Novateqni arbeitet auf dem Gebiet der Sicherheitstechnologie,
insb. der Verwendung biometrischer Daten wie Gesichtserkennung, Sprach-/Stimmerkennung, Fingerabdrücke, zur Implementierung in quasi jegliche denkbare Technologie, die Datensicherheit erfordert.

Marketcap ca. 9,5 mio Can$
Ausgegebene Aktien ca. 32 Millionen, also relativ wenig.

Das Handelsvolumen hat Ende letzter Woche stark angezogen.
Donnerstag ca. 1 mio Stücke,
Freitag ca. 1,5 mio Stücke.

Mit dem Thema Blockchain wären wir dann auch schon in der richtigen Richtung.

Das erhöhte Handelsvolumen die letzten Tage basiert auf dem Gerücht, NTQ werde seine Biometrik kombinieren mit Blockchain. Werde sich also um das Geschäftsfeld Blockchain erweitern.

Was den Hinweis auf die Notwendigkeit einer Finanzierung anbelangt, da ansonsten die Einstellung der Geschäftstätigkeit droht - das ist eine quasi Standardaussage in den MD&As.

Damit im Zusammenhang zu sehen ist die Ankündigung der non-dilutive Finanzierung in der letzten news:

... was übrigens einer der drei Punkte ist, die ich hier als positiv empfinde:

1) kleiner float mit nur ca. 32 mio ausgegebene Aktien
2) ca. 41 % davon in Händen des Managements
3) Finanzierung non-dilutive

Punkt 1) und 2) sind denke ich für TSX pennystocks schon recht außergewöhnliche Werte.

zu Punkt 3) ist zu sagen, daß man hier natürlich zu beobachten hat, wofür das Geld dann ausgegeben wird. Z.B. "general working capital purposes" möchte ich hier NICHT lesen ...

Sicher ist das eine Standard-Formulierung. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Cash-Situation des Unternehmens prekär ist und das wiederum sieht man ganz klar in der Bilanz.

Ich würde auch das Blockchain-Thema nicht zu hoch hängen. Die Pressemeldung sagt, dass man das Thema untersucht. Bis zu einem marktfähigen Produkt kann es da noch ein langer Weg sein - wenn überhaupt eins kommt.

Ich gebe Dir Recht, meinetwegen auch mit dem Wort "prekär".
Wieviele pennystocks gibt es an TSX-V und CSE ?
Wie finanzieren die sich in der Regel ?
Was würde mit all diesen Firmen geschehen, wenn Sie sich nicht mehr finanzieren könnten ?

Insofern würde ich es als eine völlig normale Situation für einen kanadischen pennystock bezeichnen.

Nicht zu vergessen: non-dilutive financing secured.
Ich bin kein Hellseher, würde aber infolgedessen mit einer kurzfristigen entsprechenden news rechnen.

Das Unternehmen hat auch nur 16 Mitarbeiter - etwas wenig für ein komplett eigenes Gebäude. Die Produktion läuft in Asien.

Über diesen Artikel bin ich vergangene Woche auf twitter gestolpert.
Zur Verdeutlichung der Bedeutung von blockchain.
Aber auch hier, ganz wie Du sagst CashIsKing, vieles wird dann doch nicht ganz so heiß gegessen wie es gekocht wird.
Nichtsdestotrotz ist blockchain aber ein bedeutendes Thema.

Natürlich ist Blockchain ein spannendes Thema. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass NovaTeqni kein einziges Produkt hat, dass die Blockchain-Technologie nutzt. Insofern ist es auch sinnfrei, hier Links zu diesem Thema so inflationär zu posten. Alles was es gibt ist eine Absichtserklärung, das Thema zu untersuchen. Und es gibt eine Bilanz, aus der ein harter Umsatzeinbruch und ein Cash-Problem ersichtlich ist. Insofern auch nicht verwunderlich, dass der Kurs von 0,54 CAD auf 0,18 CAD abgestürzt ist. Allein am letzten Freitag hat der Kurs um 12% nachgegeben.

... das ist also nicht das, was Du bezeichnest mit "eine Absichtserklärung, das Thema zu untersuchen."

Das Du das ganze hier kritisch siehst, okay. Wirst Du wahrscheinlich auch nicht der Einzige sein.
Schließlich ist das hier ja auch ein Diskussionsforum und kein Jubelforum.
Aber bleib dann doch mit Deiner Kritik wenigstens bitte bei den beschriebenen Sachverhalten.


Kritik an der vorgestellten Firma ist in Ordnung, im Übrigen steht es Dir denke ich nicht zu zu bewerten wieviel oder wie wenig jemand hier postet.
