nachdem wir gestrigen tag mit REKORD- vol. von knapp 3mios beendet haben,
sehe wir heute anschlußkäufe, die inzwischen auch schon wieder die mio- marke
erreicht haben............grad TH bei 13ct erreicht...........

thx MM fürs reinstellen dieser infos - zur besseren einschätzung nachfolg. auch mal
die entspr. map mit der ausgedehnten SESAME- anomaly...........




darauf läßt sich aufbauen und hoffe, daß wir im weiteren verlauf des diesjährigen
programms noch weitere pos. resultate entdecken

investoren scheinen zunehmend auch angetan zu sein - kurs macht bislang nen satten
sprung von 40%........

DIOS Identifies Very Strong First Priority IP Anomalies in Eastern K2, With Related Gold & Copper Soil Clusters

MONTREAL, May 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dios Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: DOS) is very pleased to report having identified very strong first priority IP anomalies in southeastern K2, with good related gold, copper and As in-soil anomalous clusters.

A very significant km size target (A48) was defined in southeastern K2 and is composed of a cherty iron formation with pyrite and graphite within mafic volcanic flows and tuffs, south of Opinaca Fault, near cross-cutting structures. It is coincidental with a 3.5 km-long minimum VLF-EM conductor associated with a good magnetic lineament. Its northeastern limit, covered by an Induced Polarization IP survey (Barrick 1997), is coincidental with a very good chargeable conductor(P-11 goes from 7 to 50 mV/V).

B-horizon sampling across this unit produced anomalous clusters along the VLF-EM conductor with such gold values (6, 12, 18, 120, 240 ppb Au in one line & 30, 54 ppb Au 200 m away) as well as copper values 400 m away (140, 150, 150 ppm Cu & 450 ppm Cu. Additional B-horizon sampling and prospecting over the VLF/magnetic lineament is planned this summer. Test-drilling is also being evaluated for this summer. At the regional scale, such sulphides-bearing cherts are known to be goldbearing (Lidge:11.42 g/t Au/1.3m; Lucille: 1.24 g/t Au/4m gold showings).

M.J. Girard, president of Dios, stated: "We are very excited with this several km long gold-copper target area, pointed at with several combined methods.

An independent geophysicist report mentions strongly chargeable P-11 should be drilled, specially as it is also associated with major resistivity decreases, typical of good conductors, such as massive sulfides. Further south, P-07 also bears same characteristics of massive sulfides."........

DIOS CLOSED A PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $1,090,800 WITH A LEAD ORDER FROM PALISADES GOLDCORP

Dios Exploration Inc. has closed a private placement of $1,090,800 (hard dollars) with a lead order from Palisades Goldcorp Ltd., consisting of 9.09 million units of Dios, at the price of 12 cents each and comprising one common share of Dios and one share purchase warrant, each granting the holder the right to purchase one share of Dios at the price of 20 cents, for a period of 36 months.

The net proceeds will be used for exploration work on the company's properties, mainly on its wholly owned K2 property (no royalties), and general administrative expenses.

Dios has signed drilling and other contracts for its drilling program to start in October, 2020, on K2, James Bay region in Quebec. This first-ever drilling in that area follows up work completed by Dios over the last few years on K2 and most recent ground IP (geophysics) survey delineating, west of Kali intrusion, a three-kilometre-long WI target electromagnetic conductor (up to 10 grams per tonne (g/t) gold in outcrop) and, among others, seven kilometres east, the Attila gold-copper-silver prospect hosted in a fractured rhyodacite dome overlying Kali porphyry to the south (chalcopyrite-rich stringer/stockwork over 75 metres (m) long and five to 15 m wide yielding up to 8.08 g/t gold, 96.7 g/t silver, 2.43 per cent copper, southwest of Azimut Exploration Inc.'s Patwon gold discovery, bearing similarities in host rocks, alterations and quartz vein network).

The K2 property is adjacent in the same trend southwest to Azimut Exploration's Elmer project and is underlain by same stratigraphy north of the major regional Opinaca fault.............

Dios Exploration Inc. has arranged a private offering of up $1-million with a lead order from Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. The offering will consist of 8,333,333 units of the company at the price of 12 cents each. Each unit will comprise one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant, each granting the holder the right to purchase one share of the company at the price of 20 cents for a period of 36 months from the closing date.

The net proceeds will be used for exploration work on Dios's properties and general administrative expenses.

Dios is in the process of finalizing logistics for its drilling program scheduled to commence in October, 2020, on its wholly owned K2 property, James Bay region in Quebec.

The drilling follows work completed by Dios over the last few years on K2 and a very recent ground induced polarization (geophysics) survey, which has delineated a three-kilometre-long WI target electromagnetic conductor and, among others, the Attila gold-copper-silver prospect, which is southwest of Azimut Exploration's Patwon gold discovery and, bearing similarities in the host rocks (felsic intrusive), alterations and network, three sets of quartz veins.
