aller Ehren wert sind. Aber dazu müsste sie erst einmal handelbar sein.

Das paradoxe daran ist, dass die Leute Unsummen im Zertifikatedreck der Finanzindustrie versenken und echte Werte scheinbar nicht zu schätzen wissen. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass dies sich im Laufe der Zeit zu Gunsten der zerbombten Minenwerte deutlich ändern wird. Denn Derivate haben gar keinen Wert - sondern sind nur mathematische Kapitalvernichtungsmaschinen.

Also heisst es hier einfach nur warten, während Faktorzertifikate und andere Derivatemüll wertlos werden. Irgendwann kommt der Shift aus dem Derivatemarkt hin zu echten Werten.

Dann werden auch Werte wie Hi Ho Silver ihr Comeback feiern, so Gott will...

Neuer Auditor

Wenn ich bei Sedar die neuen News richtig lese hat man den Auditor bei Hi Ho Silver gewechselt.

Vermutlich hat man deshalb noch keine Jahresendreport für 2015 bislang.

Eigentlich sollte der Jahresendreport ja schon fertig sein. Aber wahrscheinlich wird er dann mit zeitlicher Latenz doch noch kommen.

Mal sehen, ob die Aktie nach einem Ende des Trading Halts mit den anderen Minenwerten endlich mal anfängt zu steigen. An der Zeit wäre es ja mal.

Gold und Silber Bullenmarkt...

Die Aktie ist immer noch im trading halt. Hoffentlich wird die Aktie wieder mal zum Handel eingesetzt, denn angesichts des aufkommenden Bullenmarktes sollte auch eine Hi Ho Silver davon profitieren.

Die Minenwerte gehen durch die Decke...

...und die Aktie wurde kurz vor dem Start der Minenhausse vom Handel ausgesetzt. Das ist schon mehr als ärgerlich.

Gleichwohl - sollte die Aktie noch einmal wieder in den Handel kommen, so dürfte sie einiges an "Nachholbedarf" haben - angesichts der Kursvervielfachungen ähnlicher Unternehmen in den letzten Monaten.

Auch eine Klondyke Gold (KGC.V) wurde kurz vor Start der Minenhausse vom Handel ausgesetzt - auch dort warten 10000 Einheiten auf eine Wiederaufnahme des Handels. Es muss doch bei der Minenhausse möglich sein, die Unternehmen mit der nötigen Liquidität auszustatten - in Anbetracht der vorhandenen Assets...

Interessante Entwicklung....

Bei Hi Ho Silver sind die Quartalsberichte und die Reportings, die lange Zeit ausstanden, auf Sedar veröffnetlicht worden. Ein Hinweis auf neue Lebenszeichen.

Bei Klondyke Gold hat es offenbar während des Tradinghalts sogar eine Kapitalerhöhung, deutlich über dem Schlusskurs vor dem Trading Halt gegeben. Dort scheint man offenbar nun auch interessante Drillings inzwischen gemacht zu haben. Ebenfalls auf Sedar nach zu lesen.

Man darf gespannt sein, ob die beiden Aktien ein Comeback hinlegen. Die Veröffentlichung der Quartalsberichte dürfte eine Voraussetzung für eine Wiederaufnahme des Handels sein.

Die Rally bei den Minenwerten haben - auf Grund des Trading Halts - beide Aktien noch nicht nachzeichnen können.

Den Totalverlust vor Augen, könnte es nun doch unter Umständen doch noch ein Happy End geben. Da die Aktien im Trading Halt sind, kann man derzeit aber eh nichts machen.

Beides Risikopapiere - die aber ihrem Risiko entsprechend ebenso überproportional ansteigen können, wenn der Turnaround gelingt.

Korrektur - Hinweis:

Die AKtie von Klondyke Gold ist wie ich gerade sehe nicht vom Handel ausgesetzt. Hab es mit KGC.V verwechselt - mit Kestrel Gold, die vom Handel seit Januar ausgesetzt ist.

Bei Kestrel Gold gibt es keine neuen Updates auf Sedar seit letztem Jahr. Bei Hi Ho Silver allerdings eine ganze Reihe von neuen Dokumenten unter Sedar, die es sich lohnt durch zu blättern...

Hi Ho Silver - das Comeback...

Wie ich gerade sehe ist der Handel in der Aktie wieder aufgenommen worden - und zwar offenbar bereits gestern. Die Aktie startete wohl bereits gestern und stieg auf 15 Cent je Anteilsschein.

Allerdings hat man wohl wie ich beim überfliegen der News gerade gesehen habe auch einen rollback im Verhältnis 25:1 vorgenommen Das bedeutet dass nach alten Kursen die Aktie bei rund 0.005 Cent notiert. Die Aktien gegen Equity Deals wurden nach der neuen Massgabe der 25 Rollback dann umgerechnet zu 1.25 CAD$ durchgeführt. Die Zahl der umlaufenden Aktien verringert sich dadurch auf unter 7 Millionen Aktien wenn ich das richtig sehe.

Gelingt die Rekapitalisierung, dann sollte auch einer besseren Zukunft nichts im Wege stehen. Im Minensektor hat die Aktie klar Nachholbedarf - denn die Hausse der Minenwerte ist hier durch den Tradinghalt nicht nachvollzogen worden.

REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDERS AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has provided the following updates. The cease trade orders issued against the company by the securities commissions of British Columbia and Ontario have been fully revoked, and the Canadian Securities Exchange has reinstated trading in Hi Ho's shares.

Hi Ho also intends to proceed with a share consolidation on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 25 common shares currently held by the company's shareholders. The consolidation was approved by Hi Ho's shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on July 22, 2015. There is no plan to change the company's name or trading symbol. Management believes that the consolidation is required in order to provide for further equity financing to meet the company's current working capital requirements and to attract new equity investment in the company. Die Zahl der Aktien sinkt demnach auf 6.797 Millionen Aktien. Durch das Private Placement dürften - undiluted - dann rund auf 27 Millionen Aktien steigen - wobei wohl rund 1/3 davon als flow through shares wohl - ebenso mit Blick auf die üblichen Sperrfristen - nicht dem Markt zugeführt werden dürften. Die 20 Millionen Aktien aus dem Private Placement dürften in der Summe eh vermutlich erst 4 Monate nach dem Private Placement - und davon vermutlich nur die Hälfte der Aktien am Markt platziert werden können - der Rest vermutlich erst mit Billigung der Börsenaufsicht...

Da müsste man mal die Details beim Management erfragen. Auf jedenfall sind das ganz neue Ausgangslagen...

Wichtig aus meiner Sicht ist, dass der Handel wieder aufgenommen wurde. Denn die Wiederaufnahme des Handels ist Voraussetzung für ein Comeback.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has signed a sales agency agreement with Fast Road Build Inc. and Leber Acquisitions Holdings Inc., whereby Hi Ho will act as a selling agent to provide, as an independent contractor, the services of marketing, promoting and selling products for Fast Road Build.

Fast Road Build's organic liquid soil stabilizer enables the construction of roads using materials in place, including soil, organic matter, gravel or any existing substrate, by the binding action to produce a hard-surface road base. Application is fast, durable and economic, enabling road construction to proceed rapidly utilizing existing materials on the road site. The end product is durable and will withstand heavy-duty road use immediately after construction.

A demonstration road of 100 kilometres in length has been constructed using this process in the vicinity of Magog in southeastern Quebec, Canada.

The term of the sales agency agreement is three years and may be renewed for an additional three-year term by mutual agreement of the parties. Hi Ho will be entitled to receive a service fee for every signed sale contract it secures for Fast Road Build, which has been approved by Fast Road Build. The service fee will be in the form of commission paid on all non-refundable payment received by Fast Road Build from a customer secured by Hi Ho as selling agent. The commission is equal to 25 per cent of the difference between the base price per tote for the product and the final purchase price for the tote sold to a customer (exclusive of all taxes, such as duties and shipping costs). Hi Ho's current territory as sales agent is Quebec, but there may be opportunity to expand the territory in future.

Nachdem das Unternehmen zu Anfang offenbar erfolgreich sein Working Capital offenbar durch ein Privateplacement verbessern konnte scheint man im zweiten Schritt ein Lithiumprojekt erworben zu haben.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has signed an option agreement with Fayz Yacoub and Ramy Yacoub whereby Hi Ho has been granted the exclusive option to earn an undivided 100-per-cent interest in two lithium prospects located in western Quebec, approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Val d'Or. Under the terms of the option agreement, Hi Ho can earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Canadian Lithium and Augustus prospects by doing the following in stages over three years: (i) making cash payments totalling $200,000, of which $20,000 has been paid to the optionors and an additional $20,000 is payable 60 days following the effective date of the agreement; (ii) issuing a total of two million common shares to the optionors, of which 500,000 shares will be issued within 15 days of the effective date; and (iii) incurring a total $1.5-million in exploration expenditures over a three-year period. In addition to the two million shares, Hi Ho would issue an additional one million shares upon a calculation of proven economic reserves.

Once the company has made all cash payments, issued all the common shares and incurred all the expenditures on the Canadian Lithium and Augustus property to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the property, the optionors will reserve a 2-per-cent royalty in the net smelter returns on all metals produced from the property. Hi Ho will have the right to purchase 50 per cent of the net smelter return royalty, equal to 1 per cent of the net smelter return royalty, for $1-million in cash.

The property consists of two non-contiguous claim groups covering a total of 637.35 hectares. The first group consists of 10 contiguous claims hosting the Augustus lithium prospect and the second group consists of six contiguous claims hosting the Canadian Lithium prospect. The agreement provides for an area of mutual interest within two kilometres of the existing exterior boundaries of the Canadian Lithium and Augustus property.

It is expected that Hi Ho's exploration program in the first year will consist of two phases. The first phase will include geological mapping, geophysical surveys over the known lithium occurrences, as well as overburden stripping and channel sampling of new showings. Depending on the results of phase one, the company expects to conduct drilling to confirm historical results and to determine lithium grade and tonnage for both the Canadian Lithium and Augustus target areas.

Scheint so als ob sich ein Kapitalgeber gefunden hat, der bereit ist 10 Cent je Aktie zu zahlen. Die Optionen zu 30 Cent dürften der Aktie Luft zum atmen lassen und somit einer Verbesserung des Kursniveaus nicht im Wege stehen.

Wichtig wären auch Fortschritte bei den Projekten. Im Falle einer Hyperinflation dürften wohl auch Mondpreise möglich sein. Ein solches Szenario will ich nicht mehr ausschliessen, vor allem wenn Trump Helikoptergeld ausgeben sollte.

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has entered an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Norbeau gold property, Chibougamau region, northwestern Quebec, Canada.

Dennis H. McKnight, chairman and chief executive officer, commented: "The formerly productive mine, developed on several levels extending to 400 metres depth, contains substantial broken muck within the upper two levels, potentially ready to ship to a nearby custom milling facility upon dewatering and equipping the shaft with hoisting capability."

The mine has a history of gold production, as well as substantial potential material yet to be mined from several undeveloped levels. From 1965 to 1969, the Norbeau mine produced 419,029 tonnes grading 13.77 grams per tonne (0.38 ounce per ton) from eight levels spaced 150 feet apart, yielding a total of 5,101 kilograms of gold and 632 kilograms of silver. The mine shaft was sunk to just below the undeveloped 9th and 10th levels. The host rocks are a gabbro sill and diorite, with five orogenic auriferous quartz veins associated with shear zones and fault structures discovered and mined.

Exploration potential for the property is believed to be substantial. A site visit to the property has been completed by a company representative and qualified person. There are no established reserves or resources on the property, and the company will require exploration and development work to establish any resource or reserve. There can be no assurance that any resource can be established, or if established that such will be economically recoverable.

The option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property includes payment of $25,000 on the effective date and $25,000 to be paid one month after the effective date. An additional $50,000 is payable on the first anniversary, and an additional $60,000 to be paid on each of the second and third anniversary dates. Payment of 500,000 shares is due 15 days from the effective date, and 500,000 shares on each of the first, second and third anniversary dates, plus a payment of one million shares upon establishing a proven economic reserve. A 2-per-cent net smelter royalty is retained by the vendor, subject to purchase at any time of 1 per cent for $1-million. The option also includes expenditures on the property of $200,000 by the first anniversary date, $300,000 by the second anniversary date and $1-million by the third anniversary date.

Wird 2018 ein besseres Jahr für Hi Ho Silver?

Leider ist die Aktie in Deutschland nicht mehr über die deutschen Broker handelbar - nur noch über ausländische Broker.

Da ich aber keine Aktien verkaufe - erst recht nicht, nach dem Dennis Mc Knight seinen Posten als CEO räumen muste, was ich begrüße, würde ich gerne ein paar Aktien mal wieder kaufen.

Kennt jemand einen deutschsprachigen Broker mit dem man Orders in Deutschland oder Kanada erteilen kann?

Bin dankbar für jeden Hinweis, zumal ich auch noch andere kanadische Aktien bestize und diese Bundesregierung scheinbar alles daran setzt, den Anlegern die Flucht aus dem Euro zu erschweren und in kanadische Sachwerte zu investieren. Angeblich soll man aus Anlegerschutzgründen den HAndel in Deutschland für KLeinanleger unmöglich gemacht haben. Wahrscheinlicher ist aber, dass die Hochfinanz sich in den gesamten Sektor einkaufen will - ohne dass der Michel das kann. Erst wenn die Dinger sich verzwanzig oder vervierzigfacht haben, wird man wohl den Handel wieder für Privatanleger erlauben.

So oder so ähnlich stelle ich mir das staatlich organisierte Betrugswesen am Souverän vor. Freiheit der Märkte gibt es nicht mehr - dafür staatliche Bevormundung unter dem Vorwand abstrusester Begründungen. Was hat der Staatsapparat eigentlich getan als die Kurse der Minenwerte nach unten manipuliert wurden? Nichts. Und jetzt wo die Dinger alle am Boden sind, kann man nur noch verkaufen aber nicht kaufen.

Am besten schafft man die aktuelle Regierung ab und ersetzt sie durch eine komplett neue.

Diese ganze Ver******ung der Massen geht mir inzwischen sowas gegen den Strich das man nur noch brechen kann - und zwar mit allem, was diese Politiker hier im Land veranstalten.

Ich will meine Freiheit zurück - und zwar nicht nur die Meinungsfreiheit, sondern in allen Bereichen - einschliesslich der Aktienhandels. Wann endet diese staatliche Bevormundung erwachsener Bürger durch drittklassige Politiker, die früher vermutlich noch bei ihren Mitschülern abgeschrieben haben..

Heute Kauf 10000 Aktien zu 0.026 Euro über Lang und Schwarz (umgerechnet ca. 0.04 CAD-Dollar)

Charttechnisch wird das ganze jetzt interessant.

Arbeitshypothese - Ausbildung einer mehrjährigen inversen SKS Formation.

Demnach befinden wir uns im Kopf einer umgekehrte Schulter-Kopf-Schulterformation

Nackenlinie bei 0.15 CAD-Dollar - der Bruch derselben dürfte dann zu einem fulminaten Kursvervielfachung führen.

Der Bruch der 2-4 Trendlinie in 2016 ist klassisch und deutet auf ein Ende des langjährigen Siechtums bei der Aktie hin. Eigentlich sollte dem 2-4 Trendlinienbruch nun in Zukunft ein 0-2 Trendlinienbruch (aktuell bei 0.065 CAD-Dollar) folgen. Dadurch entsteht ein Investmentkaufsignal erster Güte.

Ziel 1 wäre zunächst die 0.15 CAD-Dollarmarke - geht es direkt darüber ohne Korrektur, dann wird es ein white marabouzo Upcandle der Superlative geben. Prallt der Kurs bei 0.15 CAD Dollar noch mal ab, dann wird es wohl noch eine zweite umgekehrte Schulter geben ehe die Aktie dann im nächsten Zyklus up durch die Decke geht und sich vervielfacht.




Die Arbeitshypothese eines komplexen Bodens ist bestätigt, wenn der Kurs in Richtung 0.15 CAD-Dollar steigt und dabei dynamisch die 0-2 Trendlinie bricht.

Achtung - Verletzung des langfristigen Abwärtstrendes...

Am Freitag kam es bei der Aktie offenbar zu einem direkten Anstieg auf 0.08 CAD je Aktie, wobei das Angebotsgerüst inzwischen offenbar wegzubrechen scheint denn andernfalls wäre der Anstieg nicht so ohne weiteres möglich gewesen.

Wenn aber einem wegbrechenden Angebot entsprechend eine steigende Nachfrage gegenüber steht, dann sollte dies mittel- und langfristig zu einem Anstieg der Kurse führen.

Da der Jahrelange Abwärtstrend verletzt wurde und damit die 0-2 Abwärtstrendlinie der letzten Jahre egalisiert wurde liegt bis zum Beweis der Gegenteils ein Long Set Up vor.

Invertierter Hammer auf Wochenbasis - und ggf. auf Monatsbasis weist auf eine anstehende aufwärtsgerichtete Zyklusdynamik hin.

Verwertbare Shortsignale gibt es hingegen nicht.

Ausgesprochen interessante Entwicklung.

Sieht so aus, als ob es nichts ernstes war, sondern eine Formalie der Börsenaufsicht wohl vorsieht, dass das Unternehmen einen Technischen Bericht für das Fairview Projekt vorlegen muss.

Demnach will das Unternehmen den technischen Bericht zum Fairview Projekt noch erstellen und damit den Forderungen der Börsenaufsicht nachkommen.

Bin mal gespannt, was in dem technical report zum Fairviewprojekt drin stehen wird. Damit wird dann einiges konkreter und transparenter.

Gefällt mir - das man da mal das Management extern fordert, Butter bei die Fische zu tun und für mehr Transparenz zu sorgen. Könnte sich am Ende sogar positiv auf den Aktienkurs auswirken.

Mal sehen - wird vermutlich einige Wochen dauern bis so ein Bericht von Fachkreisen fertig gestellt wurde.

So wie es aussieht hat Hi Ho Silver die Anforderungen der Börsenaufsicht erfüllt und wird seit letzter Woche wieder gehandelt. Der Markt reagierte mit einem gap up, was eine positive Grundstimmung signalisiert.

Hi Ho Resources - das nächste Jahrzehnt wird bestimmt besser...

Das Unternehmen blickt auf ein schwieriges Jahrzehnt zurück, nachdem das alte Management es nicht geschafft hatte hier was auf die Beine zu stellen.

Im letzten Drittel des sich zu Ende neigenden Jahrzehnts hat so denn ein kompletter Austauch des Managements gegeben und das Unternehmen bekam so hat es zumindest den Anschein ein komplett neues Fundament.

Das Minensterben in der ersten Hälfte der sich zu Ende neigenden Dekade hat Hi Ho Silver Resources so denn doch noch überstanden - nur der Kurs der Aktie kam seit 2015 nicht mehr so recht vom Fleck.

Das Hoch bei 3 CAD scheint unendlich weit weg. Gleichwohl ist aus der Sicht des Charts die Ausbildung eines mehrjährigen Boden zu diskutieren. Sollte die Aktie in Zukunft anspringen, dann dürfen Aktionäre zumindest von Kurslückenschlussszenarien träumen. Diese offenen gaps die auf ihren Lückenschluss warten liegen bei ca. 0.62 CAD$ und bei rund 1.90 CAD$.

Gespannt darf man sein, ob diese Kurslücken vom Markt eines Tages angesteuert werden und vor allem was der Auslöser sein wird.

Sollte die Aktie gar ihr 10 Jahreshoch bei 3 CAD$ aus dem Markt nehmen, dann darf auch von zweistelligen Notierungen geträumt werden. Freilich muss die Aktie vorher ihr Pennystock Dasein beenden und ein solcher Anstieg sollte von einem entsprechenden Newsflow unterlegt sein.

Nach gefühlten 10 Jahren andauerndem Tiefschlaf und einem Umbau des Unternehmens, neuer Geschäftsführung und knapper Finanzen, zeigt die Aktie zumindest zunehmende Lebenszeichen nach einer Vita reducta minima.

Volumensignale seit Ende des letzten Jahres zeigen an, dass scheinbar im Hintergrund etwas passiert und der Markt Gefallen an dem Unternehmen findet.

Sollten diese charttechnischen Vibrationen nur Vorbote einer explosiven Kursentwicklung sein?

Falls ja, dann könnte die Aktie demnächst ein weiterer Kandidat im Multibagger Portfolio sein.

Da heute jemand in Deutschland angefangen hat die Aktie aus dem Brief wegzukaufen und auch in Kanada größere Kauforders reinzukommen scheinen.

Das Handelsvolumen ist zumindest auffällig.

Hab daher heute mal welche gekauft und meinen Bestand der Depotleiche hochgefahren. Nicht dass die plötzlich von den Toten aufersteht und ich dann nicht dabei bin.

Diese Dinger können sich ja alle mitunter rasend schnell vervielfachen.

Bei den Kursen kann man in aller Regel eh nicht mehr viel verlieren, dafür aber umsomehr gewinnen.

Kann Hi Ho Silver den financial report rechtzeitig vorlegen?

Nur noch 3 Tage bleiben dem Unternehmen um seinen Jahresabschluss vor zu legen, ansonsten wird die Aktie, wenn ich es richtig verstehe vom Handel wieder suspendiert.

Es ist unverständlich warum man hier es nicht schafft pünktlich das Audit bei der Börse einzureichen.

Vielleicht liegt es an Corona, aber es ist freilich nicht das erste mal...

Hallo, schön Sie hier zu lesen. Ich bin gerade auf diesen Wert aufmerksam geworden, weil unsere kanadischen Gruppe, gerade die eklatante Unterbewertung erkannt hat und nun einsteigt. Zur Zeit findet ein kleiner Break out statt. Mich würde nun interessieren wie es charttechnisch aussieht da ich ihre Meinung auch in anderen Werten sehr schätze. Wahnsinn - und wahrscheinlich ist das gerade erst der Anfang...

Da haben die bei Hi Ho tatsächlich in letzter Sekunde ihren Finanzbericht vorgelegt.

Charttechnisch bricht die Aktie nach oben aus - gestern 100 Prozent im Plus. Das wichtigste Signal ist, dass der Markt faktisch alles aus dem Brief weggekauft hat.

Ich habe es erst gestern abend nach der Arbeit gesehen.

Gut möglich, dass der Markt jetzt erst nach vielen Jahren des Dornröschen Schlafes das Potential der Aktie entdeckt.

Ob es ein 10 oder 20 oder gar ein 100 bagger wird muss ich mir noch anschauen.

Wäre schon irre, wenn die Aktie auf Grund überraschender Entwicklungen auf 2 oder 3 CAD-Dollar steigt oder gar auf 10-15 Dollar. Aber dazu müsste dann auch langfrisitg der Newsflow passen.

Vermutlich wäre schon ein Anstieg auf 0.5-1.0 CAD-Dollar Anlass für Jubelarien hier im Forum.

Oberhalb von 1 CAD würde ich langfristig allerdings auch nicht ganz andere Kurswelten ausschliessen wollen.

Da die 1 CAD Marke bekanntlich eine Psychomarke darstellt wäre das Marktverhalten im Falle einer Neubewertung in dem Bereich genauer zu betrachten.

So ein Anstieg in kurzer Zeit wäre schon für sich alleine enorm um nicht zu sagen heller Wahnsinn.

Aber es müsste in so einem Fall dann geschaut werden, ob die dann bestehende Marktkapitalisierung nicht sogar weitere Kursaufschläge rechtfertige - je nachdem wie die Charts die Signale generieren.
Kursfantasie gibt es vermutlich viel - doch wohin schlussendlich die Reise geht muss die Zukunft zeigen.

Hi HO SILVER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES PROPERTY TRANSACTION AND ISSUANCES OF SECURITIES

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has sold its right, title and interest in and to the Bralorne gold property, pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 4, 2021, with Turnagain Resources Inc. and 1240089 B.C. Ltd., as purchasers. Under the agreement, the company received $100,000 ($72,000 in cash and $28,000 in debt forgiveness).

The Company also announced that it has completed a private placement financing under which has issued 449,998 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of $27,000. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for an additional common share for two years at an exercise price of $0.15. The proceeds of the financing will be used for general working capital.

The Company has also entered into a debt settlement agreement with a creditor of the Company pursuant to which the Company has issued an aggregate of 2,500,000 common shares to settle an aggregate of $187,561 of debt of the Company, with such shares to be issued at a price of $0.075 per share.

The Company will also issue an aggregate of 3,760,000 units (each, a "Consulting Unit") at a price of $0.06 per unit to certain directors, officers and service providers of the Company as payment for services rendered pursuant to their consulting agreements. Each unit comprised of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant to purchase one additional share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance. Receipt by directors of the Company of Consulting Units is considered to be a "related party transaction" as defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 ("MI 61-101"), which related party transaction is exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101.

All securities to be issued by the Company are subject to a four-month hold period that expires June 17, 2021.

HI HO SILVER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION BY STAKING OF TWO PROMISING SILVER PROPERTIES

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has acquired, by staking, two promising silver properties -- the Isle silver property and the Tatler silver property.

The Isle silver property consists of six units totalling 123.97 hectares (ha) in the Slocan mining division located 41 kilometres (km) northwest of Kaslo, B.C. Mineralization is hosted within a 20-metre-wide shear zone. High silver values occur with massive sulphides on the apex of drag folds within the shear zone. A chip sample across 0.6 metre (m) of vein assayed 2,358 grams per tonne (g/t) silver (Ag), 29.9 per cent lead (Pb), 10.4 per cent antimony (Sb) and 9.7 g/t gold (Au) as sampled in 1980 by D.W. Tully, professional engineer (1980). Minor diamond drilling and a small bulk sample returned lower results.

The Tatler silver property consists of 22 units totalling 452.97 ha in the Golden mining division located 35 km southwest of Invermere, B.C. There are eight documented silver showings at the Tatler silver property; the mineralization is localized along fault structures in limey sediments and in replacement bodies associated with these structures. The following sample results were obtained by N. Tribe, professional engineer, in 1990.

At the Copper King prospect, a one-metre-wide chip sample across the vein assayed 75 grams per tonne silver, 1.22 per cent copper, 1.08 per cent zinc and 0.25 per cent lead.

At the Great Northern prospect, a 1.2-metre chip sample across the mineralized vein assayed 35 grams per tonne silver, 4.37 per cent lead and 1.05 per cent copper.

At the Butler prospect, the vein has been explored with two adits and a 150-metre-long crosscut. A 50-centimetre chip sample across the mineralized vein assayed 250 grams per tonne silver, 3.0 per cent copper, 1.26 per cent zinc and 0.5 per cent lead.

The Imperial prospect consists of five quartz-barite veins containing some tetrahedrite and azurite. The main vein is 90 to 130 centimetres wide and has been exposed for approximately 30 metres along strike. The veins strike 155 degrees and dip 80 degrees west. All veins are within the middle dolomite member of the Mount Nelson formation. Mineralization appears to be associated with tensional fractures on the crest of a northwest-trending anticline. A 1.22-metre-wide chip sample across the main vein assayed 210 grams per tonne silver and 4.03 per cent copper.

The historic work on both these properties was conducted by competent professionals. However, the historic work was completed before the advent of modern National Instrument 43-101 standards and cannot be considered reliable. The only relevance herein is strictly geological information. The company intends to conduct follow-up sampling as soon as possible to obtain current information. The company does not consider the historic sampling as current or as an indication of what might be found on the claim holdings.

Due to snow conditions, the company has not completed any current work on the properties. Since there has been road access in the past, the company intends to conduct a sampling program later in 2021.

The technical content of this news release has been approved by J.T. Shearer, master of science, professional geoscientist (British Columbia and Ontario) and a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.

Hi,

habe gerade über das Kontaktformular der Webseite ein Anfrage geschickt um zu Erfahren was der Grund für die CST ist.

Auf der CSE Webseite ist leider kein monthly progress report ersichtlich.

Ich denke die müssen sich hier mal ransetzen und versuchen regelmäßig ihren Berichtspflichten nach kommen.

Die waren ja schon mal im trading halt von November 2019 bis Oktober 2020.

Mal sehen, wie lange es diesmal dauert.
