SEPTEMBER BITCOIN AND DIGITAL ASSET EXPOSURE
DigitalX Limited (the Company) provides the following monthly update to shareholders on its funds under management and value of Bitcoin and digital asset holdings as at the end of September 2021.
The Company is pleased to note new funds flow of $0.3m for the month. Despite a fall across both funds for the month the Company is pleased to see positive performance for the 3-month and 6-month period for the Digital Asset Fund resulting in performance fees of $0.12m for the quarter and has seen continued strong performance in to October. Pleasingly, the Company also notes that the total FUM raised across both funds has now exceeded $10m.

Heut in Australien minus 5% runter. Gestern in Deutschland bei Höchstkursen 2,5 mio Stück Umsatz. So ist das eben. Man findet nicht immer den optimalen Einstieg, auch wenn das in den Foren immer alle behaupten. Ausstieg ist noch komplizierter. Ich habe mal gelesen, dass viele Investoren keiner austiegstrategien haben.
Okay solange die Tendenz stimmt ist es eigentlich egal, ob mit 50 ct oder 48 ct eingestiegen wird. Was spielt das für eine Rolle, wenn der Kurs zum Jahresende bei 10 ct liegt.
Genug zum Heldenepos. Wir sind ja alle superinvestoren.

Der Bitcoin hat statistisch seine beste Phase im Jahr noch vor sich und Stock to Flow von PlanB sagt Kurse von über 100k voraus.
Was noch wichtiger ist. Das Unternehmen hat ein wegweisendes Unternehmenskonzept und ist moderat bewertet. Außerdem wird die Aktie in den USA mehr wahrgenommen.
Was will man mehr. 10 Ctzum Jahresende halte ich für mehr als realistisch, was immerhin 100% wären. Good Luck!

DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC, OTCQB: DGGXF) (“DigitalX” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its upgrade from trading on the Pink Market to the OTCQB market in the United States.
Follow completion of the successful capital raising of $A8.8m (before costs) in March 2021 from U.S. sophisticated investors, the Company has been investigating its dual listing strategy in the US. Upgrading to the OTCQB offers the Company the opportunity to further build visibility, expand liquidity and further diversify its shareholder base in the US which has shown a deep understanding of blockchain and blockchain related companies with the companies like Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN), Marathon Digital (NASDAQ:MARA), Riot Blockchain (NASDAQ:RIOT) and Microstrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) all completing significant raisings, like DigitalX, during the last twelve months to further advance their blockchain related business or to acquire digital assets on balance sheet.

For companies listed on a qualified international exchange, streamlined market standards enable them to utilise their home market reporting to make their information available in the U.S. To qualify for OTCQB, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.
Trading commenced on the OTCQB market on 5 October 2021. The Company will continue to have its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The Company confirms that admission to the OTCQB is non-dilutive because no additional capital is required to be raised and no new shares will be issued in conjunction with inclusion on the OTCQB.
Viriathus Capital LLC acted as the Company’s OTCQB advisor and Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP acted as the Company’s OTCQB sponsor.

COMPLETION OF SELL MY SHARES ACQUISITION
DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC, ‘DigitalX’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that it has finalised the acquisition of Sell My Shares, a leading online share trade execution business as announced on 16 September 2021.
The Company has made the upfront cash consideration payment of $1,640,000 to the vendor and the deferred consideration payment of $250,000 has been transferred to a trust account with the Company’s legal advisor pending satisfaction of the performance milestones.
The strategic acquisition has been made to accelerate the commercial development of Drawbridge by facilitating the trading of employee shares, and to grow the existing profitability of the Sell My Shares business itself through digital finance opportunities using new share market technologies.
The Company will recognise revenue and cash flows from the acquisition from 1 October 2021 onwards. The Company looks forward to providing further updates regarding Sell My Shares and the acceleration of Drawbridge’s technology products for listed company customers.
