Warum kauft dieser Investor knapp 12 % der ausgegebenen Aktien von Intact Gold Corp. ?

Weiß er mehr als wir kleinen Aktionäre ? Wer ist dieser Mensch ? Habe heute zum ersten Mal hier heute von ihm etwas gehört und auch gelesen.

Wer weiß von den hier lesenden Lesern über diesen Mann etwas mehr ?


Bin echt gespannt wie sich Intact Gold demnächst entwickeln wird ? Geht es nach Norden ist es mir auch recht.

Nach Süden ist ja kaum noch etwas drin bzw. vorhanden.

Due to Andreas Cyppek's recent purchase of Intact Gold Corp. shares and warrants, an early warning report has been triggered.

Mr. Cyppek currently holds, directly and indirectly, 623,500 common shares and 90,000 share purchase warrants of the company, representing approximately 12.47 per cent of the company's current issued and outstanding shares on a postconversion beneficial share ownership basis. Prior to the transaction, Mr. Cyppek's holdings represented approximately 0.44 per cent of the company's then issued and outstanding shares on a postconversion beneficial ownership basis.

Mobilisation of UAVMAG Crew to INTACT GOLD Belle

March 2, 2018 – Vancouver, BC - Intact Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ITG) (FSE: 1A5) (the “Company” or “Intact Gold”), is pleased to announce the mobilisation of a UAVMAG crew to the Belleterre Gold Project in Western Quebec.
The crew plans to complete an UAV Magnetic Geophysical survey over the Ortona block which makes up part of the Belleterre project. The magnetic geophysical survey is designed to test for anomalies across the block and will assist in further defining exploration targets. The magnetic survey will be flown by an UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), as an efficient and cost effective method by Pioneer Aerial Surveys.



The Ortona block lies less than 2km North West of the historic Belleterre mine. The Belleterre Mine, which is not part of the Belleterre property and never has been, produced 2,177,400 t @ 10.73 g/t Au and 1.37 g/t Ag from 1936 – 1959.

About the Belleterre Project


The Project comprises 42 claims previously referred to as the Belleterre Extrême-Est, Guillet, and Ortona blocks covering an area of approximately 1,700 hectares. The Project covers part of a greenstone belt measuring 50 kilometres by 10 kilometres and is located fewer than two kilometres from the past producing Belleterre Mine. Previous work on the Project dates back to 1934 and consists of 567 drill holes totalling 65,800m and a bulk sample taken in 2005/2006 from the Lake Expanse gold zone, which returned 11,539 tonnes of 3.28 grams per tonne gold (Thebérge 2014).


In 2007, an estimate of Mineral Resources was produced in the same area of the bulk sample and results were
as follows*:


• Measured: 19,487 tonnes of 2.16 g/t Au
• Indicated: 301,463 tonnes of 2.66 g/t Au
• Inferred: 76,570 tonnes of 2.31 g/t Au

December 19, 2017 – Vancouver, BC - Intact Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ITG) (FSE: 1A5) (the “Company” or “Intact
Gold”), is pleased to announce positive results from diamond drilling on the Belleterre Gold Project in
western Quebec. The 2017 diamond drilling program intercepted near surface gold mineralization in 5 holes on
the Old Shafts zone including minor visible gold.

The intercepts as reported are as drilled intercepts and do not represent true widths.

The drill program consisted of 957m in 12 holes. The program was designed to test continuity and follow up on promising results from exploration programs by previous operators. The first three holes targeted previously untested northeast-trending gold-in-soil anomalies coincident with conductors and magnetic anomalies. The next eight holes tested the extension of a gold-bearing structure drilled in 2010-2011 by Exploration Aurtois. Two shafts were sunk on this structure in the 1940’s and the area remains open along strike. The last hole was designed to step out 1996 and 1999 drilling which intersected gold-bearing quartz veins along a northeast-trending structure.

Bin aber auch darauf gespannt ob auf die Homepage wieder zurück gegriffen werden kann?

in meinem der von Stuttgart mit ca. 0,12EUR.

Prinzipiell ist es egal was dort steht, solange du nicht traden kannst. Das dauert von Bank zu Bank unterschiedliche Zeit.

..... ach soo das wichtigste.....

und solange alles in Bearbeitung ist kannst du nicht handeln...

Muss aber auch gestehen, ich weiß aktuell auch nicht was da los ist, ist die nun pleite oder Namensänderung, denn wäre sie pleite, dann würde ich diesen Rollback nicht verstehen, macht ja kein Sinn....

Tja genieße in deinem Depot nochmal die über 250%-ige Kurssteigerung.....optisch...

Ich vermute mal dass aus deinen (und auch bei mir) alles 1/10 umgetauscht wird. D.h. aus 10.000Aktien beispielsweise werden dann 1000 Aktien.

Mir ist zwar unklar was die Firma davon hat, aber time will tell....
