DIOS AU33 LITHIUM PROPERTY & PEGMATITES, JAMES BAY, QUEBEC

Dios Exploration Inc.'s wholly owned AU33 property, south of Dios's Lithium33, covers a further 143 high-potential lithium claims for 76.5 square kilometres (km) adjacent to Critical Elements Corp.'s advanced Pivert-Rose lithium and tantalum deposit.

Within Lower Eastmain Greenstone-belt, Dios' AU33 claims cover favourable sections of folded Anatacau volcanics at the margins of large Mitsumis differentiated felsic pluton, which includes:

dominant magnetic tonalite suite with irregular pegmatitic granodiorite pockets/lenses;

granodiorite suite with frequent sub-horizontal injections.

On adjacent Pivert-Rose property to the south, several east-west spodumene-lepidolite-tantalite-beryl (Pivert-Rose-JR) bearing pegmatite dykes, 10-20m wide, injected the Mitsumis pluton near the western margin of a granite. The Rose deposit has resources estimate at 26.3Mt @ 0.87% Li2O & 138 ppm Ta2O5 (InnovExplo, 2022).

Within Dios' AU33/Lithium33 projects, in James Bay prolific lithium region of central Quebec, four (4) main lithium target-areas were defined from Dios' geoscientific data:

Lithium Lake sediments anomalies clustered along Eastmain River west of EM-1;

Lithium Lake sediments anomalies clustered in the LeCaron pluton north of EM-1;

Regional fold-nose of Anatacau volcanics located west-southwest of EM-1;

Southern flank of the volcanics enclosed within the Mitsumis.

Most targets are located up-ice of larger regional Lithium-Rubidium-Cesium (lake sediments & glacial tills) dispersal train.

Field work is planned on Au33-Lithium33 in the vicinities of EM-1 hydropower facilities. H. Desbiens M.Sc. P. Geo, Dios' V.P., 43-101 Qualified Person, reviewed this release..........

DIOS ACQUIRES PONTAX-NORTH LITHIUM PROPERTY

Dios Exploration Inc. has acquired the Pontax-North lithium property within James Bay prolific lithium region of central Quebec, Canada. It is located north of Pontax River and some 23km south of KM381 facilities.

Pontax-North lithium is also located some 6 km north (and west) of Pontax-Lithium prospect (1.16% Li2O over 30.55m) of Striae Resources and about 23 km due south of Galaxy Resources James Bay/Cyr lithium deposit (40.3Mt @1.40%Li2O resource) for which Canada Environment federal minister just gave its approval on January 16 to start this new lithium mine in James Bay.

The Pontax-North lithium project covers favourable rocks (paragneiss) along the margins of a 23 by 5-10 km magnetic felsic pluton with a prospective section some 10-11 km long. Pontax-North claims are also located in the axis of SW-NE glacial movement and along a cluster of lithium metal lake sediment anomalies combined with useful other anomalous critical elements.* The claims are also located in the vicinities of several magnetic features intersecting the general SW-NE magnetic trend. Pontax-North lithium totals 33 wholly-owned claims for 1760 hectares. Field work is planned in 2023.

Geochemical signature is comparable to Pivert-Rose deposit and Pontax-Lithium prospect with even higher values in secondary environment. Pontax-Lithium (lithium-tantalum-bearing pegmatite dikes) was discovered and successfully drilled in the scope of former joint Dios/Sirios Resources exploration project under supervision of Harold Desbiens M.Sc. P.Geo, V.P. of Dios & 43-101 Qualified Person, who reviewed this release........

Dios Exploration Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement with two investment funds totalling $650,000 at the price of 10 cents per share, pursuant to which 6.5 million flow-through common shares were issued.

The net proceeds will be used for exploration work on Dios's wholly owned highly prospective lithium and gold properties in the James Bay region (Eeyou Istchee), Quebec, Eastern Canada............

nunmehr auch im LI- sektor tätig zu werden. dazu wurde ein wirklich spann. proj.
unweit des bekannten Pivert-Rose lithium project von Critical Elements erworben, dem ICH
das zeug gebe zum GAME- changer werden zu können - nachfolg. mal ein auszug aus obiger PR.......

This 927 sq. km Nemiscau-North project lies directly east of LI-FT Power/Kenorland Moyenne Trend lithium claims and west of Brunswick Exploration lithium claims.
