      PHIL timeline
usually Christmas is a slow time.
Looks like they are looking at soil samples for the next year's crop.
Not sure when the season for plantng is in Florida.
Also interested to see if they will do natural farming, vertical farming, or a combination.

      latest PR from PHIL Ausschnitt
      from PHIL PR

"...The Company is in the process of acquiring a 408-acre farm in Holmes County, Florida, which is a qualified Targeted Employment Area, as defined by the EB-5 Investor Visa Program of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Company plans to provide opportunities for international investors to become U.S. permanent residents by investing $500,000 each directly in its farming program...."

      This goes beyond win/win - it's a triple win.

For the investors who want to become permanent US citizens, they have a win.
For PHIL, the "investment" goes toward covering he cost of the farm.
      For USA, a double benefit:
      1) it brings capital to the USA
      2) it provides jobs for the local area workers

update on PHIL acquisition in Holmes County, FLORIDA
update on PHIL acquisition in Holmes County, FLORIDA

      http://phiglobal.com/abundant-farms-inc-superlatively-organi…

Abundant Farms, Inc. is a Florida corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of PHI Group set up to manage its premium organic farming plan and administer an EB-5 Investor Visa Program to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

The Company is in the process of acquiring a 408-acre farm in Holmes County, Florida, which is a qualified Targeted Employment Area, as defined by the EB-5 Investor Visa Program of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and intends to accept direct investments of $500,000 each by international investors who wish to become U.S. permanent residents. The Company recently signed an agreement with Mr. Van M. Pham, a Vietnamese agricultural expert, to secure intellectual properties for application of proprietary natural immune and symbiotic microbe systems in premium organic husbandry. In addition, PHI Group has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire 100% of Abound Farms, Inc., a Nevada corporation with hydroponics operations using proprietary enhanced bioavailable nutrient and water treatment systems that can increase crop yields by up to 100 percent compared to prevalent existing methods.

Initially, the Company plans to use a combination of proprietary enhanced bioavailable nutrient and natural symbiotic immune systems, without chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, to grow select medicinal plants such as bitter melon (momordica charantia) and turmeric (curcuma longa) for export. Subsequently, it will grow Ming aralia (polyscias fruticosa), xao tam phan (paramignya trimera), drumstick tree (moringa oleifera) and other species which command much higher profit margins than regular vegetables, aiming to meet the growing demand of big international customers, especially China, in the coming years.

It also plans to raise premium organic poultry and other livestock for domestic sale and to develop model-farming programs to grow broader agricultural products without antibiotics and chemicals. Once the business model has been verified, the company plans to replicate and license the farm model to others in the U.S. and abroad.

      PHIL Acquisition almost complete
      http://investorshangout.com/post/4319281/PHI-Group-Acquires-…

      PHIL PR
Memorandum of Agreement is a slight bit different than a Memorandum of Understanding.

A Memorandum of Understanding is what we see most often on the OTC and is a non-binding agreement which draws the parameters of the agreement. It is often the first step toward a contract.

A Memorandum of Agreement serves as a legal document and describes the terms and details of the partnership agreement. Logistically, the MOA is a stronger PR than the MOU.

Obviously, the finished contract is what we want to see, but the MOA in the PR is actually closer than an MOU.

Combine this with the fact that the CEO, along with his team of biology scientists, flew to Florida to take first soil samples, everything seems to point to the fact that all of the ground work is finished - just the paperwork needs to be completed.
      Lookng forward to that PR.

Hi! Bei welchem deutschen Broker sind die Teile denn überhaupt noch handelbar? Consorsbank darf die Aktie jedenfalls nicht mehr "handeln".
