IDM Mining Announces Private Placement with Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 22, 2017) - IDM Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:IDM) ("IDM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a private placement with Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. (TSX: OR)(NYSE: OR)("Osisko") for total proceeds of $15,248,000.
Osisko has agreed to purchase 29,400,000 common shares at a price of $0.17 per share and 41,000,000 million flow-through common shares at a price of $0.25 per share (the "Shares").
"We are pleased to welcome Osisko Gold Royalties as a significant shareholder," said Robert McLeod, President and CEO of IDM. "The use of proceeds will be for resource expansion and exploration drilling at our high-grade Red Mountain Gold Project, as well as ongoing engineering work to support our feasibility study and permitting efforts."
The offering will be conducted on a private placement basis. The proceeds from the offering will be primarily used for advancement of development of the Red Mountain Gold Project ("Project") and for general corporate and working capital purposes. Gross proceeds from flow-through Shares will be used to incur "Canadian exploration expenses" that will also qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures".
Closing is expected to occur on or about March 1, 2017 and is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Shares will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with Canadian securities laws.
Upon closing of the offering, Osisko will hold 19.9% of the IDM shares on a non-diluted basis.
In connection with the Private Placement, IDM will grant to Osisko certain pre-emptive rights in respect to purchases or grants of royalties or streams from the Project.

IDM Mining (Toronto: IDM) – Kurs: 0.14 CA$ – Anlageurteil: KAUFEN
US$ liegen könnte.

Keine Ahnung worauf das Management hinaus will?

.......The environmental review period for Red Mountain is scheduled to conclude in May 2018. Should the project get its environmental certificate, McLeod said construction could start as early as the summer of 2018......."

http://www.northernminer.com/news/site-visit-idm-keen-on-red…
Vielleicht gibt's bald News.
Kam gerade auf der Homepage.

Wo liegt "der Hund begraben"?
Wo liegt "der Hund begraben"?
No nnews? Goldpreis? Abwarten & Tee trinken ... ;-))

IDM Mining Granted Federal Environmental Assessment Approval for the Red Mountain Gold Project
January 15, 2019, Vancouver, BC – IDM Mining Ltd. (TSX-V:IDM) (OTCQB: IDMMF)(“IDM” or the “Company”) announces that on January 14, 2019, the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (“CEAA”) issued a positive Decision Statement for the Company’s wholly-owned Red Mountain Underground Gold Project (“Red Mountain” or “the Project”).
The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, announced in her decision that pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012), the proposed Red Mountain Underground Gold Project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects and the project may proceed. The Project is an underground gold-silver mine proposed by IDM and located 15 kilometres northeast of Stewart, British Columbia.
As part of the Environmental Assessment Decision Statement, the Minister established more than 120 conditions that IDM must fulfill throughout the life of the Project. The purpose of these conditions is to reduce or eliminate the potential effects of the Project on the environment and include measures to protect fish and fish habitat, migratory birds, species at risk, human health, physical and cultural heritage and the current use of lands and resources for traditional purposes by Indigenous peoples. The Environmental Assessment Decision Statement can be reviewed at: https://ceaa-acee.gc.ca/050/documents/p80093/126512E.pdf.
On October 5th, 2018, the Province of British Columbia issued an Environmental Assessment (“EA”) Certificate to IDM under the BC Environmental Assessment Act for the Project. The Project is also subject to requirements under the Nisga’a Final Agreement, a modern treaty signed by the governments of Canada, British Columbia and the Nisga’a Nation. In accordance with the treaty, the Minister’s Project Recommendation includes a determination of the potential effects of the project under the Nisga’a Final Agreement.
The Red Mountain Underground Gold Project will now proceed to the regulatory phase during which Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Natural Resources Canada will consider their respective permitting and regulatory decisions.

IDM Mining in Deutschland Briefkurs 0,044 Euro x 14,81 = 0,65xx Euro. Briefkurs Ascot 0,66 Euro.

Complementary management teams with a combined skill set of mining development, operations, finance, exploration and community relations experience; locally-based team of miners, drillers and support team;
Two, 15+ km long early-Jurassic geological trends totaling 25,000 hectares, which host multiple advanced deposits with significant potential new high-grade gold discoveries located 25 kms from each other;
Geographic and regulatory proximity, with all assets located within Treaty territory of the Nisga’a Nation, near the prominent mining communities of Stewart, British Columbia and Hyder, Alaska;
A solid infrastructure foundation at Premier, which includes underground workings, process mill, tailings storage facility, power and water treatment facilities; and
Strong, supportive combined corporate, retail and institutional shareholder base providing enhanced market visibility.
IDM Securityholders are encouraged to read the ‘Reasons for the Recommendation’ section contained within the Circular for a full summary of the principal reasons for the unanimous recommendation of the IDM Board of Directors that IDM Securityholders vote FOR the proposed Arrangement.

I look forward to the revitalization of my hometown of Stewart to support multiple operations and for the growth of Mining as a cornerstone industry for my Nisga’a friends. Lastly, I am proud of and grateful for our tremendous team at Red Mountain, that has operated safely, efficiently and effectively to find gold in a challenging operating environment.”
