Hallo zusammen,wann ist nun Produktionsstart? Laut der Unternehmenspräsentation sollte dieser ("Startup and production from wells #2, #4, #5, #6 and #7 in the McCauley Helium Field by the end of Q2 in 2022") bereits statt gefunden haben.
Heute habe ich irgendwo Q4 gelesen. Hat jemand eine verlässliche Quelle dazu?

The Company is pleased to announce they have entered into an agreement with Beam Earth Ltd. to cooperate and define the commercial possibilities of the Company’s sulphur-free hydrogen discoveries. Our geologic modelling suggests that the gas composition should contain high concentrations of nitrogen.
Due to market conditions, the Company has decided to cancel the previously announced private placement for $7.5 million dated 2022-06-28.

Aber solange die Geschichte nicht geklärt ist, wird hier auch nicht mehr viel passieren. Außerdem wenn es tagelang 4% runter geht ist das auch nicht gut. Es muss auch irgendwann mal eine Gegenbewegung kommen.

im Übrigen - sieht es gerade shit aus mit der Versorgung von Helium am Markt. Wir haben von unserem Lieferanten die Info erhalten, dass Helium gerade nicht sehr gut erhältlich ist. Ist sehr rare Ware und man kriegt es kaum noch, oder nur sehr schwer.
Die Frage ist doch eher, was an der Geschichte dran und (Wahrheitsgehalt) oder ob des einfach nur dreist erlogen war. Können wir derzeit nicht selbst beurteilen. Da muss DME von sich aus mehr Klarheit schaffen. Dem Kurs hat es eigentlich nur marginal geschadet. Klar, der Kurs hat nachgeben, aber mit welchem Volumen ??? Das sind Peanuts !

ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber an der generellen Lage hat sich nicht viel verändert.... Helium ist gefragt. Die Produktion wird bald beginnen. Der Störfaktor ist, dass jemand behauptet, dass er einen Leasingvertrag für das Heliumfeld hat. Implizit würde dies bedeuten, dass der Leasingvertrag zwischen DME und dem Eigner ungültig wäre.
Man sollte sich mal überlegen, was der Hintergrund für eine solche Aktion sein könnte:
- Jemand will billig an die DME Aktien
- Jemand will Geld von DME und einen Vergleich
- Warum gerade zu diesem Zeitpunkt?
- Short Seller unterwegs?

Unterm Strich geht es nur ums Geld....
Ruhig bleiben, Bier trinken, Nachkaufen, Warten...
